"Good for a budgeted stay"
It was a comfy hotel in the center of town. I saw some disquieting reviews about this hotel before booking but I was rather surprised when I arrived to see a very modern and clean room. We absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Derby! The staff went above board to assist us with family issues, they were very friendly and attentive to our every need! I highly recomend this hotel especially for family traveling with small kids. We had my 2 year old granddaughter and she was very comfortable in this small hotel enviroment as were all of us […] adults! "Nice hotel in overpriced city."
Enjoyed my stay. We rented 2 rooms and one group was upgraded to a nicer room with a kitchenette. They made us feel at home and the breakfast is good too. An all-round steady pick for Karlovy Vary without the glitz of the rest of the city. It is low key and consistent.Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

Been in over 30 countries, but never dealt with scammers like that..Would never expect, but the reality was shocking...The room doesn't get cleaned, even when you put a sign asking for a it, happened to me twice in 4 days, and the other 2, I didn't even bother asking...No hot water neither in a sink or in a shower, has to go to spa across the street […] to take a shower.. Breakfast is a single topic...The hotel was nearly empty, so the staff served me the same refrigareted cold cut from day one or maybe even cut before I got there..Nearly crusted and molded... Much of the write-up is misleading (no balconies, no robes, hardly any services & amenities listed). Parking is 12 Euro for a tiny spot on the street (other garages cheaper, pro-rate for actual time there), and we had to vacate the spot at the check-out time.. The hotel was in an excellent location for the city, with a small informative reception speaking some English. The superior suite was enormous, around 150m2 and could easily accommodate 8 people. A bit big for what we needed, but very comfortable and clean. The fridge and cutlery were useful, but overall for the money I would have preferred a higher […] standard, but smaller room. Das was ich vorfand, hatte leider nichts mit dem Fotos im Internet gemeinsam. Ich hatte eine Übernachtung in einen Zimmer, das Badezimmer stank nach einen undefinierbaren Gemisch aus Fäkalien, Chlor, Reinigungsmittel usw. Der Duschvorhang war schimmelig, die Matratze durchgelegen, das Bettlacken alt. Ausblick aus Balkon in Innenhof (direkt auf Baustelle) […] War sehr enttäuscht, WLAN ging nur an einer kleinen Ecke des Zimmers, Aus der Dove Creamshower kam eine rötliche, beissend riechende Flüssigkeit, Check out lt. Aushang und Nachfragen 12.00 Uhr um 9.00 Uhr stand die Raumpflegerin im Zimmer und bat mich das Zimmer zu velassen, deutsches Fernsehen gab es ein Programm, im Zimmer lagen überall Verlängerungskabel, für das Handyladekabel war keine Steckdose frei. Stravila jsem v hotelu 1 noc. Byl mi nabidnut pokoj ve kterem zapachali odpady, nasledne neuklizeny pokoj, ktery byl zakoureny a posledni pokoj, ktery uz byl v poradku. Ocekala jsem lepsi vybaveni a interier na 4* hotel, ale bohuzel mne vse velmi zklamalo. Tomuto hotelu bych dala tak 3*. Na snidani musite jit venkem a nebyla vubec uspokojiva. Das Zimmer, welches als Suite bezeichnet wurde, verfügt über einen kleinen Flur, ein sehr großes neues und sauberes Badezimmer und einen normal großen Schlafraum mit Sofa und Kühlschrank. Das einzige negative war das Frühstück, es gab zwar alles (Wurst, Käse, Eier, Süßes, ...), wenn auch in nur in kleinen Mengen am Buffet, aber die Brötchen waren leider […] absolut ungenießbar, wie gepresste Pappe. Ca. 10 Min Fußmarsch entfernt kann jedoch eine Tiefgarage als Parkmöglichkeit genutzt werden. Was sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, dass trotz der zentralen Citylage das Hotel und die Umgebung "äußerst" ruhig war. So was hab ich […] noch nicht erlebt mitten in einer Großstadt.
