町の中心地からも近く、WIFIも問題なくつながり、各階に入るごとにドアがあってカギがかかり、セキュリティ面も十分でした。これでこの値段は合格だと思います。朝食はおいしいのですが、地下にあって、開放感に欠けたので、私はCOFEEFEVERというチェーン店にたまに食べに行ってしまいました。ただ、接客対応といい、気持ち良く泊れました。

Very friendly staff at hotel, room was on small side for superior however very clean. Hotel was in process of being taken over so no restaurant was open but this did not bother us as a lot of nice places to stay around Krakow. Enjoyed buffet breakfast. Would go back to this hotel.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kraków, and our 3 nights in Hotel Wielopole. The hotel is excellently situated, being 5 minutes walk from the main square and 10 from the train station. It’s close enough to offer convenient access to the city and just far enough away not to be subject to night time noise and boisterous disturbances. We were given a city map upon check-in, and advised of places to visit, how to get there etc. All the staff we talked to spoke very good English (as, indeed, did most in the city itself). Our room was generous in size, and nicely laid out with good quality furniture and nice, comfortable bed. The room had all the facilities one would expect, such as large wardrobe, safe, hairdryer in bathroom, and if you happen to want something that isn’t in the room itself, such as an iron & ironing board, then the staff are only too happy to help. Also worthy of mention are the complimentary products (shampoo, soap, bottles of water etc.). The breakfast buffet offers a large choice of breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, fruits etc. The breakfast room doubles up as a bar in the evening; according to my partner the coffee it serves is excellent, one of the best she’s ever had... I thought the Hotel was in great location in Krakow. Close to main square and across the street at the Holiday Inn you can get you tours to Auschwitz, Salt Mines, City Tour almost any tour with Crakow Tours. I can't say enough encouraging words about the Wielopole. Very pleasant staff, nice, clean room, good breakfast. It is a mere ten minute walk to Old Town. If there is anything negative to say, it is this. I needed a second cake of soap.

The hotel is not too far a walk from the station around 15 minutes and is right near the center of town around 5 blocks. The staff varied some were very helpful others seemed rushed and overwhelmed with a little attitude. The room was small and basic but fine.

The location is perfect, right between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter and only 10 min walk to the main train station. You could walk everywhere, never need to take a bus or tram.
