There is NOTHING wrong with this hotel. Loved the kitchenette double room suite. Cleanliness of the room was superb. Amenities provided by the hotel were awesome. Satellite TV, FREE DVD's/DVD players in your room with FREE popcorn. Beach towel & chairs for the beach (it was too chilly for our visit). Pool was a little small. "Bring Earplugs during the "Cruisers" weekend"
Was a little apprehensive after seeing several scathing reviews, but this place was really cozy. Two guests had to share the sleeper sofa and they said it was not very comfortable - but then, it's a sleeper sofa. We were in town for a bicycling event and just needed a place to sleep, relax, and clean ujp after the ride. The annual Cruisers car event […] was going on, and the cars were up and down Coastal Highway until around 11 PM or so - earplugs were a necessity as the bedroom was directly over the highway. "Decent Hotel and good price"

"nigth mare sleep hotel"

After your checkout, the desk clerk told me that you mentioned bedbugs were in the room. The housekeeper on your floor and I immediately checked the room, found extra linens brought by the night houseman, but no signs of bedbugs. As I am sure you noticed, we do have protective coverings on our mattresses and box springs. Since I do not pretend to be an expert on this topic, I called our contracted exterminator, Orkin, to come check the room. They removed headboards, drapes, switch plates, furniture drawers, etc. and found no trace of bedbugs. In addition, Orkin offered to do a write-up for us if we need verification. The hotel staff, management, and I take guest satisfaction seriously and I am truly sorry you were not pleased with your overnight stay.

It was what we expected. We liked it and was very roomy. We didn't mind the walk to the beech. We had alway stayed in Ocean front room previously, but with the tough times our work has been slower, so we had less money to spend. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of room there was given that we had two double beds and a separated room for a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable, but helped us out a lot with 2 adults and 3 children. Close to the beach and within walking distance of eating establishments. Plenty of parking. "Good family option in Ocean City, MD"
We stayed 3 days and 3 nights. The location is good for families, way at the north end of the long island drive from the boardwalk and the silliness of college kids, etc. at the south end - which you can drive to but also get away from. The hotel is a short block and a half from the sand, very convenient and no major street to cross since you're on […] the beach side of the main drag. The room was good, bedroom (2 beds) plus a den with a pull-out sofa. The boys liked that option as it has its own TV and they can close the door so they don't have to listen to what Mom and Dad are watching. The nicest thing might be that our room also had a private balcony opposite the entry/outdoor hallway side. It faced the sometimes-loud main street but on the 3rd floor that was OK. Good spot for breakfast. They also loan out beach chairs and big towels, and there's an indoor pool if it rains. A good option for families. Location not to bad. Room was nice until went to the bedroom. One of the beds was right on the wall. Could not get a good night sleep with the wall right in my face. It was convenient to have two burners but the kitchen sink is so small it takes like 30 min to wash one pot also the water was like that of a water fountain. "Great for the family"
Clean and comfortable room on the north end of Ocean City. We stayed during 4th of July week and it was still pretty relaxed on this end of OC. Especially like the suite set up. Little bit like stepping back into the 70's, and quite noisy in the main bedroom, even on the 5th floor. However, it seemed similar to every other hotel around.... They had an area to store your luggage and shoes, shelves for your towels, etc. and even left dish soap and towels for you to clean your dishes.
