We had a great time at this hotel. It was in an amazing location, just a short walk from restaurants, shops, fishing boats, and, of course, right on the gulf. Great condos, clean, comfortable, close to everything. I would definitely go back.

Totally enjoyed our stay would do it again. Suites had everything you needed and a great beach and location.

Second stay-will stay again. Great beach, good location

First time visit and we will be sure to return. Nice pool,beautiful beach,great location. There were plenty of very good restaurants nearby also.

Sunset Vistas is a family-friendly hotel, right on the beach. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, two pools, and a tiki bar. Would definitely go back.

We had a great time at this resort. Housekeeping did not come in and clean but they did replace towels and dump trach every 2 days. The 2 bedroom suite was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was decent and clean. The full kitchen was stocked with all the necessary things to be very useful. We will definitely return to this hotel. […] We did have an issue with the cafe, however. We went down for breakfast one morning and two staff members were sitting outside on the balcony. We thought they were other guests of the hotel but after about 5 minutes they came into the cafe and went behind the counter. After another few minutes of chit chat they decided to wait on us. They were not particularly pleasant and thought nothing of making us wait for them to be ready to serve us. We did report the incident to the front desk and found out that the cafe was not owned by the hotel and that the hotel staff would report our issue. Needless to say we did not return to the cafe during our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Check in was a breeze. The receptionist (Steve) made sure to give us all the information on the hotel and the amenities available. He was very good. The only other issue we had was that there isn't enough parking to have assigned parking for each condo. There is only 1 spot for a 2 bedroom suite and we had 2 couples. もっと読む

We had a great time in Treasure Island, relaxing on the beach and in the pools. Everythign I expected, no complaints.

I've been coming here for over 4 years. I love the largeness of the room, where it is situated, easy parking and close to many amenities. Two pools and hot tub have always been clean and perfect swimming temperature. I would highly recommend staying at the Sunset Vistas. It is also a lovely looking building.

This property is really first rate when you recognize that it is a condo rental, not a full service hotel. Our rooms were in very good condition, the kitchen well equiped, the building well maintained, and the beach glorious. What more can you ask for?

This hotel room was spacious. The kitchen was wonderful and allowed us to cook our own meals at times. The pool was nice, warm, and clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms are clean, spacious and very modern. The views from the balcony were beautiful. I would highly reccomend this hotel for anyone traveling with a group or family. The kiddie pool was great for the my daughter. We will definatly be visiting again soon!

The room was very nice, view was good. Even with all the maintenance going on, it was very well maintained. Disappointed the Tiki Bar didn''t stay open till sunset. But I'm sure the hours are alot different in the summer than they are in December. All in all we enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely recommend it to others..

We enjoyed the beach view from the balcony, comfortable living accommodation,full kitchen and laundry facility The place came with a TV in each bedroom and a bigscreen in the livingroom with a dvd player at each one which was nice when you just wanted to relax. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful, clean and a great place to play and relax. […] The hall ways on all six floors were open to the inner court which contained a beautiful garden. We were there over MLK weekend. This was an anniversary make-up trip for one that was cancelled over the summer. When the staff learned of this, they went above and beyond for us. We were appreciative of their efforts. Rooms were nice. Kitchens had everything that you should need. We recommend this place.

When you rent a condo vs a hotel or motel,you give up some services or conviences.In this case you give up having your room cleaned everyday and the facilities that usually come with the bigger hotels.They did have a beautiful beach ,but a small pool area.They also had a nice little cafe with very friendly people and a tiki bar.That was suffiecient […] for us because we knew we woudn't be spending much time there.The suites were great with two bedrooms,living area(all with a tv)and two bathrooms.It was great for families or circumstances like ours. Had a wounderful time December 21-24. Great room and staff were very nice. I would recommend this property. Only negative was the mattress was firm and we like medium. Can't wait till next year to go back.

Our family of three adults found the Sunset Vistas suites to be very comfortable and affordable. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, and living room, the suites are great for families. We normally rent a house if we are going somewhere together but as we were only spending 5 days at St Pete Beach, these units were much more affordable. […] Parking is under the building and convenient to the suites but the noise from people arriving late at night and early morning can be a problem. The Sunset Hotel was very clean and spacious. The rate was very fair. I will look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

This was one of the nicest beachfront hotels I have stayed in the Clearwater/St Pete beach area. Large 2bd suite with ocean view was really like ocean front at a great low nightly rate. It was very clean and while not super luxury, it was well appointed with granite, flat screen and full appliance kitchen. Thanksgiving vacation with our for married children and 5 grandchildren. We had 4 condos. Beautiful location right on the beach. Every codo has a view of the ocean, large living rm., updated kitchen, 2 nice baths rm and two SMALL bedrooms. Two hot tubs, big swiming pool, and large kiddie pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Codo was very clean, large […] and perfect for 4 people. It allows up to six people. That might be a little crowarded. Lots of good dinning close by. Nice two bedroom suite - could see the sunsets from our balcony! Had a problem with refrig when we first checked in but fixed the next day and given another fridge to use in the meantime! Me and my wife loved the room and the beach! My son loved the kids pool had a great time only complaint was the coffee in the room. If that is my only complaint thats pretty good. The coffee at the cafe was good but a little steep in price!

Found it to be clean, friendly, close to 7-11 for supplies, great beach and huge pool, and excellent pool area for little ones. Loved every minute there!

This hotel has a lot to offer. Easy beach access, full kitchens, walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was on-site restaurant had limited hours of operation.

Appreciated the room configurations and size of Sunset Vistas. Picked the middle tier view 'gulfview', and it was nice; could see sunset from balcony. Didn't much care for being over the pool. It was a quiet time of the year and lots of chairs at the pool; nice lg hottub. Loved our condo...although wished it was a little cleaner...wasn't disgusting but was probably a 6.5 out of 10. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach... The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with everything we needed i.e. Silverware, cups, bowls, fridge, washer, dishwasher, ect. We would definitely stay here again.

Truely a rare find, a wonderful view, an awesome staff, and a beautiful pool and room. We will be back

Really nice, clean and big enough for our 4 member family (we had the 2 bedroom suite). I would be even happier, if there were the option for one king and two twin beds, instead of 2 queen beds. The beach is not […] as nice as in Clearwater (there are thousands of shells on Treasure Isalnd beach) and there are no activites/cafes/bars, only them at the hotel. I booked this room for some friends as a gift. They took thier family ranging from 9 years old thru teens. They raved about the Hotel, the staff and the beach.
