This hotel was the first hotel in my visit in the US. I spent two nights there and I think it was not bad for its price. The room was well-equipped; a king-size bed, an air conditioner, a TV (with over 30 chs), a fridge, a microwave, a sink and a bath room. Around the hotel, there are many place to eat. If you go to UTA, this is the nearest hotel.

Overall nice place to stay for a couple of days. Rooms were clean.. Shiv the front desk guy was very pleasant and suggested places to eat. Really quiet.. and we liked the location. I would book here again.. very resonable.

It was good as what I paid for. It was comfortable enough for a cheap price and was a really convenient location since my friend who I went to visit live around the place. The place is quite which I like. Recommend this hotel if you don't ask too much of luxury and just want to stay a couple nights

This is hardly a Holiday Inn Express, but it was near where I needed to be, and it was low priced. My daughter and I stayed there for two nights.

This was a safe, bug free, and cost effective place to stay after the cotton bowl.

Parkway Inn is affordable and convenient to UTA and most Arlington attractions. The rooms are clean and service is above average and friendly. I often stay here when visiting and never have had a bad experience. A good place to stay for a quick visit to Arlignton. Staff members were nice. It's very close to the University of Arlignton and other main streets.

The hotel was ok not fancy .Nothing fancy but ok for the price. No pool.

There were bugs crawling every where. There was mold in the shower and sink. Just not my favorite place. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn't stay there again.

it was a motel... Bad neighborhood.

The PARKWAY INN in not a good hotel, even with its proximity to UT Arlington. The DESK Clerks did not read the reservation correctly and were going to charge for an EXTRA PERSON even though the reservation already had that paid for. Also the original room that we checked into was already checked into by another patron, thus it was not clean at all. […] The DESK clerk was not vary happy about assigning another room to us. 100+ degrees yet ac off at 4:30 check in. Mold on shower walls and ice had pieces of various different bugs frozen in cubes.

This is an old hotel with lots of issues. Walls are cracked, shower stalls missing grout, etc. I have stayed here before by choice because of the location of the hotel and the fact that it is cheap. The room smelled horrible. They could've at least put an air freshener. The lady at the desk was rude and she lives in the back of the house which is part of the front desk. no ice. and the location was horrible. DO NOT GO!!! we also found hair on the "clean" towels.

I pulled up and said to my self oh dear. The hotel is absolutely disgusting from the service at the front best the room the bathroom but it doesn't matter the place is a dump.

I decided to stay in this hotel because of my limited options the night I needed a room, and despite the outside looks of the hotel (not at all attractive or appealing) I had stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago and don't remember any negative experiences. The furniture in the room is pretty worn down, nothing about the decor' matches and overall […] it was just very out of date and worn out. I hate to say this, but save some money and stay at Motel 6 if you need a cheap hotel, because this hotel makes Motel 6 look like a 5 star resort. The pool has been filled in with dirt and there was no breakfast so really this hotel has nothing to offer. The only thing nice I can say is that the man who checked me in was very polite. I don't have extremley high expectations, but there is just no excuse for this hotel. They have no business charging as much as they do for their rooms that look like they should be rented by the hour. The toilet seat was worn and the toilet was detached from the floor, there was very little lighting (probably to hide the ugliness of the room), the furniture was old and scratched up, nothing in the room matches, the light over the sink did not work, the tv sits on a dresser that is lower than the bed (making it uncomfortable to watch tv in bed), etc... You're best just to avoid this place. The owner is very unhelpful (we were one of two rooms let out that evening, out of 40 or so and were turned away at the door trying to check in at 3pm instead of 4pm. Also on both of our attempts to check in he was on the phone speaking in a foreign language and made us wait until he eventually said to the other […] person that they would have to hold). The room was run down and dated (which we expect for cheap motels/hotels so that didn't bother us) but the toilet door didn't open from the inside - thankfully there were two of us so one could let the other out lol). The main reason to steer clear is that both my partner and I woke the next morning with several bites on our bodies from what we can nay presume were bed bugs. On closer inspection to investigate we also found pubic hair in the bed which we can guarantee wasn't ours (as it wasn't ginger lol). Not a great place to stay even at that price. もっと読む

This place is definitely a one star, rooms were old and run down, the "continental breakfast" was a box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, there was spray painted gang signs on our bathroom door. We stayed here during the Super Bowl because it was the only hotel close to Cowboys Stadium. My wife asked for an extra blanket and a pillow and the lady at the front […] desk accused us of having extra people staying in the room, they did deliver the blanket and pillow about 30 minutes later with a skeptic eye. Hotel was what I expected for a little motel, and it served it's purpose. The filled in pool was hysterical. Rooms were okay and not as bad as I've read. Had a great time at the Superbowl!

LOCATION OF THE MOTEL WAS WONDERFUL BUT THE CONDITION OF IT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD. THE ROOM HAD AN ODOR, HAD TO PURCHASE AIR FRESHENER TO MAKE IT THROUGH OUR STAY.....GOOD VALUE IS ABOUT ALL THEY HAD TO OFFER.

I would rather stay in my dog's house in the middle of a snow storm then stay at this hotel agian... If you want poor maid service and fill like you are going to get robbed in the middle of the night then this is the place for you

The motel was a quiet little family owned business. The family was very nice and accommodating! It was very close to the stadium, and lots of wonderful restaurants!! Dont not recommend!!!! The room had broken frame around mirror. The bathroom had major cracks in bathtub wall area. The king size bed - the sheets were not clean and stained. The pillows under the pillowcases were brown, dirty, stained, and old...yuk dust mites possibly lice because they were sooooo old. It was filthy. We were so ready to leave early […] in the morning. Our child was ready to leave as soon as we got there. It was disgusting. When we went to check out there was noone working the counter so we just left a notice that we checked out at 8:10am and left our room card with the note. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. As soon as we got home we all took a good shower and washed all the clothes immediately to make sure we did not carry any bugs home with us. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. However the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The exhaust fan knob was missing and it was embarrassing to the other guest when person came out of the restroom with remanant of odor lingering in the entire room for a while.

While it is not a 5-star hotel, it is decent for the price. You get what you pay for. It is a little older and in need of some updates, but we just needed a place to lay our heads when we went to a college football game at Cowboy Stadium.

In town for a ball game. The motel was affordable and close to the Cowboy's Stadium. It was kind of in a not-so-good neighborhood. It had a workout facility which was a mobile basketball hoop in the parking lot that was broken. It had a pool, but the pool had been filled in with dirt and had grass planted in it. The rails, pool chairs, and even the […] "No Diving" signs were still in place. It was hilarious. I was satisfied. It wasn't terribly pricey and it was a place to lay my head for the night. Pubic hair on the bath room floor, bath door broken I was barely able to get the door open when i closed it. shower wall was caved in.

run down, old, bad area. No breakfast. No pool. Very basic but decent if you need a cheap place to stay.... though for those ammenities, I would have expected it to be cheaper. VERY close to UTA campus. Ok service.

I use this hotel only for the location to the Maverick Stadium. It is an older hotel and there is no longer a pool, but it is a descent place to sleep and shower.

Parkway Inn Arlington is located near UTA. Only 10-15 minutes are required to walk to UTA.

印度人开的小旅馆，房间卫生很差，设施很陈旧。床上连被子都没有，而且潮乎乎的，我们担心会不会有小强出没。房间有股霉味，喷了很多香水来掩盖，薰的人头疼。所以我们最多在房间逗留了两分钟就决定换别的酒店，我们宁可白白付两晚的房费也不愿在这个地方将就。
