ストリップから少し離れてはいますが、バルコニーやキッチン、ジェットバスなども付いている部屋(プリンセススイート ストリップビュー)に2泊しました。お部屋は11階で、ストリップ通りのホテルの全体を見ることができ夕方からはパリス、バリー、フラミンゴ、コスモポリタンなどネオンが綺麗でした。2日間の夕食はルームサービスのディナーをテラスでリッチに楽しみました。お食事の味も美味しかったです。ホテルのスタッフも優しい方でした。また、プール&ジャグジーも気持ちが良かったです。とにかく、お部屋が広く85平米？私たちは、陸路の旅の途中でもあり、ゆっくりと休息のひと時を味わうことが出来ました。 また、ラスベガスに行く時は利用させて頂きます！

いわゆるコンドミニアム型のホテルで、（私の場合は自宅より）広いキッチン、広いリビングルーム、キングサイズのベッドが2台入った広いベッドルーム、2個口の洗面台にシャワーとジェットバスの両方が備え付けられたバスルームといった設備で、非常に快適な滞在でした。部屋は洒落て落ち着いた雰囲気ですが、ベランダにはパーティ用の椅子やテーブルもあり、大人数で出かけて行ってパーティなどするのにもぴったりなかんじです（実際夜にはあちこちの部屋のベランダにパーティをしているようすが見えました。隣のパーティの騒音が聞こえるなどということも特にありませんでした）。場所はストリップから3ブロックほど入ったところなので、ストリップ沿いに並ぶホテルほど便利というわけにはいきませんが、3ブロック歩いた先は街のど真ん中でもあるの […] で、特に不便は感じませんでした。ギャンブルが主な旅行の目的の場合はカジノホテルのほうがいいかもしれませんが、泊まるホテルにカジノがなくても構わないのであればおすすめのホテルだと思います。 もっと読む

大通りに出るのに１１分と、思ったより時間がかかり、予想以上に遠かった。 フライパン、なべがまったくなく、次の日にハウスキーピングに頼んでやっと出てきた。キッチン付きなのだから、最初から備えておいてほしい。 ざるがホテルになかった。野菜の水切りに苦労した。 アラームクロックが設定不能で取り換えてもらった。このようなことではメンテナンスが良いとはいえない。また、ハウスキーピングの対応がスピードの点で悪い。

同行した高齢の伯母にとっては初めての海外旅行でしたが、接客スタッフは皆さん親切でいろいろ気遣ってくれ、部屋の広さや設備、窓からの景色は素晴らしく、楽しく滞在できました。Labor Dayの週末で金額的には通常より高めでしたが、スタッフ全員が通常のユニフォームから白い服装に統一され、違う雰囲気も楽しめました。 ただ一つ、改善していただきたい点はハウスキーピングです。チェックイン後すぐに1枚のウォッシュタオルに小さな汚れを見つけ、交換を求めたところ、若い女性スタッフが大量のタオル（3種類のタオル一抱え分）を置いて行き、フロントに下げてほしい旨を伝えてもらちがあかず、結局2日間そのままでした。その割に、滞在最終日には部屋を訪ねてきて「何時にすればよいか？」とわざわざ尋ねたので、昼頃にと答えたにもかかわらず、その日は清掃された様子がありませんでした。 また、ハウスキーピングは電話で依頼しなければ行われないことがどこにも明記されていなかったので、初めての滞在客にも何らかの方法で分かるようにしていただければと思いました。 ハウスキーピングでの不満はありましたが、それ以外は本当に良いホテルでした。 高齢者や健康に不安がある人でなければ、ストリップまでは歩ける距離ですし、近隣の有名ホテルやスーパーへならば、タクシーでほとんど10ドル程度で移動できます。立地的にもとても静かで落ち着いています。目の前の変電所（？）や隣のガソリンスタンドが気になる方にはお勧めしませんが。 日本からの直行便がないこともあり、気軽には行きにくいのですが、スパやプールなど体験しそびれたこともありますので、次回訪問することがあれば、私は必ずPlatinum […] Hotelを選ぶつもりです。 もっと読む

値段の安さと、満足度の高いコメントが多かったので予約しました。安い部屋だったせいか、部屋は、エレベーターから一番遠いところ、しかも、まだ外は明るいのに、カーテンは閉め切られていました。さらに、カーテンを開けると、そこは壁と外階段。こんな部屋だと知っていたら、予約しませんでした。アメニティーも必要最小限で、フロントの感じもよくなかったです。 部屋はとても広く、バスタブにはジャグジーもついていたし、シャワーも動かすことができるタイプでした。冷蔵庫も大きかったです。ベルボーイの方たちはとてもフレンドリーでした。

こじんまりとして、ストリップの喧騒から少し離れているので、落ち着きます。部屋はフルキッチン（冷蔵庫、食洗機、電子レンジ、オーブンあり）、ジャグジーもあり、スイートなので最高です。スタッフも親切、レストランも良心的な価格です。プールは狭いですが、逆にのんびりできました。唯一の難点は、ストリップの交差点から１０分くらい歩くので、観光で歩き疲れていると、ちょっと遠く感じることと、その間に酔っ払いがいたりすることです（ただ、明るい道なので、治安は大丈夫）。４時から８時まではラウンジでハッピーアワー、ドリンクが半額で楽しめました。 カジノでギャンブルのためにラスベガスに行くのでなければ、お勧めです。

特筆すべきはセキュリティの万全さです。小さなロビーでしたが、２４時間体制で２人以上のセキュリティガードが常時警戒しています。レセプションの対応も親切で、つたない英語でも理解してくれようとします。ロケーションもストリップ通りから徒歩５分ほど、すぐ隣にセブンイレブンもあるので、全く不便は感じませんでした。カジノが無く、とても静かなホテルなので、家族連れやビジネスには向いていると思います。部屋はとても広かったです。ただ、ドアレートの割りに料金が安かったので、それに見合ったグレードの部屋だったらしく、部屋の電化製品の（ベッドサイドボードの目覚まし時計やラジオ、ベッドサイドランプ等）小さな不調が（故障・・・とまではいかない）やや気になりました。それが気にならない方にはお勧めです。

妻と子供たちと一緒に、サンクスギビングの週末、このホテルに泊まった。到着したら、通常の時間より早めにチェックインさせてくれた。これは大きなプラスだった。その後、プリンセススイートにアップグレードしてくれて、山々が見渡せる上方の階にしてくれた。スイートはただ美しく、価格に対して本当にお得だった。家族連れや騒々しいstripからとにかく離れたいという人にお勧め。：）

I really liked this hotel. I have stayed at Bellagio and Palazzo before, but this room was great for the price. The room was huge (with a full kitchen, balcony) and I had a laundry inside. My kids enjoyed the open space and gave them the feeling of home.

The hotel was good value and is about a 10 minute walk to the strip. It is a non gaming non smoking hotel. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer in the bathroom for an otherwise very well appointed hotel and spacious bathrooms. The cold water in the lobby was a nice touch.

This was the first time I stayed at platinum hotel and I absolutely loved it! The staff was more then friendly and helpful. For example I asked the front desk girl if she knew how to get to Fremont street she didn't just tell me but she printed out directions for me! We love The Platinum. Service by hotel staff is great and full kitchen, sitting room area and separate bedroom is exactly the type of room we enjoy. Since we drive to Vegas, the location is not an issue for us. The hotel is in need of updating but I understand that renovations are planned.

We were put in a room where we could hear the cars in the parking garage go over speed bumps. All through the night you just heard thump, thump. Had to have maintenance fix the light switch because the lights would not shut off. Shower would get hot and then cool down on its own.

It's at the end of the Vegas strip and I think hotels in Vegas, overall, just take a bit of a beating due to the sheer number and type of guests they receive. Plus it was New Years so that probably increased the volume of "party patrons" which would have increased the workload of the cleaning staff but we saw food spilled in the halls and dirty dishes […] waiting to be picked up for an entire day. Upon arrival, the valets seemed a bit disorganized and the room was clean but I's score the cleanliness at maybe a 7/10. We chose it because they're pet friendly. The non-refundable pet fee is $75, which for a 5 days stay is not that bad but if it were just one night would seem steep. Overall, they were fairly accommodating to our pet needs but I'd say they're more pet-tolerant than actually pet-friendly (going out of their way to make your pet's stay enjoyable.
