We paid quite a bit more for this hotel than the advertised price (due to fees, etc), which was very annoying. However, it was definitely worth the money. I wouldn't necessarily book here again unless the rates were a little lower, but for what we paid, we got an excellent room. It was very clean & well kept. It was a well maintained facility and met […] all of our needs plus more. My only other complaint was that the actual building we stayed in was extremely hard to find. There was no specific address listed for it on hotels.com or given to us. Due to the fact that no specific phone # was given to us either, it turned into a huge hassel just to find the place. After 9 hours of driving, it wasn't the greatest experience. We drove around for 45 minutes in the small town of Keystone attempting to find our hotel. The address listed was incorrect and the phone # listed is to the travel agency, so no help there. Once we FINALLY made contact with a representative who knew how to direct us, we made progress. Although he still didn't know how to tell us exactly where to go. Once we found the place, we were surprised how nice it was and had an excellent stay. Good views, good atmosphere, and good amenities. The hot tub was only open til 10, which was pretty inconvenient, but it didn't look the greatest or the most safe, so we stayed away from it anyways. We had a very nice condo at Key to the Rockies. It was spacious and close to the lifts at Keystone. My only beef with my stay is that on Hotels.com we were told we would have a KING sized bed and two bathrooms... We had a queen sized bed...which I hate! and only One bathroom. So I wouldn't believe all the information that Hotels.come tells you about […] the rooms they book. They don't seem to know what the rooms are REALLY going to be like. Condo was clean and comfortable; good location near the Mountain House base area at Keystone. Water pressure in the unit was low; condo did not have W/D in the unit as the ad implied.

The only complaint are the beds. I have never slept on a bed that hard or bumpy, but leaving the windows open and listen to the creek made it all work.

Studio was great- perfect for 2 people.

Close to Arapahoe, Loveland and Keystone. Pretty good accomodation: Very confortable and large. Enough to accomodate up to 7 people.
