I read all the reviews before choosing to stay here. I booked my room from the parking lot on the hotels.com mobile app. There is a delay when checking in. The staff was extremely friendly. First we had a smoking room but asked to be changed because there was a strong marijuana smell on that floor that made me sick. The staff apologized and immediately […] moved us to another room. Manager told us to come back if the new room wasn't perfect. New room was great. Very high ceilings and so was very different from most hotels. Nice Hotel and Nice Location.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean, quiet, easy to get to, and the staff was service oriented. Loved the luxurious sheets and bedding! We also had the breakfast buffet the next morning. Excellent food made to order! We are definitely going back.

Great location, right near restaurants, nightclubs, airport, and Ontario Mills mall. Friendly staff, breakfast buffet was great.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a comfortable place where my family and I stayed recently. The room was comfortable and clean. We went swimming in the middle of winter in the indoor pool/spa area which helped get our kids tired for bed time, the pool area was clean a lot of fun. the food was less than aceptable

Stayed one night & was very happy. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.

Usually a discounted hotel of this caliber is discounted for some reason like construction, poor room condition or in this case low bookings. (Parking lot was empty.) We were plesently suprised of how nice this hotel was. We actually thought it was just built, yet the desk clerk said she thought is was 5 to 10 years old. The hotel was nice and in a good area. Convient location. The room was not as clean as i would have liked.

Easily accessible from two interstate freeways, has nice amenities and close to the airport and many shopping malls.

Great! For the short time we were there, it was fabulous. The staff was very, very friendly!

It is January, and we thought the inside pool, and jacuzzi would be great. The hotel was nice. A few draw backs were that there was no vent or fan in the bathroom so it fogged up quickly, the pool area needs repair! The cement seat in the jacuzzi was chipped badly, and not comfortable to sit on. My bathing suit did not survive, but I was concerned that […] you could get hurt. Especially children. We booked through Hotels.com, and breakfast was to be included. We were charged for breakfast, and were not happy about that. Positives: The hotel is fairly new and clean and close to mall & restaurants. Negatives: The windows have no blinds and you can't sleep daytime, the heater is very noisy and it rattles when it's on. Its a great hotel for the price I think its exelent.

We were able to secure a bargain price over the Thanksgiving holidays, just a few dollars more than Motel 6. It was a non-refundable rate, but well worth the slight risk of plans changing at the last minute. There are a couple of negative reviews here that made me hesitate, but I cannot imagine what went wrong there. The place was clean and well maintained […] and all the staff were friendly. The bed and other furniture were excellent, and the room had a real thermostat, not just a dial on the A/C-heating unit. One thing to note, that I missed when booking is that the breakfast is not a freebie. Stayed in the suite with jaquzzi tub. The tub was broke had to undo panel to plug it in. It was LOUD and would not shut off. Called down to manager and he just blew me off. For the most part our stay was enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our accomadations were for the most part comfortable. But there were some down sides. We were frustrated that the spa heater was not turned on the first evening we stayed. The light bulb in the bathroom was out, the water came out of the spout brown, the bed was hard and the toilet got clogged from pee. Nothing decent for the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay somewhere else.

Everything about the Hilton was perfect. The service was fantastic, and the location is very convenient for anything that you would want to do. Only about an hour away from LA(with traffic) and directly behind Ontario Mills Mall. The beds are probably the most comfortable beds we've ever stayed in and the staff made us feel right at home. A shout out to Martin and Christina who made my stay enjoyable by taking a personal intrest in my well being.

Our only issue was the Hotel put 2 Hotel Deposits for a total of $150 to cover incidentals which is normal. But it took 3 days for us to get that credit back, which tied up our money. Hilton hotels are must of the times very nice an clean - I do not know if is the recession that is affecting the way hotels are managed or just a lack of commitment to the chain but it could improve in so many ways and specially the price there are way better hotels in that area with better price time for the Hilton's to improve
