Mold in the shower. The bathroom did not smell clean. The a/c did not always work. Lots of dog poop outside in the grass.

The location is is great, but it stops there. A very tired old property that wouldn't be considered by most except it's near the beach. We were very disappointed and it was the start of our vacation....glad it got much better after that!

I was very disappointed in this hotel stay. The rooms were tired, curtains falling off windows, in general very poor upkeep of the rooms. Receptionist decent but offered no eye contact or friendly nature while handling reservation. The place has the right location and must get it's business because of this...which is why I booked it, but it's outdated […] and needs to be cleaned up. もっと読む

Pool on site, on the beach locations and only 3 blocks from the main street full of stores and restaurants

staff was very good, hotel does not live up to pictures online desperately needs a makeover for the prices charged.

Can't beat walking out of your room and right onto the beach. Since its further down the strip, its more quiet and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Hotel needs some updated renovations but would stay there again.

The one great thing about this hotel is that it is definitely on the beach. And it was good that the staff, when available, seem very friendly. And it was located a short stroll to the pier. But none of htis outweighs the bad stuff. Its not really worth the money. The room I was in overlooked the very small pool on one side and the street on the other. […] The door was very easy to open, even when locked. So it wasn't very secure. The room and bathroom were old and not the cleanest. Of my 3 nights, the housekeeper came only once. The pool was dirty. The pool and courtyard furniture were dirty. It isn't a real hotel, more like a couple of small 2-story apartment buildings. It seemed like the other guests of the hotel were mostly a large family. Maybe if you have full run of the place, maybe it would be more fun. There is no room service or restaurant or bar, but the rooms have kitchenettes and there are stores (to stock up) within walking distance. And if "the scene" is important to you, this is located in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea ... quite a distance from the heart of Ft Lauderdale Beach where the nice hotels and bars and restaurants are. もっと読む

L'albergo è cadente, la porta chiudeva a fatica, le tende rotte, i tubi arrugginiti, non esisteva Wi-fi anche se dichiarato, le lenzuola erano sporche. L'accesso alla camera era difficoltoso con scale esterne curve. Si salvavano solo i mobili, abbastanza recenti, la grandezza della camera chiamata privilegiata, più sporgente sul mare e la posizione […] dell'hotel che è splendida, essendo direttamente sulla spiaggia a cui si accede attraverso un piccolo giardino ben curato. La doccia esterna, davanti all'accesso alla spiaggia era completamente rotta. Se non lo sistemano nella manutenzione, non è assolutamente un albergo da consigliare. もっと読む
