会社の同期６人で、３ベッドルームの部屋に泊まりました。リビングと別途ルームが３部屋あり、それぞれの部屋に洗面所とトイレ、風呂が付いてました。日中は外出していたのですが、キッチンも完備されているので自炊もできそうです。もっとホテルにいる時間が長いとより楽しめるかなと思います。安いし広いし、近くにセブンイレブンもあるので便利です。また機会があれば必ずここに泊まりたいと思うくらいです。

とても気に入りました。 台所にはオーブン・冷蔵庫・電子レンジがあり、シンクも２つ。 乾燥機・洗濯機もありますが節水タイプではありませんでした。 ２人で利用でしたが部屋は２つ、バスルームもシャワー付きバス付が２つあります。 キングサイズの部屋はジャグジー付のお風呂で８割入れると水に変わるため要注意です。 シンク脇にボイラー給湯器があり、各部屋１台の様です。 気を付ければ問題ないので長期滞在にはお勧めです。 インターネットは有線のためケーブルが必要です。 プールも２か所あり、タワーは５つあります。 コンビニもウォルマートと同じか安い位の値段なので買い物も楽です。 次回も予約する予定です。

学会がOrlando Convention Centerであったので利用しました。学会上からは遠かったのですがDisnery Downtownのすぐ近くで、すぐそばにOutlet Mallもあり、便利な立地でした。宿泊料金も大変リーズナブルなので、車（レンタカー）を借りることができるなら、おすすめのホテル（コンドミニアム）です。

近くにウォールマートもあって買い物も便利ですし、 ディズニーワールドにもシーワールドにも行きやすい場所ですよ。 アウトレットもすぐ近くで良かったです。 部屋は広くてジャクジーバス、洗濯機、乾燥機、大型冷蔵庫、 レンジ、オーブンもついていてすごく便利です。

ホテルの清潔さ快適さは、北米のホテルの中では上位クラスだった。塵・カビなど一切なく食器などもきれい。 利便性は、空港から40分程度、WDWまで車で15分程度、Walmart(ｽｰﾊﾟｰﾏｰｹｯﾄ)まで5分程度、ホテルの隣に中規模のショッピングモール有り。レンタカーを利用する人には利便性では申し分ない環境。 唯一の不満は、フロントへ電話で頼み事をした時、"OK. Junt a moment.=ちょっと待ってて"の返事をもらったのに何も対応が無かったこと。 ここら辺は、北米では日常茶飯事なので気にはならなかった。

The hotel was convenient and close to all the sights. The layout of the suite was perfect for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was a little rough, but we aren't that picky. The kitchen was a big help for us to save a little money on the food in the theme parks.

Based on the description, I was under the impression that this hotel was in the Downtown Disney area, on Disney property. That is not the case. It is actually about two miles away from this area. Even though it is really a condo (not exactly a hotel), you still expect basic daily services such as making the bed, replacing the towels, taking out the […] trash. However, this will cost you an extra $5-$30 per day, depending on the services you want. When you are in this price range, you expect these basic services to be included. We usually stay in two bedroom condo-style rooms since we travel with two toddlers, and have never paid extra for basic housekeeping. The worst part was the beds, which were hard (like sleeping on a big saltine cracker) with hard, flat pillows. Ugh- not what you want after long days at the parks. We had a different unit than last time although thought we booked a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. Upon our arrival the toilet was clogged and it took forever to reach the front desk. We had to walk to the main building to report it. The rugs were filthy and the guest bathroom had black mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. We had 8 guests but the hotel supplied 6 towels? This was a very comfy hotel / apartment. Some days I was tempted to stay in rather than go to the parks. The suite was huge, clean. I got everything I hope would be here when I booked the room plus 100% more. I don't need to look anymore for accommodation when visiting Orlando, I found the ideal !!!!

They put us in an uncleaned room, we agreed that they could come clean it instead of moving us, 5 hours later nothing had happened after a couple calls. So then we called a little aggravated because they had done nothing and then they moved us. After that all was well.

This is a MUST DO AGAIN!!!!! Wonderful resort, close to all the parks. The room was so very clean, the front desk staff awesome, the pirate ship pool was great. Nice little store with all the items you may need. Can't wait to go back!

The bed sheets had not been changed and it was to late when we realized this. The next morning we asked that they be changed. At 6PM we came back, but nothing was done. Our second stay here has lived up to the hype after an impressive first stay last year. It is fun and convenient. Large rooms with full kitchen and jetted tub in master bedroom make this an excellent value. Both times we have stayed here, we have enjoyed a day at the parks as well as a day at the water park that is the pool here.

We have stayed numerous times in the last 5 years. The hotel is starting to show its age, but the beachfront location with a beach front bar and restaurant are hard to pass up. The so called firework view was in realty a view directly on a big motorway and a construction site. Altough we offered to pay an upgrade the staff of the hotel was completely unwilling to change the room and was unbelieveable rude and unfriendly and so we changed the hotel after one night.

We enjoyed our stay expect our view was of the back side of the outlet mall next door. They were renovating two of the stores and work crews started hammering and filling dumpsters between 9 & 10 each morning.

Overall, the stay was good. Our room could have been cleaned better i.e. found boxers in the washing machine and bobby pins on the carpet, but otherwise, the room and pools were great.
