パシフィック クラブ リゾート (Pacific Club Resort)

今回は家族（夫婦、子供二人）で訪問しましたが、どちらかというとファミリー向けではなく、カップルでゆっくりするのに快適な宿かなと思いました。

部屋も清潔で、インテリアもかわいく、満足です。コストパフォーマンスがとても良いと感じました。 ビーチから遠いのが難点です。

坂の上にあり、周りには何もないので正直便利とはいえません。やはりカロンならビーチ沿いや、パトンの方が便利だと思います。また、バスローブば滞在中同じものの使い回し、スリッパは使い捨てに近い材質の布製の古い物を洗って別の客に使い回しているようでした。せめて機内で使用する使い捨てスリッパにして欲しいです。長距離滞在で安く泊まるには良いかもしれません。

私は妻と2月初旬にここに宿泊し、すばらしい経験をしました。唯一の些細な欠点はホテルの立地で、少し辺鄙なところにあります。それ以外はサービス、部屋、設備（特に屋上のプール）はとてもすばらしかったです。絶対にお値打ちです。

部屋を予約したとき、オーナーにこの予約は新婚用だと言ったら、すばらしい装飾をしてくれた。どうもありがとうございます。サービスは思いやりがあり、家族のように接してくれてよかった。旅行日程を立てる手助けをしてくれた。唯一の問題は立地があまりよくないことだ。メイン・ロードに出るのに少なくとも10分間歩かなければいけない。それは歩くというより、実際丘を上っているのだ。

私と妻は4泊したが、ホテル自体は良く、食事もおいしく、屋上に素晴らしいプールがある。好都合な点。料金設定が良く、従業員も素晴らしく、英語を話すことができる。スイミングプールもいいし、レストランも素晴らしい（食事に本当におすすめだ）。不都合な点。ロケーションが悪く、野良犬がたくさんいて、夜歩くのは安全ではない。街のごみ収集所にとても近い。夜には小さいヤモリがたくさんいて部屋の中にまでいた。全体的に、トリプルA四つ星のサービスとおいしい食事に満足している。

ほとんどの人が必要とするアメニティがそろっている。従業員は素晴らしい。一日旅行や、スパの手配をしてくれたりする。ビュッフェ式の朝食をとることができるレストランがあるし、スパもある。屋上には島とビーチを見渡すことのできる素晴らしいプールもある。唯一のネガティブな部分は、買い物やビーチなどバケーションアクティビティの場所まで、丘の部分も含め、徒歩で１０-１５分ほどかかることです。フロントでスクーターをレンタルすることができ、これはレンタルの価値があります。カロンビーチでスクーターに乗るのは島内の他の場所で乗るよりも怖くはない。パーティー的な雰囲気を求めるならこのホテルには向かない（ビーチエリアも含め）パーティービーチはパトンだ。

We recently spent a week at the Pacific Club Resort. The hotel is well situated at the too of a hill, close enough to walk to the town and far away enough to not be disturbed by noise. The hotel itself was a little dated. I stayed in a standard room overlooking the courtyard and it was really quite nice. The staff however was fantastic. Very attentive and quick response to any request I made. I am going back next February for sure.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. They had a reasonable and helpful late check out policy. It was about a 10 minute walk to either town or the beach. The surrounding neighborhood really needs to be cleaned up. It really detracted from the overall experience.

Hotel is very nice, as well as the staff. Room is big and comfortable, clean, but not luxorious. Hotel's location is not the best - it is between other hotels which are on construction, and is located next to a water treatment facility. It is a walking distance from Karon beach and Karon village.

Overall, pretty good for the price. I was stuck waiting in the lobby (not air conditioned) from checkout (noon) until my live aboard (dive boat) picked me up at 6pm. I lost five pounds in water weight that day.

Stayed at the Pacific Club for 5 nights in a nice room on the 4th floor ( Great view of the ocean). Room was very nice , comfortable bed and spacious. We found that there willingness to help with this wasn't visible . Finally got a late check out on the last day but we were made to feel that this was a great inconvenience for them but we only needed an extra hour til 1.00pm. Enquired about hiring a motor scooter for the next day and the girl at reception seemed very uninterested in making this enquiry. Our other problem was with the vegetarian food that they have on the menu. It was disgusting, no other way to describe it. My husband had spinach & cheese canelloni and it came out tasteless , dry and it appeared that it was frozen then heated in a microwave before serving. The Hotel was OK. I have stayed in better resorts in Phuket. The hill to go to and from the hotel was the worst. The Tuk Tuks charge 200 baht to drive you up the hill and that adds up fast. Not located with the "action". Great Hotel if there was another Tsunami.

Coming from bangkok where we enjoyed free tuk tuk service to compensate for the distance we really wished the hotel offered such services. We didnt try the spa but as expected services are pricier there than for example local business. We chose this hotel based on rave reviews we read online and finally realized when we arrived that much of the reviews written might have been fake or were made by international travelers on a huge budget. The staff were very nice and made a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable but the overall appeal of the hotel led us to check out 4 nights early […] and stay at another hotel 45 minutes from this location. Although we payed a much higher price at the place we transferred to, it was worth every penny because it really changed the dynamics of our trip to Thailand and our impression of the country as a whole. The room was very clean and care was taken to make sure that our requests were granted but the quality of food and the surrounding areas of the facilities were not up to par. I remember having breakfast in the morning at the buffet and standing by the open window with my cup of coffee. I leaned my head out the open window to view the perimeter of the hotel and was disgusted to find piles of loose trash dumped along the sides of the building (particularly straws from the kitchen scattered loosely on the ground). Even 50 meters down the street from the hotel on the road was what seemed to be a dumping ground for trash. I was sad to see the area the hotel was in wasn't well kept by anyone. The position of this hotel is the only drawback as it is some 10 minutes walk from the edge of town and the beach. Great as a get away location where you can experience spa facilities and a high level of privacy.

The hotel itself was stunning, the design was inspired and the service and facilities are second to none. The herbal steam sauna is absolutely incredible, we were feeling so fit and healthy after using it along with the Jacuzzi every night of our 5 nights there. The bathroom was also large, but the shower had pretty poor water pressure and the water didn’t heat up much. The location isn’t perfect, it’s about 1 or 2km from Karon Beach. However, as I’m sure others will have said, if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of busier areas on Phuket, this is just the place for you. Situated up a big hill on the side of a mountain, the view from the rooftop pool is stunning rainforest of one side, and beach on the other. It’s very peaceful up there. The restaurant and staff there are also wonderful, we ate there 3 times for lunch and dinner and every day for breakfast. Overall, pretty amazing value for money and the small family owned business feel to the place makes you feel right at home. Next time we will probably stay in Patong or Kata, but only because we are young and preferred those areas to Karon. The resort is a very nice and serene place. Me and my girlfriend shared a wonderful experience there and it is our first trip together as a couple of 4 years. The only down side is, the resort is situated slightly away from the main road and the beach itself (approx. 600m). But it makes for a great opportunity to walk for a bit rather than sitting in a cab from point to point. The massage and spa were definitely the best of it's sort we've experienced. The 2 masseuse, namely Dang and Nong were extremely professional and passionate about what they were doing. They ensured we had an awesome experience and recommended us which package would suit us the best without it being too expensive. Finally, the drivers are both very nice guys who also doubled as our shopping guides. They dropped us at the heart of Bangla Street and mentioned some of the must-trys in Phuket. The cleaners met us on the second day in the lift. they greeted us and asked which room we were in. After which they asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned because we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign left outside all day. The night before, they left us bottles of complimentary water and toilet supplies to replenish, outside the room door just so that they would not have to disturb us. In all, I would really like to thank the Hotel and Staff for this opportunity to stay in their resort. The owner has done a very good job to hire probably the best staff for all aspects to run a successful hotel. I am going to recommend all my friends to stay in this wonderful place. I am trying to make a get-together session with my friends for a trip to Phuket again. And i would ensure I go all out to get them all to stay there!
