"宇都宮市" 在住の タテオ K 様の口コミ (投稿日 : 2011年04月09日)飛行場は田舎らしく小さな飛行場でそのホテルはそこから少し離れています。 近くに店はあんまりなくて車で買い物にでかける必要があります。 シャトルバスはありますがレンタカーで旅行に向いています。

I would give the hotel a second chance. The bedding was dirty. I was placed in a handicapped room (I did not request) and the shower flooded the entire floor.....there was no edging to keep the water in the shower area. If it wasn't midnight when I arrived I would have requested another room. When I checked out I shared this info on their customer service […] card. The handicap room has a roll in shower for easy access for the guests with this need and I apologize again if this was not the room you had hoped for. Our primary goal is to provide outstanding guest service for our guests no matter what channel you book through. We truly value our hotels.com guest and I apologize we were fully occupied otherwise we would have loved to relocate you to a guest room of your choice for the inconvenience. I was in town for work and wanted to stay somewhere nice but not break the bank. This place was extremely affordable and the location was awesome. The continental breakfast impressed me. I feel lots of hotels go more cheap on the selection but there was a ton.
