Check-in to this hotel was not fun. No bellman out front and a flight of stairs to climb carrying your own bags. Still, in all, a very nice hotel, but expensive for the quality of the facility and the service.

Hotel is great with perfect service, nice pool on the roof, beautiful view of the sea.. Great location to visit cinque terra, pisa and Florence while staying on sea side.. Only small negative is beach which was very crowded but then it was august

The hotel staff were excellent - extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is lovely with a perfect position. The only gripe was rather tired plumbing which was a bit smelly. Viareggio is a great beach resort but the beaches are ridiculously expensive.

Thevquality of the hotel rooms and facilities was excellent. Rooms very clean. On the other hand, the service was poor. One day we asked for more orange juice for breakfast (20 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end) but we were told that they would not be making more as breakfast would be ending soon. Similarly when we requested a poached egg, […] the waiter said he didn't speak English and would get someone to come back but never did. Another day there was an awful drain-type smell in the bathroom which we reported to reception - they sent up a housekeeper who just covered the room in air freshener, so much that you could smell it walking along the corridor - and of course, as soon as the air freshener wore off, the smell was back. The smell did disappear the next day however. Overall the hotel itself deserved 5 stars but the service definitely did not. もっと読む

Hotellet var utmerket, men dyrt. Strandpromendaen i Viareggio er flott med masse flotte og dyre butikker. Resten av byen bærer preg av forfall.

This was one of the more expensive hotels we booked on our road trip through Italy. My first impression when we entered the hotel was that I would definitely get my money's worth. The entrance is quite beautiful & the front desk greeted us immediately & politely. Although the clerk tried her best to speak English, it was difficult to understand her. […] This doesn't bother me actually as we are the ones visiting her country. She offered to have someone bring up our bags but we travel lightly so there was no need. When we got to our room, I was very pleasantly surprised. It was VERY spacious & nicely decorated. The bathroom was huge with a huge walk-in shower. The only negative was the bathroom door did not shut since the door frame was damaged. But I can overlook that. The bed was very comfortable & they even provided us with extra pillows of a very nice quality & extra blankets. We were also pleasantly surprised with the bathrobes & slippers they provided us. We were told at check-in there was a heated pool on the roof. We decided to check it out, but since it was October & a little chilly, the heated pool was not warm enough to tempt us. It looked like it need a little cleaning as well so we decided to skip it. We were also told there was a Spa located in the hotel. We were greeted by the Spa manager & she informed us of the services & costs of the Spa. Since Viareggio in October does not have a lot going on we decided to take the Spa package which costs 25 Euro per person. Unfortunately, we later found out it was really not worth half that. The manager enticed us with the Turkish baths & sauna & special showers. We learned it was only a sauna, steam room & showers with different colored lights with fancier names. So we feel we gotta a little ripped off there. The highlite was definitely the breakfast which had everything you could want. It had eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats, all different types of breads & croissants, cereals, fruits, etc. Very generous, large spread. T もっと読む

Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo. Le camere sono grandi e confortevoli ma i servizi lasciano molto a desiderare in quanto scomodi e angusti. Un 5 stelle dovrebbe avere quanto meno una vasca da bagno ed invece abbiamo trovato solo un box doccia peraltro molto stretto. Posizione eccellente, struttura bellissima.

Hotellet holdt gjennomgående en meget høy standard. Stilen er sjarmerende og ikke steril. Basseng på takterrassen ga en god start på dagen. Ventilasjonsanlegget på rommet skjønte vi imidlertid lite av. Området rundt hotellet og langs strandpromenaden er svært regulert, men alt er jo skikkelig bra da. Bellissima struttura recentemente ristrutturata. Bellissima la piscina con idromassaggio al 5° piano con vista spettacolare. Purtroppo senza parcheggio per l'auto e servizi inadeguati alla struttura. Très bel hôtel , vue mer de côté, alors qu'il était specifie chambre ffrontale mer, cependant nous avons eu droit à une très belle suite.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Strandstrasse. Gegenüber besitzt das Hotel einen eigenen Strand mit Liegestühlen und Restaurant. Das Hotel wurde renoviert und die Zimmer haben den Stiel eines Traditionshotels behalten.

It can't be any better. I have stayed there twice and there was no disappointments. Laura (both of them) Davide and all were simply fantastic. Breakfast, lovely and service was marvelous.

L'hotel è molto bello, il personale è davvero cordiale e disponibile. La camera non era pronta al nostro arrivo. Dopo numerosi tentativi di trovarne una libera la direzione con grande professionalità ci ha offerto la suite. ho avuto modo di essere a Viaregio per lavoro e vacanza ho trovato in questo Hotel la massima comodità sia per me che lavoravo sia per la mia famiglia che si è goduta qualche giorno di mare , la cortesia dell' intero staff sia in Hotel che in Spiaggia, la disponibilità per i miei due bimbi piccoli, i servizi a qualsiasi ora sono stati splendidi.
