デュッセルドルフでは最高峰のホテルで駐在員時代からVIP用に使用していました。残念ながら、2015年まで地下鉄の工事で当分回りは騒々しいですが、ホテルの雰囲気とサービスはやはり一流です。

Perhaps my expectations were too high - but I did not find this to be a pleasant hotel. The external surroundings are noisy because of construction immediately outside, the building itself is somewhat old with inconsistent heating/cooling in the room which made it incredibly hot one night and too cool the next, the room door is thin enough that I heard […] each conversation of passersby in the middle of the night, the bar/coffee station has staff that kept customers waiting far too long to place orders. The hotel staff are pleasant but only two (the concierge and one of the desk staff) seemed to be engaged in serving the guests well. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Good location for shopping as well as for lovers of art. All major fashion brands are represented in the neighbourhood. The hotel appeared old from the outside but it is sparkling clean inside.

Hotel was very nice, room was clean. Fantastic location next to Alstadt - lots of restaurants, bars within walking distance. The exterior of the hotel and surrounding area is currently under construction. I was on a higher floor so noise didn't bother me but could be an issue for some travelers.

There was a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel but the hotel was very nice and the majority of the staff were very helpful and spoke good english which was a real bonus for me. Its proximaty to old town and shopping was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fint hotell, men skjemmet av masse byggebråk rett utenfor. Sjarmen var borte før du hadde kommet inn i hotellets lobby. Våre rom var ikke tilgjengelige. Ble satt på en suite i stedenfor to enkeltrom. Greit nok for gode venner, men ikke ideelt. Hyggelig front desk og concierge. Bra frokost.

Hyggelige dager på dette meget sentralt beliggende hotellet. God service i resepsjonen og meget gode senger toppet oppholdet på Steigenberger.

Har besøkt hotellet flere ganger; denne gangen var det ikke varmtvann i dusjen i mer enn 2 min før det ble kaldt.Frokosten er grei men var bedre før og det finnes kun minitallerkner så du må opp og gå flere ganger hvis du skal ha mer enn et rundtsykke! Baren er fin og flott og servicen der er god.
