It is a nice hotel, pretty surroundings aswell. You need a car if you want to stay there, unless you want to get away from everywhere and also eat at their expensive restaurant. I would expect to have free internet or at least wifi areas, as many other five star modern hotels. Besides that, all good!

The Hotel room is very comfortable and the breakfast is very good, certainly more than adequate for anyone. The pool areas and spa are very good, so its easy to relax. The evening meals are of a reasonable standard and variety but quite expensive so I like to try some of the many restaurants throughout the island. Las instalaciones, el personal, la comida, la impieza, el spa (maravilloso) son realmente de cinco estrellas. Pero... es realmente incomprensible que la w-fi no sea gratuita (es realmente cara la conexión), que una trabajadora del spa te recrimine que no te hayas traído las toallas de la habitación (ponen allí unas de otro color para utilizar en el […] spa) cuando le pides unas .... Generelt fin service, men vi er skuffede over at opleve, at vi blev forsøgt bondefanget til at købe timeshare lejlighed. Det blev pakket ind som et tilbud om at se resortets faciliteter, hvilket ikke synes passende for et 5 stjernet hotel. Fint sted, men cost-benefit under forventning.

Hotel dentro de un complejo de golf con casas en regimen de club vacacional. Muy tranquilo y dentro de un entorno natural muy agradable. Las instalaciones y calidad del servicio no están a la altura de un cinco estellas. La practica totalidad de huespedes son extranjeros y el hotel no está orientado a españoles, como ejemplo varios empleados extranjeros […] que al hablarles en español contestan en inglés, nos parece de muy mala educación. Otro ejemplo, hay una selección de libros para los huespedes y no disponen de ninguno en español, todos en alemán, inglés, ruso e italiano ¿? Con solo ver la bandera española en la entrada, de menor tamaño que las que tiene al lado y sin el escudo te haces a la idea... siendo un cadena americana llama mucho la atención, un hotel americano nunca colocaría una bandera de su país así. Otro punto negativo es el olor ocasional de los baños, agua estancada. No sé si esto es achacable al hotel o a la mala construcción del mismo pero es muy desagradable. Como nota final, el primer día había hormigas en la habitación junto al balcón y el segundo nos encontramos dos en el colchón, al comentarlo en recepción nos contestaron que era debido al "entorno natural" del hotel, de todas formas lo comentarían con mantenimiento para limpiar bien la terraza... no volvió a ocurrir, supongo que los anteriores huespedes comieron en la habitación y la terraza y atrajo a los insectos. En resumen, le daríamos un 6 o como mucho un 7 sobre 10. Las cinco estrellas son cuestionables, calidad del servicio y ciertos aspectos del hotel no están a la altura, existen en la isla hoteles de 4* mejores. もっと読む

Für ein 5 Sterne Haus hat man eigentlich mehr erwartet! Der Service im Barbereich war alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Zimmertüren mit Kartenzugang funktionierte nicht. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder für ein paar Tage buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war der Wellnessbereich. Der Bereich war sehr dunkel und der Pool incl. Liegemöglichkeiten war nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Me and my family (wife and twins at 17) had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Son Antem, Mallorca. Top service and facilities were super. We will for sure consider to come back to this hotel. We did not like the pressure to buy a part in Marriott Vacation Club - More or less timeshares.

Ett hotell som lever upp till förväntningarna. Lugn och skön atmosfär med bra lekmöjligheter för barn. Två fina poolområden med hög vattentemperatur i en av poolerna. Vid längre vistelse kan lunchmöjligheterna kännas begränsade (då menyn inte är så varierad). Frukostbuffén har dock stort utbud. Bra möjligheter till motion.
