"駅前至便"Hotels.com のゲストによる口コミ 2012年05月05日 投稿
立地が非常によく、ループの駅前（階段降りてほんとまん前）だし、地下鉄ならＲｅｄモンローからも徒歩3分くらいです。ミレミアムパークまでも１ブロック。シカゴ美術館までも同じような距離。すぐ近くにセブンイレブンあり、バーありでいたれりつくせりです。また、部屋は無駄に広いです。建物は古いのはしょうがないですが、中は結構綺麗です。ただし2階にフロントがあるので、チェックイン時は1階から一度2階で降りてチェックインする必要があり面倒です。

コストバリューが良い！リバービューの出窓に座れるようになっているのがうれしい。ただ、向かいのオフィスビルから丸見えなので、「残業しないで早く帰って～」と願っていました。ロビーエリアでの朝のコーヒーサービス（スタバ）、夕方のワインサービスは、気が利いています。

"フォーポインツ バイ シェラトン シカゴ マグニフィセントマイル"
とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。空港からタクシーで行ったのですがホテルの名前を言っただけで運転手さんはわかってくれましたし、マグニフィセントマイルがすぐそこでロケーションが抜群に良いです。朝食なしプランでしたが、近くにカフェがたくさんあるため困りませんでした。 部屋は広く、ベッドも大きく机も使いやすかったです。ネットもすぐにつながりました。新しいわけではなさそうでしたが、家具なども綺麗で清潔感がありました。総じて、とても快適で居心地のよいホテルでした。
The staff were wonderful! The only glitch was that we were placed in a king size bed room when we requested a traditional double, but they gave us a rollaway for free and let us switch for the second night. Very accommodating and pleasant. Clean rooms, great location.
"Close to shopping & variety of eating options"
I have stayed at this hotel numerous times - and the one time that I wasn't satisfied with the room, we were moved immediately. The location is good for all destinations - easy walking distance to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Close to the public transportation stops for further destinations - or the concierge will get you a cab at the door. "4 points by Sheraton off the Miracle Mile"
The front desk staff and concierge are very helpful in their recommendations of local places. The hotel is conveniently located one block west of the Miracle Mile. It is accessible to both getting around the Miracle Mile and to hoping on the subway to head to the Loop. The hotel lacked in bathroom toilettries. A facial bar is supposed to be included, […] but never supplied throughout our stay. The toilettries in itself are of low quality. The bathtub stopped was ruined, but we never called to have it looked after. Wi fi is very bad. We had no wi fi in our room. I went to the lobby to connect to the wi fi, to then head back upstairs to the room to use. Notwithstanding, I recommend this hotel and if it offers a competitive rate, I would stay here again. もっと読む

"The Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Downtown"
We were very appreciative that they changed our Hotel Reservation to one week later due to the weather. We had a funeral to attend and it was postponed to the previous week. We loved the location and the rooms were very nice. We will be back.

"Sheraton-prime downtown spot"
This was the perfect choice for our overnight in Chi-town. Walking distance to the best dining spots and all the shopping spots. Staff was friendly and t was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will plan on staying there again.

Last winter my husband and I stayed at the Four Points, in Chicago. THis winter we had friends from Wisconsin come for a few days and all of us stayed at the Four Points and thoroughly enjoyed our stay(s). Keep up the good service!

"Swimming Pool"
I visited downtown Chicago with my 12 year old daughter. We loved the pool. The water was set to a comfortable warm temparature. It wasn't cold at all, which I don't like. The whirlpool was really nice, too. The pool was also very clean, the water wasn't yellow, and there were no cracks or rust stains. It was very clean. We loved it.

We stayed at this hotel between the Christmas and New Year holidays. The rates were excellent at that time, and we were thrilled with the conveniences of the room. "Large room"
Our room was much larger than expected for a downtown location. The room was simple but had what I would expect from Sheraton. The bed was very comfortable, nice linens. The bathroom clean, simple with granite counter. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Will stay again.

"Great Stay"
This hotel is a great stay for the price. The location is excellent. It is about 1 block off of Michigan Ave. It is about 6 blocks away from the Hard Rock Cafe. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
"Sheraton 4 Points"
Hotel was fine...great location to the Michigan Ave shops and walking distance to many places...workout room was small...room had a fridge, microwave and coffee which was nice if you were staying for a few days. Had the feel of a boutique hotel. Unfortunately, our room faced the street and we often heard the sounds of an ambulance or taxis.

I booked a room here so I wouldn't have to drive back to the suburbs after a holiday party. The location is excellent, just off Michigan Avenue--this would be a fine place for a tourist from out of town to stay. "Nine Place"
Wonderful stay in a very clean hotel. All staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. The only thing I would of liked to see at this hotel would of been a lounge. I woul stay there again.

"Must stay...."
Centrally located, spacious room, pool, and wonderful staff! Great stay. I'm going to stay here whenever I'm in town. Concierge was great, doormen were kind and my kids loved it too.

Enjoyed the indoor pool for grandkids! Rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable. Rooms a little "tired" - could use some updating. They did have a coffee bar in the morning, which was great! They need to change the brand of coffee, however.

Our stay was nice. The rooms are big and comfy. Lots of little extras. Parking has in and out privileges and has plenty of close parking spaces. "A great place to stay in Chicago."
The Four Points by Sheraton is well-located and very convenient. Comfortable without a lots of frills, it offers a good alternative accommodation when the better hotels in the area are already booked on one's travel dates. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and may make it my primary Chicago destination!
"Always a pleasant experience"
I've always had great service at this property. While a bit pricey for a 4 points, they staff is always courteous and helpful, and the location is first rate.
