（いい点） ①ホテルの立地 ホテルの目の前がフィリピンマーケットだし、その場所は夜には屋台街になるので、地元フードが食べたいときにもとても便利です。 ②スタッフの対応 私たちはクラブフロアの滞在だったのですが、１２Ｆにあるクラブフロアでのチェックイン・チェックアウトも快適でしたし、スタッフの対応も素早く気持ちがよかったです。 ③景色 リゾートホテル並みとはいきませんが、市内ホテルとしては、シービュールームから一面に海を眺める事ができますし、特に12Fのクラブラウンジの眺めは気持ちいいです。 （悪い点） ①団体客が多い 仕方のない事かもしれませんが、中国系の団体が多く、１Ｆのエレベーター乗り場は騒がしいですし、おそらく１Ｆでチェックインをするとなるとタイミングが悪いと結構待たされそうな気がしま […] す。（そういった意味でもクラブルームでの予約をおすすめします） ②クラブラウンジの食事の質がイマイチ 朝の食事はまだＯＫなレベルなのですが、ランチタイムは何もなし。アフタヌーンティータイムに出るお菓子（ケーキ）も種類も少なく、イマイチ感がぬぐえません。ここは要改善ＰＯＩＮＴだと思います。 価格と価値のバランスを考えれば、とてもお得なホテルとしておすすめできます！ もっと読む

ホテルの外見は豪華だけど、中は少しだけ古い感じがしました。だけど、それ以外は全く文句のつけようのない快適なホテルでした。 ハウスキーピングも毎日完璧で、部屋も広く、景色も素晴らしく、バスタブもあり、歯ブラシも備え付けで泊まってよかったです。

禁煙室で予約したのに、通された部屋は喫煙室。禁煙室へのチェンジをお願いするも、空いてないと言われ、がっかりでした。禁煙室予約を無視するとは酷い！ 朝食のビュッフェは美味しかったです。

昨年末29日宿泊しました。 深夜着でしたが、チェックインの際には海側の部屋に変更しましょうかと向こうからいっていただき、対応は親切に感じました。翌朝は周囲を散策しましたが、クラフトマーケット、センターポイント等、どこに行くのにもすごく近く便利です。

街中で、部屋の広さも80平米以上もあり、快適にすごせたが、クロゼット等に誇りが山ほどたまっていて、自ら掃除せざるをえなかった。

小学生２人と４人で泊まりました。デラックスツインの部屋でしたが、二人づつ寝ても問題ないベッドでした。日本のセミダブルより大きな感じでした。 朝着いて、荷物を預かってもらおうとしたところ、「どうぞ」との事で、チェックインをしていただけました。その日はたまたまだったのかもしれません。 サービスは上々です。６年生の娘に、わかりやすい英語で話しかけてくれて、気持の良い接客でした。 満足度◎です。

部屋はとても広く、満足しました。ただ、たてつけがあまりよくなく、処々傷があるのが気になりました。 Club Loungeが使えたので何度も利用しました。朝食付きの宿泊にしなかったのですが、Club Loungeの朝ごはんで十分事足りたので、むしろよかったです。

設備はいいけど、隣の声が丸聞こえ、ディスコが近くにあるので、部屋に寄っては深夜まで振動がきこえる。　全体的には良いホテルですが。

デラックスオーシャンビューに宿泊。部屋のサイズはゆったりしており快適。オーシャンフロントで眺望も良かった。 どこに行くにも町の中心にあり非常に便利 ホテルのスタッフの対応も親切でタクシーが必要な時はドライバーに行き先のみならず値段交渉もしてくれる 1週間、主人と宿泊したが、朝のビュッフェもメニュー内容が豊富日によって変化あり。で飽きない ブレックファースト付きがお薦めです。

初めてのコタキナバル歩きの拠点として、ル・メリディアン（ル・クラブ）を選びました。 お部屋にはウェルカムフルーツ。 大型シティホテルながら、クラブに現れる顔は少数で、なかなか居心地が良かったです。 ただ、冷房がキツくて寒かったけど。 クラブフロア以外はまた印象が違うと思いますが。 ホテル目の前はフィリピンマーケット。 朝になると賑やかなマーケットがウソのように消えてなくなっているのが面白いです。

到着してテレビをつけたらワールドNHKのチャンネルがセットされており気が利くな～と感じました。 普通のビジネスホテルを予想してましたが想像以上に部屋が広く大きなスーツケースを広げても余裕のスペースが有ります フロントの真向かいが朝食などを頂けるレストランになっていたりと、女性ひとりでも安心して過ごせるホテルだと思います ホテルの前の道には屋台が並び、歩くだけでも良し 部屋からは海も良く見えました センターポイントへの移動も歩きで気にならない程 近距離にあり大変助かりました 安価なホテルもたくさんあるようですが、全体のバランスを考えますととても良いホテルだと感じます

2泊しました。 目の前に市場やショッピングセンターがあるので、立地としては◎です。 部屋は綺麗です。ベランダはありません。マウンテンビューの部屋でしたが、海が見えました。 枕やシーツから誰かが使った後のような匂いがして気になりました。洗濯がうまくいっていなかったのか換えていないのかはわかりませんが・・ 翌日換えてくれると思っていたのですが、ベッドサイドの横のカード（シーツを換えるリクエストカード）をベッドに置いておかなくてはいけなかったということに、ルームメーク後に気づいたため、換えて頂けず残念でした。 その他としてはボーイさんも親切で、色々と教えていただきとてもよかったと思います。

好立地のため、ショッピング・食事等には困らない。 海目当てであれば、周辺の島へ行くのがいい。ホテル前の海はそんなにきれいでないし、泳ぐことはできない。

ロビーはフリースポットとして無線でインターネットに接続できますが、部屋は有線です。 部屋のカードキーですが２枚渡されました。これは普通のことなのかな？ちょっとわかりませんが・・ 予備らしいのですが、部屋に入るとさらに照明をONする所にカードキーがささっていました。 合計で三枚。。 なんだか三枚目を置いていくのも気になって三枚持ち歩いた時もありました。 帰ってきて部屋を開けようとすると、キーが認識されずに開かないことが何度かありました。 特に三枚持ち歩いて帰って来た時は、三枚とも全く認識されずにフロントで確認してもらいました。 三枚も持ち歩いたことが原因なのかはわかりませんが、一発で開かないことはよくあるみたいです。 長々と書きましたが、ものすごく細かいことを気にする人でなければ全く問題なく滞 […] 在できる良いホテルだと思います。 もっと読む

We upgraded to a Club Lounge Room and it was definitely worth it. The room and bathroom was clean, spacious and luxurious and the bed super comfy. They offer happy hour at the Club Lounge with a great spread of hot foods, appetizers, desserts including free alcoholic beverages. While the hotel stay itself was fine, all my issues stemmed due to what seemed to be a lack of communication between Hotels.com - where i did the booking and the hotel itself. Right in the middle of the city and by the waterfront which made it easy to access places .

Spacious room but refurnishment is urgent needed as the hotel is become age. Hotel is packed with local residents who take an advantage to bring their children into the hotel and turn the lobby area become a play ground. I definately will consider the newer Hyatt Regency nearby on my next visit.

My family are happy with the hotel, in the context of both its hardware and services. The only thing is the leakage of water pipe in the washroom of our room that is classified as "luxurious seaview".

Close to market and in the center for shopping.

Excellent hotel with great service and a very comfortable and spacious sea facing room on the 10th floor which I paid a little bit extra to be upgraded to. Also stayed at Pacific Sutera Harbour and Promenade Hotel on this trip and Le Meridien was the best of the lot. Highly recommended!!

The hotel locates in the heart of KK, can enjoy the beautiful seavew and sunset directly from hotel rooms. Central market, food street, shopping malls are just opposite the hotel or only few minutes on walk. Hotel room is large and tidy, especially, comfortable. what surprising me is that, hotel provides 2 complimentry illy coffee as welcome drinks. […] It's really great! Unfortunately we have been sick during our stay in this hotel. Everybody was so helpful and understanding that we were glad that it had happend here.

The huge farmer's market is just across the street make easy and plenty of choices for fresh fruits and sea foods. Cooking is on the spot after you pick the items. Just make sure well done to avoid GI infections if not well cooked and not clean.

The service is good, and the room is big and nice. But the lift lobby and the corridor is very stinky. I felt so sicked everytime I was going out and coming back.

Very plush hotel. Big rooms. Good comfort. Free Wifi in lobby but not in rooms. Many other charges not included. Breakfast is extra. Disappointed in Internet charge in room, as we thought it was free.

If you want a place to stay where shopping malls and other must see sights are convenient, this is your hotel. The actual room is really big and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is not the well maintained since I can observe a lot of wear and tear areas. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and had excellent service. Despite a problem with the room keys (for all the guests), the staff and the management worked hard to solve the situation. I look forward to my next stay!

Over all a good hotel, only one issue during our stay. Key card system to the rooms failed during new years eve, it took almost three hours to get access to our room.

Not a bad choice in Kota Kinabalu, nice location and access to the night market and shopping mall etc... The only downside is that the price does not quite match with its hardware facilities, or maybe that was a Christmas Seasonal pricing though...

Hotel shld consider complete none smoking. Room corridor carpet need shampoo more often as it smell horrible. Nook table shld be provided for the convinient of guest to place large suit case. Main Entrance Lobby do not have the quality of 4.5 star hotel. More improvement & upgrading neccessary.

It is a very nice place for family trip, my kids like the pools so much, and so convenient for us to go to the place to have seafood If i would go to sabah in the coming future, i would stay here again

My family had a wonderful time. Hotel very confortable with fantastic view. Very much in the heart of the city and accessible to many things local such as the night market, the wonderful sea food and having durian at midnight. will definately consider coming back again!

I stayed 5 nights at the Le Meridien and then moved for 4 nights to the Shangri La at Tanjug Aru, where the rooms were priced three times higher. What a bargain Le Meridien offers! Spacious room with a great view of the sea and the market below, an uncrowded Club Lounge with a sweeping view of the sea and a friendly staff ever at your service. The Concierge was especially helpful, and pointed out a cheaper way to see orangutans than going to the overpriced "rehabilitation" center at the Rasa Ria. When I first step in in the hotel at around 8pm on Wednesday night, I was dead tired due to lack of rest, eventually I was greeted by one of the front counter staff which was fill with smile and heartfull welcome, it make my day brighten. it is quite good. this hotel is very close to ocean and center of city. this hotel has good furniturre and facilities. I could recommend this hotel.

The Meridian is a good base for those that wish to explore the city or the wider island via trips. Tour operators will pick you up from the door or you can walk immediately outside and be on the waterfront. it locate close to KK Airport, just 15 mins taxi. for those who need to buy souvenir, best place for u to stay. plenty nice restaurant around, a super market just right next to you. But for those who hunger for wild life and sea view, pls, choose Resort~ =P
