他の大都市にあるHYATTのイメージでは全くありませんが、比較的こじんまりした落ち着いたホテルです。そうそう正面玄関は実にホテルらしくないです。フロントスタッフの対応も早くチェックインにも時間はかかりません。ボストンといえども大都市なので部屋は狭いと思ったのですが、比較的広く快適。バスタブも比較的深い。ちょっとびっくりはアメニティーに歯磨き粉だけがあったこと。ボストンは比較的小さな街で徒歩で結構動けるので、どのホテルも不自由さはないかもしれませんが、このホテルは地下鉄駅から５分ぐらい、サウスステーション（アムトラック・バス）にも１０分と非常にアクセスが良いです。コンビニは５分～１０分ぐらいのところに７－１１がありました。

初めてのボストンへの出張で利用しました。現地の取引先からお奨めのホテルということで選択しました。フロントの方の対応もよくお部屋のセッティングも綺麗で言うことなしです。中心街からもほど近くで、次回の出張時にも是非利用したいと思います。

全体に新しくきれいなホテルでした。夕食を食べましたが、美味しくて、安く、ボリームありました。

I thought that it was a great stay we love the hotel near boston and has perfect amenities, heated pool, great breakfast better than most that I have seen. My husband and I checked into the hotel for our 15th wedding anniversary after attending a wedding. We weren't in the room 20 minutes, when in the middle of changing our clothes, a male cleaning person walked right into our room! He didn't knock or announce that he was coming in! My husband asked him to leave since we were undressed and he just kept […] pushing his way into our room! I called the front desk immediately and told them what had happened. They apologized, said that shouldn't have happened and that the cleaner had lost his cell phone. I was extremely upset on the phone, felt unsafe. NO ONE ever called to check on us, offer us an apology from a manager or even offer us a bottle of water for our trouble. We were in a room right across from the elevator..unless the hotel was completely full, I'm not sure why they would put us in that room. Also the mattress was not satisfying, it sagged on one side.
