周辺エリアは余りよくなかったですが、とにかく部屋は最高でした。広くて清潔で文句なし！ストリップの南位置しますが、空港に行く際や１５号線でロスに戻る場合はちょっと得した感じがします。

フォーコナーから遠いが、静かで落ち着いていてゆったり過ごすにはぴったりです。部屋も広くバスタブも有りゆったり広い。トイレも二つ、家族ずれにも重宝するでしょう。

the hotelのフロントで、午後３時にチェックインしたところ、アップグレードを要求され、断ったら、マンダリンベイホテルに、廻されしまいました。 その後、ネットで確認したのですが、その日のthe hotelの予約がまだ出来た為、フロントで、いいようにあしらわれたのだと思われます。 ホテルは立派なのに、サービスは最悪です。

テーマパーク的な雰囲気が強いラスベガスにあって、大人の雰囲気に浸れるホテルです。施設も新しく、清潔で、パークハイアットやマンダリン・オリエンタル（東京）のような高級感があります。リビングとベッドルームが分かれた作りも非常に居心地がよかったです。通路でつながっている本館に行けば、雰囲気はいいけれど手頃なお値段のレストラン、ラスベガスにしては大きいプール、意外に面白い水族館もあり、大人も子供も大満足でした。ただ、部屋のベッドが高くて、4歳の子供では一人で登れないほどでした。

３泊したが１泊目に気がついたことは住宅サイドの部屋に泊まり、そのサイドの眼下に工場か何かの施設あり。そこからのダクトの音がうるさく寝られ無かった．２泊目の朝にクレームを入れたらあっさりうるさくない方にチェンジ。なーんだホテルはこのサイドがうるさいことを１００も承知だ。オレが黄色人種と判っていたからそうしたのだろうか？英語でクレームをバンバン入れられる人は良いが、そうでない人はホテルのサイドに注意だ。

部屋の綺麗さや、質、広さには申し分ないのだが、泊まった部屋が、ストリップの反対側にある部屋で、窓の外下方にある空調の室外機が一晩中うるさくて眠れなかった。 チェクイン時は、外に飛んでいるヘリコプターの音だと思っていた。が、鳴り止まないので下を見ると二階建て位の建物の屋上にあるエアコンの室外機だった。 1、2基しか動いていなかったのにこの音なら、全開に動いてたらと考えるとゾッとする。 こちら面の部屋だと分かっているなら二度と泊まらない。

さすがに新しいだけあります。高層階だったのでラスベガスの街並みを一望にできました。地平線からのぼる朝日も圧巻（反対側なら夕日が見えたはず）。この眺望だけでもこのホテルにするメリットがあります。内装は大人向けです。プールやトラム乗り場まで少し歩きます。子供連れなら隣のマンダレイ・ベイの方が楽かもしれませんラスベガスで１，２位と言われるプールはお勧めです。でもプレミアのチェアかコテージでなければ日よけがないので注意。バフェでは複数回利用できるプランを出していてお得です。ライオンキングをみるならチケットは早めに手配を（当日昼には売り切れになってました）。しともかく、他の都市ではなかなか手が出ない高級ホテルにリーズナブルに泊まれるのがラスベガスの魅力の一つです。

ホテルはいいが、ひとつ大きな不満がある。私がHotels.comを使って予約したとき、レシートには全ての料金が支払い済みと書かれていたが、チェックアウト時にホテルからリゾート料金をはらう義務があると言われた。彼らが言うリゾート料金を払うとプールに入れるが、冬で閉まっていたし、それから下のキヨスクで自分の新聞が手に入る。本当か？１日20ドルで、自分の新聞がもらえるというのは、何か怪しい感じがする。ホテルは信頼がほしいので、この通りにある全てのホテルが課しているわけではないし、料金が義務だというなら、なぜ部屋の料金に含まれていないのか？

禁煙ルームを予約したのに、喫煙ルームを与えられた。もちろん苦情を言ったが、ホテルは満室だと言われて、もし１時間ほど部屋を空けるならイオン化装置を提供すると言われた。すごく抗議した後に、同じ料金でペントハウススイートにしてくれた。文句は言えない。これで彼らのミスは帳消しになった！

I would not normally stay at TheHotel since they charge a huge $28 dollar per night resort fee. The reason I did book TheHotel was my gf an I would have two kids with us on one day an really wanted them to be able to use the great pool at the Mandalay Bay. The rooms at TheHotel are perfect, I love that they have a separate living area an bathroom. The rooms are very spacious for 2-3 ppl an even 4 if one happens to be a kid. The big bonus is two bathrooms, I've never seen that in a Vegas hotel, it helps so that two ppl can get ready at the same time or use the bathroom in privacy if needed. I would love to say I will stay here again based off the great rooms we had an I probably will I'm just not in love with the huge resort fee. Also TheHotel management was kind enough to give us a late checkout, an not a typical one hour, they gave us until 3pm to check out with no extra fee I thought that was really great, it gave us time to eat at the buffet before we left an not feel rushed. The pool was great and the room was a lovely suite. The only problem was that our room started to smell like cigarette smoke really bad because of some other people smoking on our floor. We checked with the front staff and we weren't even near the smoking floor that allowed it. So, they moved us and were very nice about it.

Excellent location for the LV strip and a quite night of sleep. Blackout drapes stop the bright morning sun and allow a late morning. The staff was friendly. The elevators are quick. The private spa and gym are an uncrowded escape.

Hotel is what you pay! Far from strip and too many kids at pool. The hotel is great because it has it's own entrance and less smoke since it doesn't have a casino. Overall, it's fine but not the allure it had.

Everything was great with one exception. The Wifi and computer access sucked. It was hard to get caught up and do things on my lap top when I was in my room. With all the activity that comes with staying at a casino in Vegas doing your work in the lobby is not an option.

The staff/management took care of a few charges on our bill that we thought were unfair. They stepped up and I would return with my family. It is at one end of the strip, which is tough and the hotel is slightly older than other hotels in the area. Decent value (especially with the pool area) for the money.

This Pet friendly hotel is decent . The front desk service is not very efficient. Takes a long time to check in. The rooms are good but very dark since there s no view because of the tall walls built outside the windows. The dog park is situated close to garage parking & incoming cars so not very safe for your dogs.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. We met up with another family and upon checkin we got a slight upgrade and resort credit since they couldn't get us on the same floor as the other family we were with.
