毎回利用しています。 車で移動する方にはとてもオススメです！

日本語で全てが通じるので、それが望みの方にはいいところです。 部屋の掃除も綺麗にしてくれていますので、 問題ないです。 ただ、wifiのつながりが悪かったのが残念でした。 場所はハリウッドからは少し離れています。

日本から買い付けに来ている人がよく泊まるホテル。 浴室の天井裏のパイプから30秒感覚で重低音の騒音が聞こえるてきたので部屋を変えてもらった。 自分も買い付けで行っていたので、商品が沢山あり、移動が大変ですごく迷惑だった。 変わった部屋ではダニに食われまくって、身体中痒くてしょうがなかった。 これが1番最悪。 何度か利用してましたが、古いホテルなのに一向に改善されない部分が多いです。 もう、絶対泊まりません。

日本人の方がフロントにおられるので、日本語で対応して頂け、かなり助かりました！！ 朝食に味噌汁とご飯があったのもかなり嬉しいサービスでした！！ 部屋の冷蔵庫が最初使えなかったのですが、翌日には違う冷蔵庫を持って来て頂き、満足しています。 次回もお世話になるつもりです。

親切丁寧な対応をして頂ける、日本人のスタッフが常駐していて安心して宿泊出来ます。 周辺にはおいしい日本食を提供するお店も多く、オススメのホテルです！！

The room was clean and the location was ok... Good hotel stay for the money !!!

The place is old and shabby. They use some really cheap product for cleaning that place. I brought that reek home on my clothes. Worn out linens, old and cheap mattress. Lavatory is outside the restroom. Kinda old but worth staying. Very quiet and staffs are very friendly. I would stay again.

The hotel stay was a very pleasant experience and I would definately stay there again if I needed a hotel in the area.

we were welcomed by cigarette smoke smell in the garage of the hotel but we got ourselves a non-smoking room so we had no further problems with cigarette smell. the hotel is just OK, nothing superb other than free breakfast every morning, free parking and wifi. Positive: Room is big and clean. Negative: If you go for breakfast around 9:30 AM, you will not find anything there. You can see some of the freak-out outside the hotel.

I will never stay at a cheap Hotel again,the room smell bad,the bed was old my back is still hurting,I rather pay a little more money and stay a much better hotel,I guess you get what you pay for.....Never Again!

Decent room, decent price. Breakfast was ok. Needs some freshening up to get a higher score.

The rooms are always clean...I just wish they had much more comfortable pillows though. But other than that the place is pretty good! And I love their continental brkfst! Yummy!

The hotel is very nice. Nice and pleasant staff and the continental breakfast is yummy! The rooms are well kept and decent. The location is nice and I enjoyed my three day stay here. I would totally recomend this place to friends and family. Plus the price was amazingly great!

Its a cheap and bargain motel. The room smelled weird and the sink was dripping. They have a nice Japanese garden set-up. Not much choice of breakfast but they do have a water dispenser. Overall, you get what you pay for. If you want a fancy hotel, this is not it.

For the money its not a bad place. I think the place mostly caters to Japanese visitors. It seemed like they tried to maintain the place but a 2 star rating is about right. The room was ok. There was a small fridge and cable. There is an okay breakfast there compared to many other places that say they offer breakfast but its still limited to a handful […] of items and it never changes. The workers there are courteous but I've never seen them smile. You have to be buzzed in no matter what time of day you arrive. They do have covered and free parking. The internet service was good. There was a sign that said no visitors after 8pm except for meeting in the lobby or something like that. I thought that was funny. All in all, its an ok place. It's 70's-styled, but it's clean and comfortable (bed) for the low price. It's a Japanese-styled traveler's inn: e.g., for breakfast, you get to choose between Japanese rice and Western cereals. Many Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby. Nearly 200 cable channels in the room. $20 required for the key deposit.

a worn out hotel. the bed was terrible.

This is what I expect if I'm staying in a one star hotel. I had to leave a $20 deposit for the room key. Everytime I steped out to get something out of my car I had to ring the door bill so they can let me in (that happened morning & evening; it had nothing to do with security or safety)

We have been staying at the Gardena Terrace Inn for over 10 years. It is not the fanciest, nor does it have all the amenities that other hotels may have, but the staff is friendly, the rooms clean, and the hotels is well maintained. There is covered parking, and as a plus, breakfast is served.

Very nice quiet, clean room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Coffee available day and night. You get a real Japanese and/or American breakfast included with the room which was a very pleasant surprise. Many Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese restaurants nearby. Not in the best part of the city. Waited 30 min for the water to get hot. The shower head wasn't even all the way on the wall. Overall I would never stay there again

Decor was outdated, but clean and kept. I would recommend this for people like us who don't wanna drop 200.00 a night for a place to sleep. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy enough.

This motel was convenient and had underground parking which made me feel more secure.The beds were hard as rocks. I usually look for a place that offers breakfast to save me time and a few bucks in the morning. They offered breakfast but I left still feeling hungry. We were very happy with the service we recieved. From now on when i go to Cali (and I go at least once a year) I am going to stay at this Motel. The location to the beaches we visit were perfect. thanks

There was a mix up of my room. I ordered a suite and got a regular room. If I hadn't asked about my room, I don't think they would've given us our correct room. On top of that, there were no apologies from anybody....including the owner. I received more help from the maids than the owner. Not only that the receptionist and the maintenance guy did not […] speak English. Once we got our suite, the room was full of gnats. Furnitures were falling apart and curtains were torn. Sliding door to the balcony is stuck unless you use full force to open it. Shower head is flowing everywhere. Our bed feels as if there were bugs crawling all over it. I was itching all night. This is a hard review to write. The hotel staff were very nice. However, the guests of the hotel were young kids who continued to party all night until the police ultimately had to be called at 1:00 a.m. I called the front desk three times to ask them to tell the guests to keep it down. you get less then what you pay... not at all worth staying here... staff is very helpful but the room and bed/pillows are not at all comfortable. i will not stay here next time and neither suggest to anybody.. and did i mention, breakfast was horrible.

Internet didn't work and from there the wheels fell off even more. Great Asian "eats" in the area and the owner was really nice. His kids were great too and they tried to fix the internet issues, but no luck...
