近いとは思って予約したが、まさか空港とつながっているとは、徒歩３分。また出発の際は、飛行機をチェックインして、部屋に戻ってちょっとくつろいで、ホテルをチェックアウトして、搭乗。こんなことができる。内容はいわゆるシェラトン、問題ない。

空港への近さは5星、中身は3星。期待しないで利用すすめる。

日本からフランクフルトに入って、 以前はその日にブレーメンに移動していましたが、 そうなると、ブレーメン到着が、午後10時過ぎ。 ホテルに入るのが、10時半過ぎとなり、日本時間の朝の6時半となり、翌日が大変疲れます。 で、夕方5時にフランクに着いたら、そのままこのホテルにチェックインして、日本時間で、夜半過ぎ。 ビールを飲んでひと眠り。だいたい、今度はこちらの午前２時、３時に起きて、会議の資料の整理をして、５時にチェックアウト。６時１５分のブレーメン行きに乗ります。で、朝、９時過ぎから、会議。 まあ、翌日か、翌々日には帰ってきますので、 時差を感じるほどではなく、疲れません。

乗り継ぎで利用しました。 以前にも泊まった事があり、空港に直結した利便性を重視して宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で広く、長時間のｊ飛行機移動につかれた体を癒すのに最適なホテルだと思います。24時間ジムが使用できるのも魅力的です。

上の階のドアノイズがひどかったのでうるさいと 苦情を言ったら、電話の応対がよくなかったのと、 処置したあとで何も連絡がなかった。 シャワーが壊れていたのは直っていたが、タオル が交換されていなかった。 フロントの対応はいいけれど、ホテル全体でみると 指導が行きわたっていない感じ。 場所がいいのでもっと値段を下げてほしい。

A great location, 5 min walk to the Lufthansa check-in area in Terminal 1. Hotel appears a bit dated, but the lobby has been updated. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Restaurant a bit pricey, with breakfast at 32 Euros. Free access to Internet on hotel computers in lobby. Great staff.

Everything about out stay including the comfortable beds was good. The only negative is the food in the restaurants on the property. We had read from prior guests that the food is marginal and indeed we found that to be the case. It also is expensive.

Convenience is key and this hotel meets the requirement at Frankfurt Airport. Stayed one night on the way from Vienna to US. Spacious room with comforts expected by many Americans. Would definitely stay again, especially in cases of a longer layover.

Title says it all! Flying out of Frankfurt? This stay was with the price and it was a great customer service experience!

You can't bet the location, and for the most part the hotel is great.

Great hotel since you walk to your gate. Be aware that their are more smoking rooms than you might expect, and some that smell like they have been smoked in. Also convenient for train travel since the train drops off at the aiport.

we stayed here overnight for a 8:00am flight out to the united states. The hotel needs some of it's carpets in the halls replaced but the room was great. You could take a train and be anywhere in frankfurt. We were also 2 minutes from our check-in counter at the airport. would stay there again

best location but maintanance not realy. the toaletes were stinking so they came to clean them again. the airconditioning was noisy but nobody came even after 3 calles. at least the management new how to compansate me.extra houres cost only 15 euro per hour. the internet cost a lot- do not think about using it.

We stopped overnight here to sleep on our way from Chicago to a two-week tour of Germany and France. Located within a couple of minutes of terminal 1 via a footbridge this hotel is extremely convenient for meetings taking place at Frankfurt airport. Absolutely no noise in the rooms, good A/C. Recommended

Located just a short walk from the airport terminal 1, Sheraton is a first class hotel. English is spoken and the staff is very friendly. Restaurant is pricey but very good service and the food is excellent. Just the right place to relax before your flight.

Can't beat this for convenience if you are flying in or out of Frankfurt. Can't speak for it's convenience to other places since we didn't leave the hotel/airport area. The staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. I appreciated their 30 minutes free internet policy as I was traveling without my own computer and only needed that much time. This hotel is by far the closest to the airport, being connected by a skybridge, but the inconvenience of the layout and the standard of cleanliness leave some to be desired. The price is twice that of a nearby hotel, but the good location doesn't make up for that.

Unless you absolutely have to be staying on the airport grounds I suggest staying elsewhere... Incredibly overpriced for what you get, rooms are uncomfortable.

Experience is not what I would expect of a Sheraton Hotel. Bathroom was old and smelt musty. Beds were hard. Even though a specific tea was listed on the menu the room service waiter was not very accomodating in providing it when requested.

if you need to be near the airport this place will work. too expensive, but if you need easy access it works.

Not cheap, but if you have an early flight out of the Frankfurt airport, it's super convenient. Everything works great, they have 110 volt power at the desk, but Internet is expensive as is food.

We had an overnight layover with an early morning flight out, and staying in this hotel was one of our better decisions. Though pricey, it let us have a comfortable nights sleep and warm shower in the morning. The subway runs under the hotel that can be taken back and forth from downtown~ 20 min. Other than a strategic location the hotel lacks some pretty basic amenities. There is no food service until 6:30 AM, this is at an airport for crying out loud. Some people actually do have early flights to catch and would like access to a reasonable breakfast (not croissants and jam). This was a splurge hotel for us but totally worth the money to avoid having to get the train, etc into the airport in the morning. We simply walked over the Sheraton bridge to the terminal and we were done.

Room was not ready and I had prepaid for it and it was 5:30pm. They told me room would be ready in 30 minutes and gave me a comp drink at the bar. Told me they would bring me the key at the bar in 30 mins. almost an hour later i had to pick up the key at the front desk. they completely forgot about me. Room was way too hot.

Sheraton Frankfurt Airport is extremely convenient (especially to Terminal #1), but is pricey. Shopping is available below the FRA airport and several restaurants from which to choose.

The best part of the hotel is its location within the Frankfurt airport complex. People are in general very nice, and helpful. The high room rate, however, does not match the value. First the charge for internet, but the worse was that it did not work. I ended up using the business center for a short time only, because the in-room internet didn't work […] until almost mid-night for a few hours. For business travelers who choose to be at the hotel so they could work on the internet full time (because they have no time to go downtown using the hotels at lower prices), this is a major inconvenience. The employees were apologetic but the management has no excuse. And this seems to be a problem that has lingered on for some time. Finally, the towels are thin and somewhat worn; there is no bathrobe. People are nice, though. Since the hotel obviously intends to cater to business travelers who don't care about downtown Frankfurt, the management should take it as a priority to fix the internet problem, and improve on the quality of towels, bathrobe, and clients' comfort. もっと読む

While the hotel was nice, everything was a mis-communication. I was told they had no military rates and when I got there they did but since I pre-paid with hotels.com they couldn't give me the rate. Then they told me breakfast was included, but when i went to breakfast they said not. While it was very convenient to the airport, you had to use internet […] in the lobby and then you only got 30 minutes. Desk staff pleasant to a fault, but completely uncooperative. Couldn't even take cash for the incidental charges. Hotel is highly overpriced, and the Internet charges are outrageous. The only reason to stay there is convenience to Frankfurt airport. They clearly know this, they charge what the market will bear.

The hotel is huge - needed to walk a looong way to get to the room. But convenient to airport though over-priced. Very comfy room and friendly staff.

This airport is perfectly located if you have a morning flight out of FRA. Not sure the upcharge is worth the difference in cab fare from next priced hotel though... Disappointing that for the price you pay you don't get the internet included. Nice hotel but not so sure it's a good value.....

Having the hotel right in the Frankfurt Airport made our overnight stay very convenient for catching our next flight the following day. Nice room, quiet, good food with an excellent location.

Hotel is very conveniently located at Frankfurt Airport and it is only a short train ride to the main train station in Frankfurt. You may have to ask someone how to buy a round trip ticket (or all day pass) for the trains and subways. It might be cheaper to find a restaurant in Frankfurt than to eat at the hotel itself or at the airport. As we were only staying over night between flights, it was very convienient for us. It was a short walk to and from the airport. Complementry croisants and coffe in the early morning were great.

Great walking access to airport must be traded off against higher cost, expensive internet, and uncomfortable pillows.
