Our room was clean and as expected. We got the suite with a jacuzzi and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly. I don't know what time they cleaned our room but they did not knock early in the morning. It was done after we had left for the day. The location is easy to find and there are plenty of local and chain restaurants in the area for dining, and it is maybe 5 to 10 minutes from downtown. We stayed when a motorcycle rally was going on in town and you could barely hear the loudest start in the morning. Pros - quiet, very clean and nice, indoor pool and hot tub was a lot of fun, Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room especially with kids. Staff was very friendly. After one night the cleaning crew packed up all of our friends belongings and moved them out of their room. The hotels response was, "Oh so sorry, it must have been a computer error." The staff was amazing. They were always more than ready to help with any request. The only thing we didn't like was the bed was really hard, almost too hard to get comfortable. This hotel is also very kid friendly. The free breakfast was delicious and a great selection.
