The hotel is well kept, with clean and spacious rooms Nice outdoor pool (non heated) and indoor heated pool as alternative Although staff responded... well to request once attention engaged, the overall feeling was that there was a lack of proactive sense of service (ie staff looking at their screen, or taking time to acknowledge guest presence at the desk as if not keep priority). Did I feel like a valuable customer in those instances? We also found a sense of emptiness with regard to leisure driven initiatives Very few brochures at the desk, lobby felt cold (most people there were individuals with ipads looking for internet connection - which came free and is great) We felt we were pretty much left on our own We found buffer dinner well presented with quality food. We however only went once due to pretty high charge (€28 adult and €21 kid excl drinks) which we felt expensive for a family when comparing with outside restaurant alternatives Nice bedroom size, about 25 multilingual TV channels (but old non flat screen TV) Safe in the room (but need to pay an extra €2 per day...)
