メディナの城壁からすぐ、近くにはスーパーマーケットもあるのでロケーションは悪くない。 ホテルの建物や部屋などハード面も悪くないが、フロントは閑散としていて朝食の時間などについてもこちらから聞かないと何も言わない。 ホテル内にレストランがいくつかあったらがやっているのかどうかも分からない雰囲気で、部屋にダイレクトリーもないホテルに泊まったのは初めてでした。

モロッコ独特のインテリアで、ロビーなどは広くて素敵でした。 ただ、ほかの人も書いているように、レストランが閉まっていたり フロントに誰もいなかったり、営業しているんだろうか？と感じるような一面も。 総じて快適だとは思いましたけど、バルコニーは鳩のフンだらけだったし お風呂の排水が流れにくかったりして、５つ星ホテルにしては、どうなんだろうという気がしました。 あとは、フナ広場までは歩いて20分以上あったような。思っていたより遠かったです。

大変感じのよいホテルですが、宿泊客が、少なくオフしーズンの為なのかと思いました。二日目の夕食は、リクエスト出来る食事で、大変美味しく頂きました。

部屋にトイレットペーパーがなかったり、電球が切れていたり、5つ星というには難しい。ベランダの鍵も壊れていた。ただ、朝食のウェイターさんなど、サービスが行き届いている場面もあった。部屋も広いし、清潔なので、全否定はしないが、まあ、4つ星くらいを想定していけば、満足は出来るか。

Arrived in a taxi and waited for someone to help us with our luggage but nobody showed up so ended up dragging it up the stairs ourselves.
