Clean, quiet and comfortable. Only missing hot coffee in the morning.

No toiletries at the front desk Cold water Handicapped bathroom where the entire bathroom floods, staff was unwilling to upgrade Apathetic front desk man who was babysitting a 7 year old instead of helping guests Loud, kids running around and screaming everywhere. I would never stay here again!

Cheap hotel, smelly, holes in the furniture. Burn marks from cigarettes in a non smoking room.

Bathroom was dirty. mildly unpleasant odor. Hotel not very well maintained generally.

Very clean, Checking in and out very easy, Bed a little hard for my taste!

No room service; no front desk service to forward phone calls after 11pm; no notification of phone extension needed to forward calls; no hair dryer in room; no wake up calls

We saved some money on a last minute trip to see our Mid at the USNA. The hotel was not clean and the atmoshpere sketchy. The beds were not comfortable and did not feel clean. But the biggest complaint was the smell - it was awful. Supposed to be non smoking, but it was worse than past smokers. Very nice clean pleAsant

This hotel has no fitness room, the TV was old and small, the kitchen was too small and ill equipped to be functional. I was planning to stay the week there, but ended up changing to the Best Western after one night.

I made a reservation of a specific type but did not receive it.

If it wasn't for the strange sour smell the room had the hotel was allright..

good value

I had a non-smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. There was an old bar of soap left in the bathroom. It made me leary of the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Very clean and nice surroundings.

It is located in a complicated place, and so it was very hard to find the hotel. We had to drop by at another hotel's counter to ask how to get there. I reccomend you to keep the hotel's number with you so that you can call them after arriving Annapolis.

Paid for a non-smoking room, got a smoking room.

The hotel is nothing fancy. The beds could have been more comfortable, but overall we were pleased and would stay at the hotel again.

The room layout was nice. Had a 2 burner stove top and full size refrigerator/freezer. But the bed was too hard for my comfort. It also coiuld use better sound insulation. Conversations outside and in the corridor sounded like they were in our room.

This hotel worked great for my two night stay during my relocation to the area.

Old, but very clean.

We were quite surprised about this facility. Have stayed in Extended Stays in other places and this was worst experience. 1) No phone in room (had to ask), 2) Was afraid to look and see what was under bed other then old food 3) No condiments for coffee and what was really surprising was no Hair Dryer. Overall giving this a 2 star is generous

I paid extra for a king bed. when I arrived I was told they were sold out of king beds but I would not get a refund.
