恐らく現在のロケーションからすれば、今後日本人の観光客が増えて行くと思われますので、ぜひ日本語の対応をできるスタッフの配置が必要と思われます。 ２日間の滞在でしたが、設備やサービスについてもう少し丁寧な説明が欲しかった部分がありました。 格式あるホテルなので今後の改善を期待しております。

レンジャーズ戦を観戦するため3泊しました。無料の朝食が付き（味はまずまず）、部屋にはIHコンロ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、鍋や食器類に食器洗浄機までも備え付けられていました。コインランドリーや乾燥機がありそれぞれ$2で使用可（25セント×8枚必要だがフロントで気軽に両替してくれる）、などなど宿泊に関しては問題なく、長期滞在しても快適。ただしスーパー（ウォルマート）までは徒歩で片道45分程度かかる。街には公共の交通機関がない上に流しのタクシーがほとんどなく、乗る直前にホテルに読んでもらっても30分近く来なかったりすることもあるので、タクシーは事前にホテルかYellow cabのHPから予約した方が良い。レンジャーズやカウボーイズ戦観戦には無料のトロリーあり（フロントでチケットをもらう）。徒歩なら野球場までは20-30分、フットボールスタジアムまでは30-40分程度。街は治安がいいので試合後それなりに暗くなっても車が結構走っているので安心。車社会なので試合観戦にレンタカーで行くのはお勧めしない。試合後の混み方は異常。ホテルのすぐ近くにはスポーツバーが2件あるが、いかにもアメリカらしい方のバーにはテレビもたくさんありいろんなスポーツが中継され、食事も美味しい。もう1件の和食の出る方のバーはアメリカの食事に飽きてから行ったが、寿司もうどんも想像よりは美味しかった。

Nice property in a great location but cheaply furnished for the price. The room was a nice size but the bed was very uncomfortable. It was the quality I would expect from a Hotel 6 not a Marriot property. The sofa was cheap as well.
Very nice place, but wished the front desk man knew more about the area and was a bit more friendly

"Nice place but a few little things"
I was happy with the location and cleanliness of the hotel. However the bathroom door didn't shut all the way, and was loud when trying to force it enough to provide privacy. The bathroom fan was very noisy as well.
The front desk clerk, a young dark headed lady, was extremly helpful and very polite! Just the type i would expect to work at a Marriott!

"Nice place to stay."
The only negative things about this hotel are the train track that runs right beside the hotel and the vanity area is not closed off from the bedroom so it is hard for a sleeping guest to stay asleep when another guest is getting ready, turning on light, etc. A DVD player in room would have been nice too. Nice location, but not very accommodating to the customers. Also not impressed or happy with the staffing or management. Did not disclose that there would be a $40 charge on my card for incedentals until I noticed the charge well I went online to my bank account. They also gouge you on the prices if you buy something from their convenient store in the […] lobby. $3.00 for a 20oz. bottle of water? Really? The next morning, I discovered that I had an additional $240 charge to my card. I asked about it and they said that they would fix it. Yet it is still there. Now I have to call them to correct the mistake. We were in town to run the marathon that weekend, when we asked for a late check out they said it wasn't possible, so we rushed around to get out of the room before noon. When I went to the counter to turn in my key cards, the manager was speaking to someone over the phone about a late checkout and after a bit of fussing gave them and additional half hour. The man next to me also ran the marathon and ask if he could also have a late checkout. She made a face before she agreed, and then asked for his key card to extend the checkout time. "Excellent Hotel - Premiere Service"
A quick trip with the family. I cannot stress how good the service was at this hotel. Location nice, right next to downtown and some good restaurants within a walk. The kids loved the pool. The room was huge, lot's of room to spread out. The kids demanded we stay here again on our next trip to Fort Worth and I agree with them.

Great place to stay if you are interested in hanging out downtown. Close enough without the high-priced downtown hotel parking.
"Very nice"
My wife and I were very impressed when we walked into our room. It had a kitchen, living room and a seperate bedroom. I apparently didn't notice this when I booked the room. The room was very quiet. It is off the major road that is nearby.
