Very noisy area! Many emergency/police sirens were going on all night long. Bathroom sink was extremely slow draining. Internet was down and not available at the time.

My family and I was in August Ga. for our family reunion. I had a great and pleasant stay in the West Bank Inn. The staff was pleasant, the rooms was clean I recomend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Augusta Ga. Last but not lease the breakfast was good.

It was a great stay they do not get any better!!! The room was clean and nice. The girl that checked me in was wonderful, and everything was as nice as it could be!!!

Excellent hotel to stay at in Augusta..I have stayed at several but this one is the best...Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast room and will always try to stay there if available..Would definitely recommend to anyone in that area...

Small and quiet. Neat and clean. Only down side is the small breakfast. Otherwise great one night stay.

This was my third time to stay at this hotel, and I'm never disappointed. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and the people are nice. I needed to print some things off, so I used the business center. This is a great place to stay in Augusta at a very reasonable price. The price also includes a delightful continential breakfast. I will definitely return. The location is perfect and right by I-20.

This was a very good choice for a place to stay close to the medical college..It was not fancy but comfortable.. much better than a few other places we had stayed on washington rd..decent complimentary breakfast..(but Krispy Kreme doughnuts was next door)staff was very nice.. would stay there again on next visit..

The lack of customer care one often finds in other hotels is nowhere to be found at the West Bank Inn. We were greeted warmly and graciously with a genuine smile, the room key was already in its little packet, the air conditioning turned on so our room would be cool, and there was a small fridge with a freezer compartment completely devoid of ice buildup!! About […] the Inn itself: The location is great; 15 minutes to downtown and within a short walk to supermarkets and a dozen restaurants. There is a flower-bedecked gazebo, perfect for watching the sunset and having drinks after a long day’s drive (it worked for us!). There is a small but very clean fitness area with stacks of towels and cold water available. The King room was quite spacious and included a decent work table and recliner chair. There was no charge for premium channels on TV. My only suggestion is to upgrade the towels; they were small and lacked the “softness” of everything else at the Inn. The breakfast area is clean, neat, and very organized. A staff person comes through every few minutes to clean any spills and restock declining items. There were half a dozen type of breads and pastries, along with cold boxed cereal, instant oatmeal and grits, yoghurt, fresh fruit, OJ, granola bars, pop-up toaster waffles and pancakes, strong hot coffee, hard-boiled eggs, cheese, and pre-made hash browns, eggs, sausage, etc. All of the food is fresh each day and there is no problem bringing breakfast back to your room. Complimentarynewspapers were also available each morning. Unexpectedly, we needed to extend our stay another day (3 nights). No problem. We could remain in our own room and were given the same price as when we had booked on line! If you need to stay in Augusta, this is the place to be. You won’t be disappointed; I guarantee it! もっと読む

This hotel was clean, well-maintained, quiet, located just off the highway. Many restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast spread was extensive. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place was very affordable. The staff were a little weird bit they leave u alone. The rooms closest to the street are very road noisy e en with the door closed I highlu re ommen getti.g a room on opposit side of wazhington road. Very convenient to have mcdonalds steps away from room. Great room and location had to ask for e,tra pillows.

This hotel was super clean and was a main reason why it stuck out when I was reviewing hotels in this area. It was perfectly fine for a few days and the sheets and towels were very clean. There was also a nice recliner in the room. Breakfast was very nice: bagels and bagel thing on which you could put canadian bacon and egg patties to make sandwiches, hard-boiled eggs too. Great hotel. Hotel was in a great area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Conviently located to highway. Rooms for clean and great for the budget price, even offered breakfast. Would stay here again.

The Motel was very clean and well maintained. It was close to several eating places & close to downtown where i had bussiness. It was about 1/2 mile from Augusta National Golf Course, where the masters is played

the receptionist was very kind and pleasant, I was driving a truck with a trailer attached, and they were more than happy to allow me to park opposite the parking spaces. the room was clean and well kept. I will stay there again, as i am moving to Augusta, and will be there several weekends until I find a property.

The hotel was a good deal for the price. I was very impressed by the quality of the breakfast. Will stay here again but may not because there are no rewards for this hotel.

This hotel is older than most of the others in the same area, but well maintained. This hotel was very clean and nicely appointed. The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful. Would like to have seen a newer flat screen TV instead of the older one in use, but it worked fine. Entrance to the hotel grounds was easy, but exit was a bit confusing. Although the motel is older and small it had the really important stuff going for it: very clean, very quiet, friendly staff, adequate free breakfast, and so inexpensive! The location is right there with the big hotels but so much cheaper and just fine. Lots of shopping nearby. Definitely a find.

We looked specifically for the best value we could find in the area. We were attending an event and would only use the room to get dressed for the event and spend the night.
