アトランタの空港からはシャトルバスがあり便利です。ホテルの周囲は緑が多く、他のホテルが点々としている感じで、ショッピング街ではありません。私たちが宿泊した時は、日本人はほとんどいませんでした。レストランは、こぢんまりとしていますが、古き良き時代のアメリカを思わせる落ち着いた雰囲気で、写真を撮っていたら、スタッフの方が快くカメラを押して下さるなど、心地よいサービスを提供して下さいました。ソーセージ類がとても美味しくて、ヨーグルトなども色々あり、アメリカの食事を少し見直しました。

Nice and convenient near the Airport.

空港からのシャトルバスも２０分おきと頻繁に出ています。　ただ、その場所や、時間についてなどあらかじめ提示して欲しかった。非常に満足できるお部屋ですし、何より空港が近くて申し分ないのですが、周りに散策できる場所はなく、またシャワーの出もいまひとつ。 メール連絡に対しては非常に懇切丁寧でした。

空港からとても近く、ホテル、空港間の送迎バスも約２０分間隔であるので大変便利です。 ただ、ホテルへ入る正面自動ドアが閉鎖されており、両脇の手動ドアを利用しなくてはならず、重いスーツケースを持っていたので、大変でした。 室内は清潔に保たれていて、快適に過ごせました。 空港に近いので、ホテルにチェックイン後、空港からマルタを利用して街に出かけるのにも便利な立地です。 また利用しようと思っています。

The only thing I didnt like was having to pay to park, other than that, it was great.

The first room had wet carpet outside the bathroom. The concierge was very friendly and moved us to a suite.

Thought this would be a good hotel due to the name and reputation. The rooms were ok, but the bathroom was horrible small. We stayed with a dog and they put us on the 10th floor, good thing our dog is well trained. I wouldn't stay here again, I would pick another hotel. Not worth a 4 star rating.

As usual with the Sheraton chain they charge extra for parking, and internet. I chose this hotel because of price, but by the time you factor in these adders it wasn't as good a deal as I initially thought. In addition they raised my rate on the 2nd night of my stay. In one phrase, a real good value with friendly and helpful people.

Carpets, chair, and ottoman in my room were worn and needed replacement. Light bulbs in outer bathroom area were burned out. Sheets appeared to be fresh, but had black spots on them (fortunately not bed bugs). Good location for access to the Atlanta Airport, but definitely needs major cleaning and room renovation.

I have never before been assigned a hotel room and then found the beds unmade. Upon this discovery, the hotel staff was not apologetic or exceedingly quick to resolve the problem. They treated US like we were a burden in having to assign us another room. Luckily, the unfriendly staff was overshadowed by the quiet, comfortable rooms. After traveling 20 hours in an airplane it was great that is only took a very few minutes to get to this hotel. The service staff at the registration desk was not as friendly as the first time that I stayed at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice Hotel, just a few issues. Large gap at bottom of door let in light and hallway noise. Also no sound insulation between rooms. Restaurant prices high and not many options nearby.

The hotel was beautiful. It was in a convenient location and right across the street from a great restaraunt. The hotel was of the best quality and I greatly consider staying again. I enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Terrible experienced during check-in, Guest service representative (male) can not be bothered and asked me to seek assistant elsewhere. Dining staffs were polar opposit, smiling, friendly and helpful.

Easy and convenient, Iwasn't there long but everything was good.

Traveling through Atlanta has always been intimidating to me. On this trip, I was traveling with 16 month old, and 7 year old grandsons. I drove directly to the hotel, was led to the rental car return, and then picked up and transported back to the hotel by a wonderful hotel shuttle driver named Marteen. It was so easy! Boy was that terrible. The hotel was in disrepair and there was no service. My wake up call never came and all I got was a "sorry 'bout that." The bathroom was so small I couldn't shut the door when sitting and had to open-shut the door to get In and out of the not so clean shower. Everthing was fine until we started to see ladybugs coming from the a/c vents. we called front desk several times to fix the problem. they could'nt fix the problem so we had to change foom. well... that room had the same problem, called front desk again they sent security personel to veiw the problem, he could'nt get them out, so once again we had to […] change room. Very convenient to airport. Shuttle available to take you pick you up to return to the airport. Shuttle runs 24 hours so it is available for the early morning flights. Staff was very friendly, especially the young lady at the registration desk. Even the tiredest traveler would have felt at home the way she welcomes you. The hotel was located near airport and there was a free shuttle offered to and from the airport. The hotel was very nice when you walked in. The room was nice enough for us since we were only staying for one night in between connecting flights. The bathroom was a little small to get around in but overall nice hotel.

Nothing special ... older. Room had that "older hotel/motel" smell. Perfectly fine though for a short overnight close to the airport between flights. Called ahead of time with a special request. It was agreed to, but not done ... disappointing. Shuttle bus drivers were great.

For those needing a place to stay near the airport, this place is fine. Frequent free shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. The hotel is clean but very dated. i have had great Sheraton stays in the past and wan't too concerned about staying at this place. But man, it's just not good enough. Let me count the ways: 1. a light in my room didn't work 2. The coffee machine in my room didn't work 3. No refrigerator in the room 4. Loud banging for 45 minutes between the hours of 1 and 3am 5. This was very convenient for our purposes. It is not a new hotel so the bathroom is a little small. It was clean nothing to complain about.

i will not stay there again , we left our car there for 3 days and had to pay $$$ per day just to leave it there , othere Hotels in the area let you leave your car there just for staying at there hotel .

The free internet in the lobby was great!

Walking distance to a Ruby Tuesday. less than 2 minute easy drive to airport. Will return

Great hotel for kids! The pool stays open until 10pm. It was a great way to end our vacation!

The Hotel Sheraton was a good hotel at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend it!

Nice rooms & staff. Very convenient to airport.

it was great....

This was not a planned visit but due to problems in booking a flight I had no choice. My experience with Hotel.com and the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Atlanta was excellant I would use and recommend them both for any future needs.

Overall had a really nice experience. Check-in was kind of slow beacuse they only had 2 people working & it was a very busy time, but the staff was great & friendly.

Great hotel, near the airport, room rates were perfect. It was wonderful to stay at a beautiful, clean hotel that didn't cost us a fortune. Everyone their was nice and accomadating. If I had too say anthing negative I would have like to have a larger bathroom. If I am ever in Atlanta overnight I will be staying at the Sheraton Gateway if possible.

Had an early morning flight so needed a convenient place to stay before heading to ATL. This location worked great. Restaurant downstairs and walking distance to ruby tuesdays and a few other hotels for food options. However, the walls were VERY thin and we could hear everything going on in the rooms around us.
