メトロパーク ホテル 深セン (深セン維景酒店) (Metropark Hotel Shenzhen)

仕事で３泊しました。地下鉄晒布駅から歩いて２分、大変便利な立地です。部屋やその他の設備には特に問題は感じませんでした。周辺に食事ができるところもたくさんありました。ただ、大きな展示会の開催期間と重なり通常の倍くらいの料金だったのが不満でしたが、ほかのホテルも同様に高くなっていたようですので、これは仕方ないのかもしれません。

旧市街に位置し、ディープな中国を楽しめます。近隣にはレストラン街もあり、また庶民的なマーケットも楽しめます。部屋はスイート(2種類？)で広くて快適でした。残念なのはスタッフが英語もほとんど駄目、日本語は全く通じません。地下鉄の駅は近いのですが、タクシーは最低1時間待たないと乗れないので注意が必要です。

今回、初めてビジネスユースで利用しました。ロケーションが晒布駅のA出口から徒歩2分程度の場所にあり、非常に利便性の高いホテルでした。建物も最新ではありませんが、清潔感があり、ビジネス用途としては問題なしです。但し、エントランスが表通りから離れていて分かりにくいこと、ローカル系ホテルのためフロントの対応があまりよくなかったこと、隣室の音が結構聞こえたこと、などが気になりました。総合的には悪くなかったので、個人的にはリユース候補です。

日本の東京のビジネスホテルと比較して良いところは、部屋がとても広く、満足できるレベルで、清潔である。周りの環境も、1分歩けば、コンビニ等があり、食べるところはファーストフードを含めると5分圏内にたくさんある。朝食も、日本のビジネスホテルの上級に位置するレベルでしょう。ビジネスとしてゆっくりしたいならお勧めです。家族向きでもあるでしょうが、感覚的に家族で行くところでは、ないような気がします。中国に慣れていればまず満足できます。

部屋タイプ/ラグジュアリー スイート。交通/地下鉄竜崗線晒布站隣接（羅湖站〔深圳站〕まで乗換1回3駅/10分程度〔徒歩30分程度〕）。今回年末年始で香港のホテルが高額だったことと深圳観光もしたかったので利用。地下鉄利用なら罗湖より近く徒歩なら途中に国貿站や老街站などの繁華街もとおるので深圳観光にも適していると思う（村散歩にも適していると思う）。ホテルは4つ星以上で日本のビジネスホテルと同等の中国において悪くなかった。良い点、フロントに英語対応可能スタッフがいる（これ大事！）/部屋が広い/キッチン設備（冷蔵庫含む）がある/標準的な清潔さが保たれている/ＮＨＫ World視聴可。マイナス点、スリッパが無い（言えばもらえたかも？）/シャワーの排水が悪い（まぁよくあること）/ＷｉＦｉがない（9Ｆカフ […] ェなら利用可？）。総合的に建物や設備は古いが中国本土のホテルとしてはサービス水準に問題が無かった（他の深圳にある同水準のホテルと比べても良いと思う）。近隣にはマクドナルド・ＫＦＣ・味千ラーメンや地元飲食店・スーパーもあり、食事や買物にもとくに困らない。昔ほどではないが香港より中国本土の方が物価水準が低い（宿泊費〔香港同水準の1/3程度〕/マッサージ代〔マッサージ100分＆サウナ＆休憩室利用込みで2000円程度/中国語のみ〕/ペットボトル飲料など）ので、香港旅行のときに少し足を延ばして深圳のホテルを利用するのもありかも。 もっと読む

とても便利で、静か、寝室も別れていて、すごしやすかったです。 また、ホテル近辺に海鮮料理、ファーストフード店、スーパーマーケット、コンビになどありました。羅湖駅まで地下鉄で２駅、シンセン空港まで地下鉄で１時間で行きました。立地的に非常に便利でした。

評価が高かったので少し期待したのですが、まずネット予約しているにもかかわらず、予約番号をまったく見ないで名前で探す、結局番号見てその後何だかんだで20分位かかりました。廊下や部屋の絨毯はしみだらけで、部屋もさほど奇麗には感じません。SuperiorQueenSuiteを選択しましたが、打ち合わせ部屋があって広い割には安いので、この点はGoodでした。買い物には歩いて5分程度で商店街？に出ますので便利ですが、地下鉄にはかなり遠いので、荷物を持っている方には不便です。セキュリティーが比較的甘く、家族連れも多いホテルなので、目的によっては使い分けできると思います。

今回出張ためホテルに利用しましたけど、大きなお世話になりました。私の携帯は空港からホテルへタクシー中に落しました。ホテルの従業員熱心で電話連絡や取り還す手配など、本当に有難うございます。またタクシー運転さんも有難うございます。

ホテルは繁華街に近く、海鮮料理店の集まった食堂街に歩いて5分程度、また近くには朝食や軽食の店がたくさんあり、大変便利でした。またシンセンの駅までタクシーで15元程度で、鉄道を使っての移動にも良かったです。

This is my second time staying here. I returned for the location, convenience, and facilities. Service wise requires much more improvement. Very spacious room with divided living quarter and a kitchenette. Map location of this hotel is wrong. It is located right outside the Shaibu subway station and lobby is around the back. Minor details can be better but overall great value compared to others in this price range.

The room was very clean and spacious. I requested for a wireless router and the housekeeping staff immediately brought one over. When I realised that someone had previously reset the router settings and thus rendered it unusable, a replacement request was also promptly met.

Easy to get arround, MTR at the door, Supermarket accross the road, large rooms and Air Cond, dated rooms but still good. After a busy business week they arranged a Modern Hire Car to take 2 of us from the Hotel directly to Hong Kong Airport no customs waiting for just $800RMB - A$133 or US$ 140.

I book business suite with twin bed. I have 2 kids ages 6 & 8. The room is spacious with a living hall & small kitchen. Bathroom is spacious but without bathtub. The MTR is nearby & supermark is opposite. The only problem is the bed too hard. First night still ok but there after you need body massage.
