改装工事中で、外装も汚く、部屋もおしっこ臭く、清潔感なし。スタッフも愛想悪く、英語もよく通じず。ゲストハウスとのことであるが、スタッフはほとんどおらず、ホテルの体をなしていない。よかったのは、キッチンと冷蔵庫があったのとロケーションがまあまあと値段が安いことのみ。人には薦められない。

Upon check in the owner guy was so rude to us for no apparent reason. Pretty much everything in our (twin) room was broken in one way or another. As soon as I sat down on my bed it broke - I weigh 65kgs We had to ask the owner guy I think to fix it he was angry then when they had a look at the broken leg you could clearly see like 12 nails in it where […] they'd 'fixed' it previously! This is a cheap place to stay if you are in a small group and don't plan on being in your room very much. There are shared bathrooms for two rooms. There was a microwave and a mini-fridge in each of the rooms. Think of it as a college dormroom.

On the first night of our stay we arrived at 1 am. The person working at the guesthouse told us that our room wasn't available. He suggested sleeping on the street, but after much argument, he said that a room would be available at 6 am, so we left and returned at that time, essentially losing a night that we had already paid for. Our flight out was […] at 1 am. We checked out at noon and asked the proprietor if he could hold our bags until about 9 pm so we wouldn't have to carry them all day, to which he reluctantly agreed. When we returned promptly at 9, he stated that we had broken a door and he would not return our bags until we paid him $2,000 US. The damage to the door (which obviously took place long after we checked out) was minimal. He stated he called the police, but did not ask them to come. We insisted that he call them again, and he refused, and also refused to give us the number for the station. When one of us began to walk to the station, he stated he'd "let it go" for $500 us. We insisted on getting the police (who stated they were never called by the proprietor in the first place), who came and made him release our luggage. We barely made our flight. We were expecting a hotel, but we ended up in a studenthouse next to the hotel. There were 4 students living in this house, and we shared a bathroom and kitchen with them. Our room was a very small (very very very small!!) room with a closet, a bed and a TV that did not work at all. (There wasn't even a remote controll). When we wanted to tell the staff about the TV, clean towels and de hairblower there was nobody there. Every day we went to the reception, but there was never someone to speak to us. So..no actions were taken. Gladly we are very active we never stayed in the room for more than a couple of hours (at night), so the small room didn't really bother us. Usually we go camping so we are used to just a tent. In the end it was actually nice to have contact with the students living there. But it was absolutely not what we were told it would be. If you are looking for a nice room, and want to be able to just sit in your room and chill out, than don't choose this "hotel". In più le condizioni del bagno erano pessime, neanche in un ostello condizioni del genere. La camera era un buco con solo lo spazio per il letto.
