バンフを拠点にレンタカーでスキーに行くのであればインターから近いので良い立地です。ダウンタウンへもレンタカーがあれば不便な距離ではありません。約1時間ごとにバスも出ています。部屋は2階建て1棟8部屋の1室でした。 プール利用の際 ロッカーに鍵がないため 南京錠などあると便利です。

We were very happy with our stay. The most important thing to us in a hotel is cleanliness and our room was very clean. We had a newly renovated room, so I'm not sure what the other rooms would be like, but in the past the others rooms were clean. Can't beat the location: surrounded by mountains, literally minutes from downtown Banff.

This place isn't fancy, but it was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It was very convenient having direct access to the outside without having to go through hotel hallways and elevators, and having parking so close to our room. I called the hotel when I made the reservation and they informed me that the previous wifi problem had been solved. When I arrived, the in room wifi could connect but was so slow that it was unusable. The manager said that the wifi had been upgraded and worked well on his phone. But, the wfi access stopped from the room and was even slow in the lobby. […] One day the wifi did not work anywhere but I suspect they were upgrading the system. During the last 24 hours, the wifi was OK in the lobby but still unacceptable in the room. For two days we had to go to McDonalds in Banff to access the Internet. I trade stocks and there is daily maintenance of the account if one wants to succeed. But, the staff were so nice. I could tell that they were empathetic but the solution was out of their hands. We got 1 bedroom unit and it was really small but didn't bother us at all because we spent our time outside. The pull out sofa was terrible to sleep on but we got some blankets and other covers to put on, so in the end of the day wasn't that bad. The rooms were very clean and so was the swimming pool. This was our second stay here in the past six months. The room rate is a good value for the area. The complex has a nice pool with change room. It is a short drive to downtown Banff or to see the sights. Very quiet, so our family got a good night sleep.

Everything about our stay was good, but we only stayed overnight. Unfortunately there was one problem with the room we stayed in (room 1011) all night we could hear what sounded like a knocking and pinging noise coming from the ceiling. Probably a issue with the plumbing. When I checked out I told the person at the front desk and even recorded the […] sound for him to hear. All I got was an apology and a thanks for letting them know and they would have someone check it out. I wasn't expecting a free stay, but some sort of compensation for a somewhat annoying sleeping experience might have been appropriate. The resort pub was overpriced and the food was nothing that you wouldn't be able to get at Denny's. I noted that the side dishes for the meals were actually minute rice from the grocery store and they charged extra for it!!! I was not told about the $25 extra fee for an exta adult. I was just given the posted rate on the website.

Great service! Everyone was so kind and very accommodating. Even though the resort is slightly run down and could use a major face lift it was kept clean. Room meant for four people should be for two - way too small - had no room to open suitcases etc. Location is on the edge of town which gives you that mountain wilderness feel.

This is a nice place to stay. I stayed in a room that was awaiting renovation. It was clean and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didnt realise that i could have brought food and things as they was a full kitchen and bbq's available to use. I sugguest to take things from the kitchen and have a great bbq there. This is the second time I have stayed here, this time was a personal retreat to relax, sleep, and rejuvenate. The resort is off the beaten path and very quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. I made use of the pool and outdoor hot tub every day. The food at the resort is very, very good, I had the best clubhouse sandwich I have ever had from […] the the pub (via room service), and I am a foodie. The only problem was that the WiFi was non-existant. It just didn't work. The staff assures me that they are working on improving it, but do not expect it to work. On this trip for me it was actually good to be "off the grid" I really love this resort, so relaxing and you get the real feeling that you are "away". A pretty walk to banff which could be a good thing and a bad thing. The good is that it is very quiet and very close to nature, but the downside is that it's far from all the shopping areas and other civilization. The staff was very nice and had large smiles. Good price, good room, great staff. Plus the outdoor hot tub is a nice touch.

This hotel is great, they placed us on the end, where is had a clearing thru the trees to see the beautiful mountains. We had a one bedroom suite with a pull out sofabed, and a fireplace which was perfect for a winter evening. We were looking for a weekend getaway with fireplace and hot tub, and ended up at this family resort. First impression was good, nice people, ok room though dated. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs, these were the best part of our stay. When we wanted to use the fireplace in the room, we were told that we had to buy the wood. Great stay, the room was comfortable, well thought out and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, utensils etc. We had a small issue with the door and the maintenance man was fantastic, fixing it quickly and with good humour considering his working in -30 temps! This was our first time staying here and was really happy with our place. We stayed in a 1 bedroom Condo with full kitchen. Our room had some recent upgrades such as bathroom and bedroom but the TV and living area was really dated and could be upgraded. We were upgraded to a suite. The suite was great, we found that the people above us were extremely noisy, banging and stumping. Our room wasn't done when we got back from hiking at 3:30. The food was good and we enjoy going to this hotel often.

this hotel is a perfect get away, nice & quite. Its only 5 minutes driving to banff downtown. The room is nice, the pool & the hot tub is perfect. The only thing i complained about , there was lots of hair in my bed sheets. But i definetely will stay in this resort again for the price i paid.

Small units

Stayed one night in an upper floor suite. It was very peaceful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Took advantage of the resort shuttle to go into Banff for dinner and back. It was a pleasant stay. Very easy to get to and convenient.

Loved the place. Kitchenette is always a plus and it wasn't a mismatch of utensils and pots. Wood service was 7 bucks and came with firestarter and paper. Not a bad deal for delivery. We stayed in a small, fully-furnished one-bedroom unit with well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, in excellent condition. Just outside Banff townsite (near east access to Trans Canada (No. 1) Highway), with bike path and free hourly shuttle to downtown Banff. Location makes it feel more like you're in a mountain park than in a town.

We stayed in this hotel on Christmas. The location of this hotel was awesome surrounded by mountains! Hotel was very clean, nice friendly staff. The only thing is shower needs to be changed. Spent an early Christmas there. It was lovely.... the fireplace.... the setting... just perfect. Very fiendly staff as well.

well it was nice to get out of Calgary and be in Banff. We noticed two things during our stay: first the Pull out couch cannot be slept on way to uncomfortable. Secondly we were woke up at 130am and then again at 5 am by the wonderful people staying above us,. We had a bad sleep and that put us in a bad mood.

Would highly recommend this hotel to others. Although it is located outside of the town of Banff getting into town was made simple by the Hotel shuttle. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed.
