It's very convenient for us to shop at Ontario Mills Mall. We didn't rent a car, but we didn't need it because the mall is very near to the hotel. Those who working at the hotel are very kind to us. We want to stay again.

The air conditioner was very loud and there was a loud train whistle at 4:30 in the morning

This Hampton Inn was very nice and clean and the room comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very nice as well. It is all very clean. The only thing lacking was sufficient parking for hotel guests adjacent to the hotel...the overflow was in the mall parking lot.

Stood here for a week with my husband and 3 kids and it was great. Nice staff, big and comfortable room, free breakfast was great and saved us money. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

The hotel was clean beds were soft and rooms were great for me ad my friend. It was nice to go down and be able to get free coffee, cereal, fruit and waffles. Parking was a big issue but other than that... I loved EVERYTHING.

I really enjoyed my stay...the staff was exceptional, the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Everytime I drove into the parking lot I felt like I was coming home.

Located across the street from Ontario Mills mall, within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable with ethernet and WiFi connections. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint was stale breakfast.

Broken bathroon door. Got stuck in bathroom. Took a bit to get out. Notified front desk. I was there 2 days and they never fixed it. Also only parking for about 20 cars. You have to park accross the street in the Mall!! alot of gang banger crusing around the mall. Thought for sure my car would get broken into

Be aware the hotel has very limited parking and will give you a permit to park in the ontario mills shopping center parking. Also during our stay the spa was not working or repaired, the ice machine on our floor was broken, the washing machine for guests was broken, the tv remote did not work and they allowed a group of guests to drink and have a pizza […] party in the lounge area. Overall this hotel was adequate, clean and served its purpose. The location adjacent to Ontarior Mills Mall is both a plus and minus. It's a huge plus since you can just walk across the small street to the mall. The downside is that depending on the time that you arrive, you may have to park in the mall parking lot because there are only about 15 parking […] spaces for the hotel. Our Family stays here when we want to get away for a day or two and We Love It..!! The Staff is VERY Friendly & Professional. The Rooms are Aways VERY Clean & Comfortable and Don't Even get me started on the Breakfast....It's AWESOME :)....Yoou Can't Go wrong here & Shopping, Dinning & Entertainment is VERY Close By.

It was everything I was looking for - good service, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast AND great breakfast/gatheirng area, acoomodating staff at a great rate!

Room was very comfortable. Location was very convenient, close to freeway, shopping centers. Staff was friendly and can't beat a free breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Perfectly adequate budget hotel. Back rooms next to interstate (front faces shopping mall) can be noisy.

Hotel staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The locked doors for protection is very nice as there is no way to get in from 10pm-7am without a room card. Convenient hotel, well priced, clean. But needs a second waffle maker in the morning and better pastries. Also, needs parking closer to hotel. But friendly staff, clean rooms, and great outback across the street

Everything was good except the fact did sleep good all night, a/c didn't work and when front desk was told not a thing was done. Not a good anniversary

Upon checking in we just dropped our bags and went to dinner. When we returned we discovered that the room had not been cleaned from the last person staying in the room. Hampton Inn had a wonderful staff and the hotel felt a little full with the pro baseball players, man do they eat a lot of waffles in the morning a 2nd waffle maker would help. great place to stay right next to mall,just if you have kids try to stay on first floor,people below us kept complaing of the noice,and my kids are 2 and 4,floors must not be too instaleted,hallow floors

Checked in late, but the manager on duty was qute accomodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again. Vey clean and comfortable bed.

Our stay was wonderful except for the parking. The motel is located across from Ontario Mills Mall. The land in which the hotel is located on is very small, so parking is very limited. The overflow had to park in the mall parking lot. At times, this was an inconvenience. This is my only complaint.

Great value = less than I would have imagined! Good breakfast bar: eggs, bagels, danish, cereal (including healthy oatmeal), several coffees. Pool + spa. 1 minute walk across parking lot to Ontario Mills Mall! Quiet, too.

As a GM of a hotel generally very critical of other hotels, this hotel was very clean but above all the staff were excellent...great customer service especially Jorge at the front desk, extremely good.

Staff was very cordial, very knowledgable, the hotel was very well maitained. Would recommend if you are in the Ontario area, this hotel is a must.

I was excited to find that this hotel met all my expectations and beyond. The ambiance, the front desk staff, (Giovanny), the maid service, the breakfast staff, absolutely everyone, was extremely NICE! We had a pleasant stay the service was quick and the room and surrounding areas were both clean and comfortable.

Bottom line...comfy beds! Good breakfast selection. Will definitely stay again.

Convenient to Ontario Mills. Hotel does not have enough parking but uses the Ontario Mills parking lot. Breakfast had lots of choices. Place was clean, staff courteous.Felt very safe and comfortable.

The Hotel was located litterally in the parking lot of Ontario Mills Mall, which was PERFECT since we were there to shop, shop, shop! We checked-in around 6pm and were greeted by a very nice young man named Jorge. He was very accomodating and friendly. We put our stuff in the room then headed over to the mall (which was like 3-5 min walking distance). […] The only thing we didn't like about our stay was that there was some sort of Family Reunion going on and the pool was FULL of people till about 10:30pm. The kids wanted to swim really bad so we waited until 9:30pm then decided, what the heck, let's just join the party. By 10:30 everyone was pretty much gone and we had the pool to ourselves until 11pm. Breakfast was really good!
