The breakfast was just fair. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The mattress and comforter was especially nice. Location was also convenient.

Great room for the price. Micro and mini fridge and a Large and open floor plan with a desk that was a great place to get some work done on the computer. I only wish the blinds would close. I've seen this at many motels lately, why????? The Manager help us out by directing us to a place to throw our canoe in for a paddle, hand a good time.

It's a decent room, but the door to the elevator room was VERY noisy and slammed every time someone used it. Being that I was near the elevator, this was very frustrating. The breakfast was only until 0930 but seemed decent. There are several restaurants close by including an IHOP and a Wendy's. Stef very pleasant And breakfast was very good.

We had a pretty good 2 night stay at this hotel. 2 things really stuck out 1. Please vacuum the hallways not just the rooms. The same trash material in the hall for two days???? Cmon really 2. Get some WIFI it's 2011 even the ihop has wifi (real close like next door). Other than those two things I can't complain cell reception was questionable at some […] times but it was ok. Clean room yes, clean bathrooms yes, pool yes, breakfast yes, a little vacuuming and a wifi system would have made my stay an excellent one. One more thing I know Hilton Head has it's rule but you guys have got to put a sign somewhere to let folks know where you are!!!! It's unfindable without a GPS. もっと読む

When I booked my hotel stay, I was told that dogs were allowed and that their would be a $25.oo charge for the pets. We checked into the hotel, put all of our belonging into the room, and checked the dogs into the room also. We left to go to the beach to be later notified by hotel management, that the dogs could not be left in the hotel alone. So we […] had to board our dogs or go home. This cost us and additional $153.00 of unexpected expense. I believe that we should have been told about the pet policy in advance. My husband and I were in town visiting relatives, and we decided to stay at a hotel. We found the location to be great. One of the great perks was the 24 hr. IHOP in walking distance in case we opted to eat out. There is also the 24 hour supermarket which is great for those late night snack fits. The Comfort Suites in Bluffton was very difficult to locate. It is located inside a shopping mall, with No signs on the main road, or entrance. The suite had a very odd layout, design of room was not well thought out. Had no TV remote with room, and the staff was unable to supply a working remote control. The bed was just OK for comfort. The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. It was 25 minutes away from Parris Island and that was what we needed. The hotel is situated in a shopping center with a grocery store, liquor store, bank and at least 6 fast food restaurants. Very nice.
