Fantasy Springs had great food at all of their on site restaurants. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, pool was great, and staff was friendly. However, we didn't rent a car, and didn't realize the hotel was a $75 cab ride, 30 minutes, from the Palm Springs airport, so we weren't able to go horseback riding or try the cable car as we were too far […] away. However, the resort has everything you would need without leaving the site. Long story short, I would definitely recommend staying here, however to improve, they could add a complimentary airport shuttle, and a concierge, as nobody explained our dinner options, comedy club, country night or bowling events, all held on site. We figured it out on our own, and really enjoyed the live country band and comedy show at the Improv on site, but a concierge could have explained our options and helped us plan our trip. Bought tickets to see the Doobie Brothers and had a fabulous dinner and overstay. I was so impressed I bought a few more concert tickets and booked a few more nights!

Staff was excellent, room was comfortable though overpriced. The buffet was disappointing. I expected better quality choices comparable to San Manuel. Also, reeked of cigarettes. However, we went to see the show, and the hotel was the best option.

Nice resort! Wonderful front desk staff! Rooms somewhat small, though... :0(

Had a blast. we want to come back soon.

The hotel was great. Towels, linens were nice. Casino, even though I enjoy a cigarette occasionally, was too smokey. They need too have non-smoking section. Food at POM restaurant was amazing at dinner for price.

A excellent, convenient room for a show weekend.

great service, but the rooms are too small, bathroom counter is too small and the sink was draining at a very slow paste, other wise not too bad, if you are attending a concert good to stay overnight only.

it was very clean , and the front desk was very helpful.

The stay I had at Fantasy was almost perfect for the honeymoon I was experiencing. I booked the same day, so they made me email my confirmation to them. I had chosen a King non smoking, and they insisted I could only have a King smoking, but then gave me a room with a fabulous view of the pool, so it all worked out okay.

overall the hotel was nice, and a great value. front desk staff was a little rude at check in, and didn't get the refrigerator delivered to our room until the 2nd afternoon of our stay. great pool and casino.

Great hotel with very friendly employees and a great Casino

Very clean, large, comfortable room and very large bathroom. Enjoyed the coffee maker with complimentary Wolfgang Puck coffees. Lotsa fun and something for everyone. The bowling alley with laser bowling at night was inpressive. I'm not a gambler but I saw every machine imaginable. Will definitely stay again. Very pleasant staff, nice rooms, very clean. Shower plumbing a little worn, so hard to moderate the temperature - not intuitive! Makes for a challenging shower - but that is a very minor point. Safe in room was nice! Casino very nice for slot players.

Great hotel nice, clean and safe. Completely updates quiet and peaceful.

Need a spa for the ladies, including facials & message.

We stopped there on a trip from LA to Phoenix. The hotel is right off the freeway, so it is convenient for travelers and easy to find. The hotel is very high fashion and is quite pretty.We enjoyed it and will stay there again.

Hotel room most comfortable and front door and desk staff super. Unfortunately the smoking in the casino permeated the eating and shopping areas as well. I am so glad our province of Saskatchewan has banned smoking in public places. Guess I'm spoiled by the clean air!

They do a good job. All the restaurants are very good including the sandwich shop in the bowling alley! Nice to be able to gamble after long days on the area golf courses. Their golf course "Eagle Falls" is as nice as any upper tier course in the area and has the lowest green fees. You can jump on I10 and get anywhere within 20 minutes.

Hotel staff went over and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Even the slots in casino were loose. Food was exceptional, bed was very comforable and room very clean. Highly recommend it. Try their buffet, food was great along with the service. Highly recommend this hotel. Pool and hot tub also great.

We stayed three nights at a discount rate and found the room to be first class. Very quiet and comfortable. Maid service efficient and considerate so we tipped generously. Great hotel and casino. The restaurants were wonderful. A good selection of 5 restaurants. Stayed 5 nights for business and the room was quiet, clean and updated with large flat screen TV. I will stay there again next time I am in the area!

I don't really have a firm idea why others have verbally trashed this hotel. It's very nice. The staff was professional, helpful, and very eager to please. It's not the Waldorf Astoria, and if you want the Waldorf then Indio isn't the place to visit.

It was just an eveing to get away and it was very nice, the room was spotless, the food was great and very reasonable priced and a great hotel staff

It was very nice place to stay. The valet was very helpful and courteous. The staff was very friendly and nice. I would recommend this place.

Maids kept asking to clean the room early in the morning. Slot machines are old.

There was only 2 receptionists to check-in guests on a busy weekend where there was an extremely famous music recording artist playing there live in concert. The supervisor receptionist was slower than the regular receptionist, plus the supervisor was text messaging between guests on a personal cell phone causing the wait to be longer than necessary! […] They could have used 2-3 additional people to help check-in guests. My overall experience at Fantasy Springs was excellent with the exception of the receptionist supervisor. The facility was neat and clean, and the food was good and at a reasonable price! we were treated very rudely at this hotel! my wife took our 2 young sons to the pool and she was approached by an hotel worker who told her that the boys should have their swimming diapers on. They already had them on. The hotel must not think that we know about swimming diapers...very insulting. Also, we were charged a long distance call that we did […] not make. We have young children so we unhook the phone at all hotels, plus we have cell phones, there is no reason to use hotel phone for long distance. The staff was very helpful. Great food. My only complaint is having to pay for Internet service.

We found this hotel to be great for a weekend get away. The rooms were pretty basic, with a nice bathroom. What was so great was that we never had to leave the hotel complex for anything! That was a good thing as we went in August! Very hot at that time of year. But the casino was large with good ventilation, and the restaurant served excellent gormet […] food for a reasonable price. There were other places to have a quick meal AND a Starbucks! Musical entertainment was good with a two piece band in the nice, albiet pricey, wine bar and a rock band party by the pool on Sat night. We came to the hotel to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We we're very pleased with the accomodations. The room was beautiful, nice and clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed going to the lounge on the 12th floor for an evening cocktail. The bartender was very personable and we enjoyed the outside patio.
