Too much construction dirt flying all over where you eat. Yogarts in the am were hot not kept in refridge but a bowl of ice. For a non smoking hotel the smell is really bad.

Hotel was under construction, other guests a little noisy. Good location, plenty of restaurants to choose from, plenty of shopping close by. All in all served our purpose well.

Hotel under renovations, when completed will look a lot nicer. Hotel is dated, updates are needed. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Served its purpose of bed for the night during our travels.

The place had great staff that made me feel welcome. The place was clean, convenient and priced right for my needs. I have stayed there several time and plan to stay there in the future.

We stayed 4 nights and have no complaints. Check-in was quick, even with a new gal training. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They are upgrading the rooms so we had the new A/C unit, but still had the small t.v. which we didn't turn on. I have a bad back so was worried about the mattress. I slept good - bring an extra pillow. Room pillows […] were very thin. Close to eating places and not too far from the lake. Wouldnt want my dog sleeping here, went to Kenosha for a high school reunion and thought this was a dif hotel than it was. I found so much dirt when I cleaned some spots in the room with the Clorox wipes my wife packed me, I was afraid to put my head Aton the pillow do I slept on my shirt. Phones didn't work,didn't have enough towels in the room and when you went to get more they told you they didn't have any clean ones. also when you asked for something for your room you would have to ask 3 to 4 times and you be lucky to get.

An older Hotel that has seen better days. The hallway had a smell of mildew, and the room did a bit too. My wife said to spend a bit more and get a newer nicer Hotel next time. It was one of the cheaper Hotels I found in my search. I guess sometimes you get what you pay for.

Wow, This is by far the worst Super 8 I've ever stayed in! The place smelled, the carpets were very stained, the furniture was stained, the room was very dirty, holes in the walls, electrical outlets falling out of the wall, HVAC that rattles so much you can't sleep...should I go on???

A decent stay for the price. Hotel needs a major renovation. Patched holes in wall, room getting run down. The bed was slanted from the center of the bed to the edge. I would probably stay again but this hotel is overdue for renovation.

Although the room was clean, there were two issues: 1. The door stuck when opening and didn't close smoothly. 2. There was an odor of mildew in the room. Other than that, I think it was a convenient location for our overnight trip.

Being a Super 8, I wasn't expecting much more than a bed to sleep on. The hotel condition was mediocre at best. We were checked into a third floor room and then found out there was no elevator. The climate controls in the room were confusing, as we were told at the front desk that all rooms have some sort of control by the front door that accepts the […] room key and activates the thermostat on the wall. This room had the controls, but they were not connected to the AC which operated with the knobs on the AC unit. Confusing! The bathroom had a door which never fully shut because the door was swollen or warped. And the bathroom light had a push button which required several stabs to turn the light on or off. If the owners would invest a little in the upkeep of the hotel, the stay would have been much more pleasant. Service on the other hand was much better.
