まだハイシーズンの9月に、あまり高くないのにいいホテルに泊まれたと思っています。部屋は広いし、朝食もコンチネンタルながらもフルーツ色々、パンやシリアルも数種類おいてあったし、よかったです。場所もメインストリート沿いで分かりやすいし、お勧めです！

ジャグジーを修理している気配はなかったが、その他は問題はなかった。朝食にはリンゴやバナナなどの果物も用意されていた。隣のホテルのコインランドリーを利用でき便利。

どなたか親切な方がネットで推薦されていたのを見てホテルコムで予約→女の子の一人旅でも安心して泊まれる快適ホテルでした。建物は古いのですが、よくお掃除も行き届き、ダブルサイズベッドに大の字になり一人で寝る寝心地もなかなかでした。フロントの方達もフレンドリーな応対が気さくで感じよく、何よりバンフ大通りの真ん中辺りの立地は買い物にも食事にも便利で良かったです。 あと、格安なのにスパもあり、水着を持参していればジャグジーも楽しめたのに・・と少し残念でした。 唯一のマイナス点は無料の朝食が・・味もイマイチ・・これがもう少し良ければ値段からいえば満点ホテルです。

Value for money!!

We stayed the weekend in Banff at The Red Carpet Inn. Reviews seemed okay so when we booked, however its a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. Walking into the room it smelled old and musty. The King bed had sags in it, the carpet needed cleaning, the bedspreads need to be completely disposed of, and the bathroom fan sounded like a truck. Housekeeping staff […] were very loud in the mornings singing and yelling at each other down the hallways. Parking in the back is VERY limited, and difficult to maneuver in and out of. Also dislike the fact that guests smoke on their balcony's and throw their cigarette butts onto the cars below. Continental breakfast was adequate, however no fruit at all and no yogurt. This hotel is in a great location and in a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious enough for two adults and two children. The complementary breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

A very nice hotel and ideally located although the room was a bit warm at night. The hot tub was on the same floor as my room but watch your footing as the floor is slippery!!

The staff was great, we were able to check in early and were allowed to keep our car in the parkade for the afternoon after we had checked out as we were there for an event on Sunday. t think for the price I don't think you can beat the place. Yes its a bit dated etc and parking could be tight (especially if those people with big trucks who can't park!!). If you want a cheap hotel its for you, if not, then pay more and go elseware.

We found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the town center. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not the nicest hotel available but for the price paid a great value. Room was clean with a new flat screen TV. Bed was comfortable. They were in the middle of repainting the hallway so it was a mess but an obvious work in progress. Hot tub was working and looked freshly renovated. My only issue with my stay at the Red Carpet Inn was that the parking in the back was limited and very small. They had underground parking, but there was not enough clearance for larger vehicles, so we had no choice but park out back. Some small cars were parked there which was not fair! We always try to stay at the Red Carpet when we come to Banff skiing. The hotel is excellently priced and the complimentary breakfast is very welcomed. The hotel was very easy to get to, since it's on Banff Ave. However, after checking in we had to go around the block and back to the front of the hotel to park behind the hotel. The room was nice and clean. Since my friend and I were there on a snowboarding trip we turned the heat up and were nice and cozy. The first night was great, the second not so much! We had some drunk people in the hallway that kept us up till 4 in the morning, phoned the front desk, they said they already knew and had already spoken to them. I would think that after a ton of complaints you would simply ask them to leave as they are disturbing other guests!!!

Very Satisfied with our experience during our stay there .

Very clean, friendly staff. Continental breakfast was a plus. Very close to everything if you are walking around downtown, etc. Good quality for the price, that's for sure!

-Advertised hot tub not available per renovations in area. Workers tools and rolled carpets all over the area as well -Did not honour discount coupon. -Continental breakfast somewhat lacking. No variety, eg.One morning no fruit, when fruit available dried up oranges or apple only.

in all it was OK but we believe the carpets in hallways +elevator should be replaced or at least could use more cleaning,they were quite dusty.Breakfast continental was acceptable and very cleaned.

The sink was in the room, not the bathroom. It was only accessible from the rear and the gutters were all pouring water right where you had to walk to access the stairs. The room was tiny, cramped and on the front of the building with the busy street right there making sleeping pretty much impossible. Close to shops. Free parking. Quite a pleasant stay and staff were very accommodating.

Easy parking, very spacious comfortable rooms though carpet needed cleaning.Very helpful reception staff. Breakfast was fairly ordinary. However overall very good value for money

A friend and I enjoyed our one-night stay at the Red Carpet Inn. We LOVED the vaulted ceiling in our third floor room as it made the room appear more spacious. We were apprehensive as our room faced the street side, but were pleasantly surprised as we found we have no problem with noise at all. Room accommodation is mediocre, continental breakfast inadequate and staff indifferent or surly (in breafast room)

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but found it a great little place to drop into. The room was on the main floor right next to a door where we could easily access to take our little dog out. Would not stay here again when there are many other comparable price options. Room had gum embedded into the carpet, there was no security on the ground floor windows facing the street ( except for a stick in the window frame), so you could not open the window without risking security. Air conditioner was a rattler. Accomodation had been prepaid, however […] reception took $300 from C/Card which took about 7 working days to get back. Very freiendly staff; large room - could easily accomodate lots of winter clothing and ski gear for 2 people; ~5 block walf to downtown center

Think this hotel may be family owned. Could do with a few lessons in customer service. Need to welcome their clients more openly. The cleaners of the rooms have more about them. They were very pleasant.

We are upset about the front desk service. We booked the room and paid for it 5-6 months ago and received 2 confirmations. When we arrived the hotel around 5 pm on July 24, we were told they had to move us to another location becuase overbooking. Hotel was very good. Air conditioning did'nt work very well but everything else was great.

we had a room on the ground floor. room was clean and spacious. continental breakfast was good. free parking at back of hotel. walking distance to Banff downtown.

The hotel was a great place to stay -- a great value! Even from our balcony which was on the 'back' side of the hotel we had a spectacular view of the peaks surrounding Banff. Shops and restaurants are only a 5-min walk away. There is parking under the hotel as well as outside (behind) the hotel. There is no elevator to the underground parking though. […] If you do not bring a laptop, there is a computer near the lobby that costs two dollars for 15-minutes of use.
