6月に夫婦で2泊しました。施設全般がやや古く、市内中心からタクシーで15ドルくらいかかったことなどで全般評価としてはまぁまぁの３くらいかな、という印象です。 フロントの対応は全く問題有りません。親切丁寧でこの点は良かったです。 荷物を抱えていた時など結局タクシーを何度か使うことになりましたので、その値段を上乗せしてunion駅のもう少しそばのホテルを探せば楽だったかも、と思いました。

比較的小さめのホテルのためか、親切に対応していただきました。 朝食はフルーツやシリアルなど軽いものでしたが、昼と夜は宿泊客以外の人もテラスで食事ができるようです。 近くに生鮮を扱うスーパーがありますが、ダウンタウン中心部へ移動するにはバスなどの乗り換えが必要です。夜遅くにホテルに帰る際はタクシーをおすすめします。 部屋は清潔ですが、隣の部屋や外の音が多少気になりました。

On arrival I was told that there is no parking unless it is reserved, and there isn't even a driveway to pull up and drop off your luggage. We had to find a public garage and lug our bags back to the hotel. The elevator wasn't working, so we then had to lug our bags up the stairs. I was promised a deluxe suite (one of two in the hotel) with a fire place, […] large windows and a jetted tub. Instead I got a "suite" which doesn't seem to differ at all from the standard room - except that it cost more. When I called to complain I was told the deluxe suites were unavailable due to renovations. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was so old that it dipped in the middle and my husband kept rolling toward me. The included breakfast was awful, my croissant was stale, the OJ was watered and there was no water to drink. There also only ever seemed to be one staff member on duty in the hotel. If this had been a much cheaper stay I would have been more satisfied, but given the price and promises not met I was extremely disappointed, I will not be staying here again. もっと読む

I stayed for 4 days and was ok with it. If you're looking for modern (in regards to anything a typical hotel has now) then don't choose the Isabella. It's not falling apart, but it's not modern by any means. My room was comfortable. The hallways smelled of over cooked food constantly. The free breakfast they tout is cereal and odd, randomly chosen pieces […] of toasted bread. On the other hand, if you need to be downtown, on a budget then for the cost consider Isabella. But be ware, parking is off site and cost me $62 for the 4 nights (that's after me refusing to pay the parking attendant $100!). I was also charged $50 for wired Internet service within the room which I was unaware of until I got home and saw it was charged to my card. Wireless Internet is only available in the lobby.... For the price I paid, the hotel was good, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Location close to a subway station was convenient. It would have been convenient for there to be a small desk close to the ethernet plug-in on which to put my laptop.

Friendly and polite staff; comfortable stay. There's manual heat adjusting, clean room. The staff are very kind, helpful, patient and friendly. Excellent customer service. The comforter spread on the top of the bed is absolutely disgusting however, and there was a weird stain on the carpet. Aside from that, it was satisfying!!

Room is cold and small. There is cable internet connection but no table to place the laptop.Fridge with nothing inside and bed cover sheet is old.Overall the hotel is neat and acceptable but receive no recommendation from me. Slightly overpriced.

Exceeded my expectations. Happy to see a restaurant in the basement, staff very helpful. Only stayed one night. Room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs as I am not a demanding traveler. Location was very good and very acceptable. I'd stay again.

My room was grubby. I won't say it was dirty in that I wasn't disgusted enough to leave but it hadn't been cleaned properly after the previous guests moved out (I found some of their rubbish in 2 different places) and wasn't cleaned throughout once in the time that I was there (over a week) despite the maid coming in a few times - she didn't even replace […] the empty toilet roll, I had to go to reception and ask for one. You could also tell that it wasn't being cleaned properly as mildew was starting to build up in some areas. On the upside I found it quiet, there was a fridge in the room which was really handy and there was a coffee maker (although there was no socket that it reached so I had to put it next to the tv which felt unsafe and the maid didn't replenish the coffee inserts). The room was small but had enough storage for me as a lone traveller. I also found it very hot so had the window open despite it being freezing outside. Breakfast was limited and basically an add on in reception. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful and its close enough to the metro to walk with my luggage. The room was quite small, but I am ok with this. The sheets of the bed were clean, but the bed cover was a bit smelly. The worst thing about the room is that it had a broken window were the cold air was blowing into the room. For the price, the room was adequate, though the HVAC system didn't seem to work very well. Staff was friendly. Cleaning of the room was not terribly thorough. A good 20 minute walk to Yonge Street and the University, however.

The Isabella is cheap for downtown Toronto but by Canadian standards the rooms are very small and the bathroom more what I would expect in a cheap hotel in France. It is in a very convenient place for getting around the town.

I was not impressed, someone before me had written clean me in the grime on the window. The bar in the lobby was not functional as they did not have a liquor license.
