格式あるホテルなだけあって、エントランスが豪華。 だが、ドアマンがとてもフレンドリーでいろんなことを教えてくれました。 また、年越しのイベントは屋上でありましたが、雰囲気がありました。

中心地のグラシア通りにあり、ゴージャスで大変良いホテルです。フロントやドアマンも大変親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。地下鉄にも近く、大変快適な一流ホテルです。お部屋もかなり広く快適でした。

歴史的な建物ですが内部は現代的になっており快適でした。スタッフの方も親切丁寧で、一番グレードの低い部屋を利用したにもかかわらずとても大切に扱っていただいている感じが伝わってきました。 特に良かった点：立地がとてもよく、観光や買い物、食事とどこに行くにもとても便利でした。また、滞在期間に妻の誕生日があったのですが、事前にその旨を伝えておいたら、当日の夜ホテルに帰るとお祝いのCAVAとケーキがサービスでおいてくれてありました。 残念に思った点：ホテル内は無料のWiFiが利用できますが、部屋からは電波が弱く、よく切断されてフラストレーションに感じました。ビジネスセンターのPC（おそらく有線）でもインターネットの速度は速く感じなかったので回線自体が高速でないかもしれません。また、バスタブのシャワーカ […] ーテンがガラス扉だったのですが、水が外に漏れやすい設計なのか、バスタブの外に敷いたバスマットが毎回びしょ濡れになってしまい、かなり気を遣いながらシャワーを浴びる必要があり、これも少し残念でした。 もっと読む

清潔感があり、スーペリアルームだったので広さも十分でとても快適でした。 ＜良かった点＞ ・ドアマン、掃除係のスタッフがとても感じ良い ・部屋が乾燥していない。 ・シャワーや水回りが使いやすい。バスタブも別にあります。 ・ターンダウン後に置かれているチョコレートが美味しい。 ・スリッパや歯ブラシが上質。 ・タクシーの運転手さんに言うとすぐにわかってもらえる（老舗ホテルのため） ＜気になった点＞ ・ロエベのアメニティが少ない（シャンプーと石鹸のみ。他のアメニティは他メーカーのもの） ・連泊をしたためか、アメニティの補充を忘れていることが多い ・朝食が高い（30ユーロ前後）

・始めに2泊予約をし、後からその前日もう1泊を追加予約をした。 ・リクエストで、3泊とも同じ部屋にして欲しいとメールをしたが、フロントでは1泊目と2、3泊目は別の部屋であるとのこと。 ・仕方なく朝チェックアウト＆チェックインをして、出かけ帰ってくると、部屋のグレードを上げておいてくれていた。ジュニアスイート→スイート。 ・その対応の良さと、スイートルームの素晴らしさに感動した。 ・その他、出かけるときは、フロントで地図とともに観光スポットの案内を丁寧にしてくれるなど、ホテルの方はみな親切だった。 ・建物は歴史なおもむきが感じられるが、部屋自体はきれいで現代的。 ・立地もよく、メトロの駅や、いくつかの観光スポットも徒歩圏内。 ・次回行くことがあるなら、また是非泊まりたいホテル。

有名なモデルニスモ建築の邸宅をホテルにリノベーションしたと聞いて、宿泊を決めた。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーだし、外観と異なり、部屋はミニマムだけどゴージャス感があり今っぽさがあって使い勝手はいい。ただ部屋は狭め。その割にバスルームはしっかりとスペースが確保されており、総じて不便さはあまりないと思う。立地も少しあるけば繁華街なので、困ることはない。ロビーにフリーのインターネットがあったので、国内線のインターネットチェックインもできたので、更に便利でした。屋上はプールバーだけど、プール自体は泳ぐサイズはなく、眺めは特筆する程ではないかも。

すごい綺麗で立地も良いです！ ルームサービスはサンドウィッチで４３ユーロと少し高めでしたが、ホテルのランクから考えるとしかたないのかもしれません。 あと両替の手数料少し高めです！ 私は一人だったのですがカップルにオススメのホテルです！

ホテルを出てゆっくりと海岸に向かって歩き出す、途中で夜の店を探しながら二つのカセドラルを通りながら歩く小径はとても楽しい、つかれたらタパスでビールを飲むのも良い、夏の滞在では屋上のプールが秀逸、教会の鐘を聞きながら読む愛読書と眺望は格別だ、また何年か後にこの屋上に戻ってきたいと思った、

ホテルのスタッフがとても親切でした。ホテルロビーで使用できるインターネットが使えず困っていたら、その様子を察してすぐにスタッフから声が掛かりました。日帰り観光地についても ツアーを調べてくれたり、時刻表を調べてくれて、アドバイスいただきました。フリーの旅行で、ほとんど予定も検討せずに出かけた旅行だったため、ホテルの方にいろいろと聞けるのはとても助かりました。６泊のうち後半の２泊をサクラダファミリアが見える部屋に変えていただきましたが、隣の部屋などの音が少し気になりました。始めの部屋は全くよその音が聞こえなかったのですが、なぜなのでしょうか。 最終日にストライキにあたり、公共交通機関がストップしていました。「今日は公共機関がストップしてるよ。」と出掛けに教えてくれていたら★５つでした。

朝晩２回のベットメイキング　アメニティもロエベ。窓からは遠くにサグラダファミリアが見えて幸せな気分で５泊。充実したホテル生活を送ることができました。食事は全て街中で済ませてしまったので、一度くらいはホテルで食事しても良かったのかも。ただしお値段高いのは覚悟！

モデルニスモの建物なので、外観だけでなく、ロビー・レストラン・廊下等もデザインが素晴らしいです。部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気で、バス・トイレはきれいで新しかったので、とても居心地がよかったです。バスの他にシャワーが独立してあったのですが、その分バスにシャワーがついていなくて、不便でした。朝食は別料金でしたが、とても美味しかったです。

After cruising the Med this is by far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was close to everything and the hotel service was amazing. Lot's of extras that made the stay very special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Loved this hotel!! The only downside was that our first room had AC issues so we had to move to another room down the hall. The hotel did not compensate us, but I asked if we could have free breakfast for two days, which they were happy to do. Good location about 100m from a metro station and good bus routes if using a Barcelona card. Excellent service. En suite room and landings were a little faded. If wanting to use WIFI in room forget it as reception poor. Very good breakfasts.

Good stay, large room with great view of Passage de Gracia. The small windiow for the room makes the room rather dark with okld fashin decor and furniture. Supposedly famous restaurant serving mostly re heated dish was quite a disappointment especially for the price.
