We were there for my niece's wedding. The room was ready prior to check in time which was a welcome event after out long drive to Lufkin. This hotel was very nicely kept and very clean. The room had a ceiling fan, which I've never seen before in other hotels. I felt safe and comfortable as I was traveling alone. It was very quiet. Worth every penny!!!This was the nicest Best Western we've stayed in! The hotel was in a great location, very clean,and the staff was so helpful! They put alot of thought into this hotel. The breakfast was very nice. I have 3 kids and there was something each of them enjoyed! There was not alot of noise even though it seemed pretty busy. My Husband and I stayed while in town for a wedding, we had only planned to stay 1 night because we had family we could stay with in the next town over, but the 1st night was so wonderful the room was cozy and comfortable that we stayed another night. If you happen to find yourself needing lodging in Lufkin, then the Best Western Crown Colony is your best choice. Located just south of the mall and surrounding restaurants, the hotel is an excellent place to relax among the tall pine trees of east Texas.
