Great value for the money. I was disappointed to see that for breakfast the hotel did not have a high chair for children. I would think that is standard for every business that serves food.

My daughter (whos 4) and I booked this hotel for two reasons 1: Close to Kemah boardwalk 2: I wasn't sure what the weather would be like so I wanted a hotel with an indoor pool for my daughter. Room was very clean staff was very friendly breakfast bar was good. The only complaint if you could call it that was that the area the hotel is in is a little […] congested. The front office was busy when we arrived but the clerk was vey helpful and still took time with us. The night staff was not so pleasant...no towels by the indoor pool. When I asked for when the morning clerk returned, he magically had more towels available.

Very good hotel for the price. The breakfast selection could be better.

Close to everything on the south side of Houston. Just miles from NASA, about 25 miles from Galveston, and 20 miles from downtown. There is plenty to do and eat nearby. No matter what, don't stay here, it's disgusting. I read all the review and I can't understand why the rating is so high. I feel for the good reviews and could not believe what I paid for, I regretted it.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Pay more and stay somewhere else, not worth the savings.

The hotel location was exactly where we wanted it to be. It was close to restaurants, NASA, I-45, excellent gas prices, and very good shopping. The breakfast could have been better, but the convenience of location made up for it. We would stay there again.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location, nice people....great experience away from home....

The hotel was close to a meeting I had very early the next, day. The price was right, the bed was comfortable, the water could have been warmer but that was not such a big deal to us. This was all we needed for such a short stay.

Very nice & accomodating staff, clean room, indoor pool was great for the kids. Would certainly recommend it. Excellent value for the money!

This hotel is homely... If you're a serial killer or a ghost. Blood stains on the couches and ghost encounters in the bathroom. The serial killer was nice enough to leave a note behind though. "Get out Not really I had a nice time.

This is a good location and value. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was lackluster. Cream cheese was spoiled. Overall a good value.

I forgot my laptop in my room. The manager of the hotel called me and let me know we had forgotten something. I wouldn't have expected for anyone now a days to return anything. Thank goodness they held my laptop for me for a freind to pick u the next day. Thanku so much for being honest.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend 2011 with my sister and her son. The staff were great, but the condition of the hotel leaves something to be desired. They really need to investigate why my sister's room smelled moldy, and replace the telephone in our room (can't hear it ring). Wound NEVER stay here again. Bugs in room, mildewed shower, duct tape holding shower curtain togeather, even people smoking dope in parking lot at night. Even the TV remote wouldn't work. VERY disapointing stay...

This is a "home away from home" for us. We stay here every time we are in the area. Good value for the money. Friendly Staff. Clean. Has all the anemities we are looking for. We like staying here.

MY BOYFRIEND AND I TOOK A ONE DAY TRIP TO GALVESTON AND CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THE PRICING WAS ALOT LOWER. (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR) WE GOT TO THE HOTEL AT 2 TO FIND OUT THAT THE CHECK IN TIME WAS 3 SO WE WENT OUT TO EAT, GOT LOST AND MADE IT BACK TO THE HOTEL AROUND 4:30pm TO FIND OUT THE ROOM WE RESERVED WAS NOT READY, SO HE TRIED TO GIVE US A […] SMOKING ROOM. MY BOYFRIEND AND I ARE BIG HEALTH FANATICS AND REFUSE THE ROOM DUE TO THE SMELL. WE WAITED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR IN THE LOBBY FOR OUR ROOM TO BE CLEAN AND THE MANAGER BROUGHT US A BAG OF COOKIES AND 2 HOT BOTTLED WATERS WHILE WE WAITED (ITS THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS) WE WAITED UNTIL 515 TO GET THE KEYS TO OUR ROOM JUST TO FINALLY GET A BREAK. THE NEXT MORNING WE WERE AWAKEN AT 830 AM BY HOUSE KEEPING READY TO CLEAN OUR ROOM, WHEN CHECK OUT WAS AT 11am . OTHER THAT THE SERVICE, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE LOCATION WAS NOT THAT BAD. CLEAN HOTEL, CLOSE TO ONE OF MY STORES, GREAT PIZZA PLACE ACROSS THE STREET.

We chose this hotel because it was close to NASA, about 15 mins. from Kemah Boardwalk, and 30 mins. from Galveston. We stayed several days and were very pleased overall, especially since we had the complimentary breakfast each morning. However, there was a mixup on the last day when our room was not cleaned. We were told that we were not scheduled for […] a cleanup. We thought this strange because we believed that all hotels did a certain amount of cleaning and straightening every day, at least to make the bed and exchange towels, etc. We did get clean towels though, but my husband had to go to the main desk to get them himself. The front desk personnel and manager were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this is overshadowed by the condition of the room. The couch had numerous stains, the sheets had cigarette burn holes (I was in a non-smoking room), the shower curtain was held together with clear packing tape and there were two hairs left in the shower before we used […] it. The hotel was adaquate for our needs and convinent to stores and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet. It was quite helpful to have a washing machine and dryer in the hotel.

All of the staff was very friendly, even the maids, but the bathroom tub had stains and grime all in it.

We had a 1 night stay and our room didn't have a pleasant smell and it was making my wife naucious and we called the front desk and they were very professional in handling our situation and arranged us a diferent room on a busy weekend. Very staisfied.

We wanted a comfortable place to stay close to the Johnson Space Center without breaking our budget. This place fit the bill. The staff were great. Check-in was a little on the slow side, as a trainee was doing it under supervision. But it only added a few minutes. The carpet is a bit worn, but everything is very clean.
