４月の中旬に大人２人と２歳と０歳になる子ども２人の４人で宿泊しました。香港のホテルは１部屋４人で宿泊できるところがあまりありませんでしたが、こちらのホテルはネット予約の際に子連れ可でも泊まれる事を確認できて、わかりやすかったです。大きなベッドでゆったりと眠れて、朝食も美味しく、日本人スタッフの方にも親切にしていただけたので、ホテルのサービスには概ね満足です。ただ、立地が不便だったのは、特に子連れ旅行には不向きだと感じました。雨の日はタクシーで動けばいいと思っていたけれど、忙しくて５０分待ちと言われたり、シャトルバスがありますが、午後３時ごろはバスの休憩時間で利用できなかったり。お天気の良い日はベビーカーを押しながら外を歩いて移動するのも楽しいので、天候の良いシーズンだったら問題ないと思いまし […] た。 もっと読む

豪華ではないが清潔に清掃されており概ね快適。 立地が悪く、またアプローチも狭く、タクシー利用に難あり。

最寄り駅はワンチャイかと思っていましたが、 コーズウェイベイからの方が近いです。 どちらにせよ駅近ではないので利便性には欠けますが、歩ける距離なので満足です。ロビーも部屋も綺麗で、印象は良かったです。 ホテルから歩ける距離に、チャイラン氏オススメの餃子減や、もう少し歩くと蝦麺店（そのとなりのベトナム料理屋も相当美味しいです。フォーはベトナムで食べたものよりも美味しい。）があり、非常にいいです。グルメ旅行が目的ならば、非常にオススメです。

ちょっとしたサービスはなんでも別チャージ インターネット回線くらいは込みにして欲しかったな。 結局チェックイン時に追加追加で割とお高くなってしまいました。それでも値段なりなら満足できましたが、正直ホテルもしょぼくてがっかりです。 もう二度と利用しないでしょう。 または香港という場所がそういうものなのかもしれませんが・・

家族４人ですごせる部屋を条件に探していたところ、見つけました。夜遅い到着になってしまいましたが、フロントの日本人スタッフの方が親切に迎えてくださり、大変ありがたかったです。ホテルから出かけるときは、シャトルバスやトラムを利用できました。しかし、帰りが少し不便に思いました。（一度、ワンチャイ埠頭からホテルまでタクシーを利用しましたが、２７ドルでした）　前日まで泊まったオーストラリアのホテルには、スリッパも歯ブラシも置いていませんでしたが、ここには置いてありました。ちょっとしたことですが、日本人にはうれしいサービスだと思いました。朝食も付いており、家族も満足しました。風呂場に脱衣用のかごが置いてあれば、更に良いと思います。

日本国内の地震があり、ホテルに日本人スタッフの方に対応していただき、大変ご迷惑をおかけしまし、言語の壁がなく感謝。

キャンペーン価格であったこともあるが、サービスもよく、シャトルサービスも充実していて、文句のないﾎﾃﾙである。

When I made the booking I knew this was a convenient location for the things our family wanted to do in Hong Kong. I only found out it was the former Xinua News Building. I began to anticipate rabbit warren sized rooms. We were happy to see that the rooms were simply, but nicely decorated. We had two queen size beds; they were firm and comfortable. […] The bathroom was a bit plain and there was a problem with the shower curtain/bath tub design as the water went everywhere - easily solved by laying out the towels before showering. Breakfast was included, but was nothing special - the dim sum was terrible. Regular restaurant service (lunch and dinner) was a much higher standard and has a good reputation amongst people living in Hong Kong. Wifi is an extra charge in the rooms but free in the lobby and hotel restaurant so the guests are all busy on their electronic devices. The hotel staff were alert to guest reqirements without being overly solicitous. This hotel doesn't have the bells and whistles of 5 star hotels in Hong Kong but was very comfortable for the week we spent in Hong Kong. Convenient shuttles, too! もっと読む

WE HAD A TERRIFIC STAY AT TO COSMOPOLITAN. THE HOTEL WAS GOOD AND THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. NOT OVER THE TOP BUT GOOD EDIBLE FOOD. THE SHUTTLE BUS WAS EXCELLENT. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE. THE TRAM WENT DOWN TOWN FROM OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. WE COULD WALK DOWN TOWN FOR OUR EVENING MEAL AND IT WAS A 10 MINUTE WALK. The room was small and the shower was ridiculous. I thought I was in a small boat, not a hotel, otherwise it was good.

Great hotel and fantastic staff.It would help if it had its own bar.

Very expensive room rate, but more importantly the hotel was clean although the rooms on the small size. I did not like the shower stalls which were too small and very small. Otherwise good hotel, due to fair over priced.

Ideal hotel for going to the Races but very busy, small rooms but very clean, cheaper rooms at the rear have no window, just frosted glass, very comfy bed, an awkward 15 mins walk from the nearest metro station, best to arrive by taxi, hotel was very busy with international 1 and 2 night stay tourists, but it's literally across the street from the Happy […] Valley Racetrack. I have stay both at Cosmos and Cosmopolitan. I prefer Cosmos a lot better. Better furnishing better service and not to mention a bit cheaper.

Good location, extremely helpful staff, clean and lovely hotel for value.

I have stayed at this hotel before. Service is good but they always seem to be busy. The shower is tiny but everything worked and the room was clean. The one thing I noticed on both my stays here, it is difficult to get a taxi. During rush hour you will stand there for a long time waiting for an available taxi. This hotel is in a decent location at a very reasonable price. The hotel is located in Wan Chai which is a bit of a distance from the Central area but they run various shutttles or you can get a #10 bus downtown in 15 minutes. The hotel staff were very helpful in answering our questions.

Quite close to a highway - permanent noise - rooms functional - good location with walking distance access to WanChai and Causway Bay

cosmopolitan hotel hongkong is the hotel i can recomend.close to all public transport.Hotel is clean and staff are very heilpful.Next time i will visit Hongkong i will definitely comeback.

It was nice to stay in a hotel that felt comfortable while being affordable. The rooms are average size (reasonably large compared to some hoitels I have stayed in Hong Kong). The Cosmopolitan is handy to Wanchai and Causeway Bay shopping areas without being right in the midst of things, much more relaxing. Tidy and not too old hotel opposite the racecourse. Bit of a struggle to get to when wheeling bags from the nearest MTR Station given the stairs and tunnels. A good 5-10 minute walk to Times Square and the Causeway Bay station.

Stayed there 7 nights. Upgraded to city view which included breakfast. Great hotel, great value. Breakfast selection was decent but it was convenient to have it ready downstairs. We didn't leave the hotel in the morning hungry which was awesome. Hotel provided four different types of bottled water for free everyday. For the price we paid on Hotels.com, the hotel was above our expectations. Breakfast was superb,the view was breathtaking and the staff were always on hand to sort out any questions we had. Thoroughly recommended to anyone.

A small room with inadequate furniture located between a graveyard and heavily used tunnel on the one side and screeching lifts on the other certainly does not deserve any praise. The lobby was so unattractive that even a short stay in there was stessful. There was no room for taxis to stop in front of the hotel that made getting in or out of taxis […] dangerous. A month ago I had the most excellent stay at this hotel. Now my view is not so rosy. We came quite late, so we got a standard room, next to the elevators, and a tinted window prohibiting us from looking out, on the 7th floor...no mentioning of this when boking. So please be aware you ask about details of your room in order not to be disappointed
