旺角駅とショッピングセンターに直結していて、利便性が良く、３３階の部屋に滞在しましたが、夜景も見えました。ベッドサイズが大きくてゆったり眠れ、シャワールームとバスタブも別々で良かったです。ルームサービスも行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。また利用したいホテルです！

何度か、ここを利用してますがきれいで便利です。 中庭にあるバーも心地よくお勧め。モンコックという場所も観光者にとっては魅力あり。おすすめホテルです。

とても綺麗で近代的なホテルです。部外者などに対してのセキュリティの面や部屋のレイアウトやデザイン等。基本的に満足出来るイイホテルだと思います。

部屋は狭いといっても東京のホテル事情と同じと思えば気になりません。 旺角駅から近く、ショッピングモールが空いている時間は直接雨にぬれずに行けます。外から行っても５分以内で 着きます。空港からのバス停も目の前でした。 香港島にも地下鉄ですぐにいけますし、女人街などのナイトマーケットは至近なので非常に便利です。 また行きたいホテルのひとつです。 日本語の出来るスタッフには一度も出会いませんでした。

肩ひじ張らずに五つ星のサービスが受けられたのがよかったです。 滞在中にお世話になった香港人の方に、お礼にスパの金券を届けたいと申し出たところ、小額のチップで引き受けてくれホテルのスタッフが自宅まで届けてくれたようです。 良いところを挙げるときりがないので、個人的な難点を云えば、 ・周囲の環境が私には合わない。また、ランガムプレイスのショッピングモールは混雑しすぎているので落ち着いて買い物なんてできませんでした。わざと混雑させようしてるんじゃないかと疑うレイアウトでした。 ・朝食のレストラン、接客が若干乱暴なスタッフがいる。落ち着いた雰囲気で接客してほしい。 ・ドアウーマンの方にモンコック東駅への方角を訪ねたが、答えることができなかった。 また利用すると思います。

ホテル４Fロビーと、となりのランガムプレイス・ショッピングモールのレストランフロア、フードコートが繋がっていて、スターバックスもあり、とてもカジュアルです。 そのまま地下へ行くと、スーパーマーケットと旺角の地下鉄の入り口があり、とても便利です。 外へ出れば騒々しい下町の商店街、レストラン街があり、異国情緒たっぷりです。 おしゃれな都会派の人にはお勧めできませんが、下町育ちの私にはピッタリでした。

モンコックの駅のすぐそば、隣にショッピングセンターがあり女人街も近いです。 バイタルプレイスに3泊。広くはありませんがコンパクトにまとめられており狭さは感じませんでした。 41階のスパとサウナを利用しました。1日の疲れが取れました。スタッフもフレンドリーで感じがいいです。お願いしたことはすぐに対応してくれました。香港全体に言えることですが日本語はあまり通じません。

モンコックという多少ベイエリアからは離れた所にあるホテルなので高層階に宿泊しても絶景を見る事は出来ないと思いますが、それに匹敵する位の満足は得られたと思います。部屋は決して広いとは言えませんが、装備は充実しており、綺麗でモダンなデザインの部屋は私が過ごすには快適でした。 ベッドも広くテレビも大きいです。DVDデッキもあります。お風呂は硝子貼りで賛否が分かれるかもしれませんが、ロールスクリーンで隠す事も出来ますので大きな問題は無いと思います。 ランガムプレイスが隣接しており、渡り廊下で直結しているので買い物にも不自由しません。モンコック周辺の商店街は開店時間が比較的遅いのでランガムプレイスにあるスタバでコーヒーを飲んでから街に繰り出していました。 近くには女人街、スニーカー街があり歩いて5分で […] 行けます。 地下鉄の駅も直結しております。 次回来た時もここに泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。 もっと読む

地下鉄の駅そばに、ショップやレストラン、スーパーがある新しい商業施設と一体になったホテルで、ショッピングにも食事にも、移動にも便利でした。

モンコックの中心に立地する高層ホテル。カオルーン 地区を観光するには、周辺なら徒歩で、またチムサーチュイや他の地区ならすぐ近くに地下鉄や列車の駅があり簡単に移動できるので、大変良いロケーションです。 また、室内も綺麗で静かな大変落ち着けるホテルでした。 シービューは無理ですが、それ以外は満足いけるのではないでしょうか。

This is a first class well run hotel which is excellent by any standards. The rooms are quite small but very high quality and spotless. Depending upon what you are doing in Hong Kong the location may not be ideal.Only small complaint is that the room telephone needs a handbook. Stayed in alot better hotels for alot less money. Service us poor, rooms are good and location gd, nice pool, stayed a few times and last 3 times swore it would be the last, however work keeps booking!

I just love staying at this hotel. It's such a pleasant experience.

Hotels is surrounding with full of shops and restaurants. Subway is right beneath. Great location. Rooms are nice and clean, not large by any means, but comfortable. Water pressure is strong enough, sheets and pillows are nice and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay there every time.

Perfect service, not very big rooms, location a bit off where you want to be.

This place is top rate, and very comfortable. I am super impressed and will stay here again...the rooftop pool, spa, and langham place mall are all great parts, that make for a pleasant and wonderful time.

Too high expectation with a bit of disappointment. Not so near to mtr after all.

Location is perfect, room is clean and comfortable, staff is nice. However we checked in at 3:30pm but can only get our room around 6pm. It would be perfect if the hotel can ready the room before customer check in.

Stayed 4 Ni w my mum n sis. We checked in at different time. For me, i had a exceptional Warm welcome from concierge at ground floor to reception n was ascorted by a member of their welcome team. However my mum n sis didn't received the same level of welcome. Their experience was average. Nothing bad but no outstanding. I guess there are some inconsistency […] there. Overall we are happy with our stay. Room was. Comfortable but it is alittle tight for triple sharing hor essential vital room. We arrived to the hotel at the Chinese New Year's eve. The first welcome at the reception was "for an additional sum per day we can upgrade you......" that is when you realize that you got the short end of the stick. We got a COLD room (13 degrees Celsius outside) on the 20th floor. I called the management and they send several maintenance engineers […] only to tell me that there is NO HEATING on those floors (only A/C) and they can get me a radiator heater. I did not let go and requested to speak with the General Manager but he was on holiday and not available to speak. I did some research and found out that the hotel is owned by a Hong Kong Doctor and managed by an Australian CEO (don't remember the names now) and the HQ is in Hong Kong and they are all on holiday and no-one to speak to. I spoke with the front desk manager and told them that I will speak with all the above people as soon as they return to work when they realize that I am about to "raise hell" when they politely told me that they will move me to the 29th floor where there is central heating in the room. The staff was very helpful right from the moment we stepped out of the taxi and had to unload 5 pieces of hand luggage + stroller + winter coats + a tired toddler. Upon arrival to the room, the first impression wasn't comfort. Considered all the 4+ stars hotels I have visited in different countries, this discomfort feeling was the first time. I felt like I booked a 3 star hotel or hostel. I am very sensitive to dust and extremely alert when the place is dirty. And that feeling was driving me crazy within 10 minutes […] of staying in this hotel. Sure enough the moment I lifted up the pillow, the pillow have stains all over. Not to mention, the pillow case, it has blood stains on it. Balls of dust were also found in several corners of the room, which immediately got me thinking "What kind of 5 Star hotel is it?" Because it was so late, and I haven't slept for nearly 30+ hours, I placed several layers of bath towel and sleep anyway without the pillows until I was able to move. The reception was immediately notified the next morning and I changed to a room next door. To my surprise, the pillow was still dirty, the comforter have green stains on it and not to mention the bed cover has holes. It's Chinese New Year Eve, and I'm still offered a dirty comforter with bed cover that has holes. Are you kidding me? It's a total disappointment for me since I have recommended to so many friends and staff in my company to stay in this hotel. I felt betrayed and made wrong recommendation to my friends and staff. Although the management sent me a fruit plate and computer generated apology letter, the damage was done. The bed and pillow was well maintained after my second complain but the thought of whether it was cleaned after housekeeping kept on crossing my mind everyday. And that shouldn't happen for a hotel with a 4+ stars rating. Like I said, I'm very disappointed and felt betrayed for the trust I have kept on this hotel over the years. The recommendation within my company's traveling places of accommodation will surely be removed after this disappointing stay. The room we bought on your website was for 3 people, we could hardly fit 2 people into the room let alone 3! When I complained all they said was I had to pay up which I did but the room was still unbearably small. No sympathy from the hotel staff! I would not stay at this hotel again!

This hotel has exceptional services and for the location, simply put it is unbeatable! Conveniently located to mtr, shopping mall, street bazaar, street food.... just that the price is a bit steep, other than that, it is a great hotel to stay to explore hk!

THE BED ARE HORRIBLE, MATTRESS ARE NOT EVEN. I HAD BACK PAIN AFTER SLEEPING I NEED GO TO SPA GET MASSAGE. THEY DIDN'T BAD JOB ON SHADE, VERY BRIGHT ONCE SUN RINSE. I WONDER HOW HONG KONG RATE HOTEL THIS CAN'T CALL 5 STAR HOTEL?

Langham Place Hotel is a great place for travellers who have never been to Hongkong to see the real live of Hongkong. The hotel is nice but just a bit rundown.

Service was really prompt on arrival and we were led to our room where check-in was done! No need for long queues/check-ins. Very attentive staff who answered our questions and provided information on where we could go. The hotel is a stones throw away from Argyle and the Ladies Market so for those who want to shop, it is definitely a plus as it's […] location ensures you can just pop back for a rest or to drop off your shopping bags. Another feature of the hotel, is the many art works they have on display. It's a nice touch to the place, and for those with time, do take the tour (ipod provided) to know more about the art works. Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. the Staff were all helpful and spoke good english. I especially love the service of providing us with an iPhone 4 with data plan for our usage during our stay. I was also impresesed by the pillow menu, and the little touches that was given every night to help us sleep better, it would be a bag of camomile tea one […] night, a massage tip the next, very thoughtful. Housekeeping was also very efficient, we rarely had to wait too long for what we've asked for. I am very happy with this hotel every things are A+ except expensive internet.

Hotel located above mongkok mtr, great for family with young or elderly. Can take escalator up to the mall and use the adjoining bridge to reach hotel. Very centrral location! Few blocks away from street markets and few stations away from central mtr and TST mtr. With all the posts about this hotel i just expected so much more when I checked in. I was extremely disappointed about the single beds and tiny room I received. After a rather frustrating dialogue with a receptionist a hotel manger stepped in upgraded my room ... only slighter larger but to at least a king size bed that my friend and shared comfortably […] (better than the tiny single) and a room with a much better view.
