キッチン付きのホテルは初めてでしたが、大変快適でした。 大型冷蔵庫、コンロ、レンジ、食器など必要な備品が揃っており、自炊する上で大変助かりました。 使用した食器も、翌日にはきちんと洗って収納していただき、スタッフも大変フレンドリーでよかったです。 ただ、ランドリーが全て故障しており、近くにコインランドリーが見当たらず自ら洗濯したのはちょっと辛かったですが、これも旅の楽しみと割り切りました。

NYはたびたび来ていて、いろんなホテルを利用しましたが、とっても気に入りました！規模は小さいけれど、お部屋は広いし、キッチンがあるのはほんとに便利！ただ、バスルームが少し狭いかも。ゴージャスではないけど、清潔感はあり、不自由も無かったです。何より、地下鉄の駅が近く、westに行くのも、筋向いのバス停からすぐです。今までグラセンから、シャトルに乗ってましたが、これは歩く距離が減って楽チンです。 付近はマレーヒルという地域ですが、安全で買い物や食事にも事欠かない！ またぜひ利用するつもりです。

10月1日から6日まで5泊しました。ビジネスでしたが、NYCにいる息子との再会と市内散策もしました。NYCのホテルでは過去に泊まったところと比べ広さも十分であり、清潔さ、スタッフの対応の良さと満足いける水準でした。2点で問題がありました。一つは、2月に予約した時に「静かな高層階を希望」としましたが、10階の部屋で、音も通りからかなり聞こえてきました。予約が半年前なのになぜ上層階の部屋にしてくれなかったのでしょうか。　もう一点は、ジュニアスイートで予約し、キングスベットにソファーベットのある部屋(角部屋)となっていたのに、スタジオルームよりは広めと思いますが、一人用ソファーがあるだけの部屋でした。フロントにその旨を話しましたが、かえってジュニアスィートではなくスィートにアップグレイドしていると […] して、取り合ってくれませんでした。それでも我慢できる状態でしたので、それ以上の交渉はやめました。写真が掲載された予約所を持参すればよかったと思いました。 もっと読む

連泊するということで、キッチン付きのホテルを選びました。 結果あまりキッチンは使いませんでしたが、レンジもお皿もお鍋も全て用意されており、かなり充実してました。 四つ星と書いてありましたが、バスタブがややサビてたのが気になりました。 フロントの方やドアマンの方はとても話やすかったです。

ホームページで見た写真より家具やバスルームなどはかなり古かった。清潔だったけど、あの古い感じの割には値段が高いと思う。ただ、エンパイアーステイトビルにも近く、ミッドタウンを楽しむには良い場所にあるホテルだと思う。

従業員はみんな親切で、チェックアウト日にはイエローキャブではなく、アフィニア デューモント専用のタクシーでJFKまで送迎してくれた（タクシー料金はイエローキャブとほぼ同額）。

以前、ニューヨークに住んでいたため、同じ地域でしかもキッチンのあるホテルを選びました。お正月明けから子供連れで6泊しました。レビューは次のとおりです。①立地がよい。メトロカード7日間乗り放題のカードを購入して、マンハッタンの地下鉄とバスを駆使して縦横無尽に移動可能。②ホテルの部屋が広い。部屋にはキッチンがあり、ガスコンロ・冷蔵庫・コーヒーメーカー・食器も使用可能。③近隣の買い物や食事も便利。食料および日用品は道路の向かいの24時間営業のデュアンリードで買えます。まずは、水を購入しました。朝食用のパンやジュース、お菓子類も。洋食に飽きて併設のレストランには入らず、隣のダンキンドーナッツの隣にあるタイレストラン「ＬＥＭＯＮＧＲＡＳＳ」138　Ｅ.34ｔｈ　Ｓｔ.　に1回入りました。まあまあです。 […] レキシントンＡｖｅ.沿いの33とか.と34Ｓｔ.の間の中華「大四川」でもテイクアウトしました。四川料理なので辛い物が苦手な方は注意してオーダーしたほうがよいでしょう。④ホテルの受付でトラベラーズチェックをキャッシュにしてもらいましたが、1日100ドルまでと制限あり。日本への絵葉書用の切手98セントも常備。マンハッタンのバスマップも貰えました。地下の洗濯機で1回まわすのにクォーター8枚が必要となるため、両替もして貰いました。⑤トラブルへの対処法。チェックアウトの日、別な方が書き込みしていたように、ドアマンの一人が勝手にリムジンサービス（白タク）を頼んでしまいトラブルとなりましたが、タクシーと同じ料金なら乗ってもいいと交渉しました。チップ込みで55ドル支払いました。受付に聞いたら、リムジンサービスだと70ドルはかかるとのこと。ドアマンが個人的に小遣い稼ぎをしているのだと思います。日本人には松井選手とのツーショットを見せて安心させる手口のようです。 もっと読む

６５歳の母と５５歳の叔母と3人旅でした。私はＮＹ３回目。母たちは初めて。 慣れないＮＹで疲れても、ゆっくり部屋でくつろげるようにキッチン付きのホテルにしました。 大型ホテルは騒がしかった記憶があるので、中規模でゆったりしたホテルを選びましたが大正解。 すぐ隣にＤＥＬＩがあり、スタッフもとても親切。 ホテルのフロントで教えてもらったチャイニーズレストランは徒歩で３０秒ほど。 味も良く、食べなれたメニューに母も満足でした。 ホテルも広くて快適。何より、ミッドタウンにありながら、とても静か。 ホテルのスタッフも日本人慣れしており、とてもフレンドリーで、このホテルを選んで良かったです。

建物は古いなと思いましたが、清潔で部屋も広く快適な滞在ができました。立地も悪くないと思います。チェックイン時、最初に4階のお部屋を提供されましたが、「高層階を希望」と伝えたところ、24階の部屋に変更してくれました。窓からはクライスラービルを真ん中にマンハッタンの夜景が眺められ、ＮＹ気分を満喫できました。

今回アフィニアデューモンドホテルにネットのランキングや口コミを見て、10日滞在しました。 NYにしては部屋の広さは値段の割にかなり広々としていて、家族三人で泊っても余裕がありました。場所もそれなりに便利でしたし、ホテルのエントランスはビジネスホテル程度のものでしたが、キッチンが部屋についていて朝ご飯は毎日ホテルの横の小さなグローサリーストアで適当に買って済ませることができました。気になったことは、トイレの換気扇が無かったこと！！においが消えるまでちょっと時間がかかりますよ。

Rooms are larger than most NYC hotels and there is a sitting area a very large desk and work area. The cleaning staff will go out of their way to see to your needs. There is a small workout room with treadmills and some other basic equipment, also a full-service massage and facial spa! We were traveling with our teenage granddaughter. When we asked for an extra blanket for the sofa bed, we were told that they had none and they brought up three sheets instead,. Busy weekend but still! Otherwise, just fine. Expensive, but it was spring break and most of the hotels were equally outrageously priced. Great neighborhood.

The rooms were very spacious. Furniture was new and comfortable. Large room included sitting area and a large desk. Th kitchenette was fully equiped. The view from my room (37th floor) was splendid! All in all, terrific hotel at a great price and well located . Lots of restaurants close by.

Booked two rooms for my family, overall a great experience. The only problem was the heat and the internet...both were broken. If those things were taken care of, it would have been perfect. Loved the neighborhood, close to the subway, but far enough from the tourists spots.

For the price paid for the room, it is best I have ever had for that area. The uptown 42nd Street Broadway hotels are not even close. The Dumont deserves the 4+ rating. I will always go back to it when I am in the Grand Central area.

This might be my favorite hotel in NYC to date. Great location, nice staff, and the rooms are great. Would definitely try to stay here again. I love that the rooms have a mini-kitchen and great beds.
