Don't get the rooms next to the post office if you want to sleep past 5 a.m..

This hotel is in a good location. The beach, pier and shops are all within walking distance. The staff very very friendly and helpful.

We were thrilled with the proximity to restaurants, the beach, and the pier. The grounds were well maintained, and the room was well appointed.

The location is perfect, next to the main street and the beach. The receptionist was really helpful. The room had a kitchen and was big, the balcony was really big as well. Lovely place!

Great location, close to beach, restaurants and sports bar. And 1 block from wedding/reception we were attending.

Great location beach accross road to right, bay bottom of street to left. This is a hotel where you would be comfortable for a long term stay. Beds were great. Room has fridge and microwave, flatware, plates and bowls and all styled of glasses. Just bring food. We were here to move an Aunt from her twenty year home back to MI. We will return again soon when we can call it a vacation, loved the area, food and the resort was great.

great location bewteen beach and inland waterway. hotel situated on main street of Brendaton beach. resort has kept part of "old florida tradtions" no high rise condos and chain restaurants kept out. any one looking ofr a beach and relaxing holiday great place to stay

Everything was great. Check in took just a couple minutes, got our keys, and were on our way to our room. Parking was free and the blue parking areas were for guests only (the hotel actively protects guest parking) so we never had to hunt a space. The hotel could not be more centrally located and our 22nd Anniversary stay was wonderful.

Vi hadde 1 roms leilighet med nærmere 2m bred og komforrtabel skapseng. Stort bad. Velutstyrt kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Begrenset åpningstid resepsjon, ikke problem. Hadde sen ankomst så vi ringte i forkant og fikk grei informasjon om henting av nøkkel. Musikk i nabolaget sluttet kl. 2200, da var det også hovedsakelig stille på hotellet. Wir hattın zuerst ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, dieser war jedoch sehr laut und wir haben ein Upgrade in das Hauptgebäude erhalten. Diese Zimmer sind ruhig und wesentlich größer mit 2 Doppelbetten, und ein Whirlpool.

La ubicación es óptima, a menos de 100m de la playa. El entorno es agradable y se vive un ambiente relajado y sin formalidad. La playa es hermosa y los bares tocan música en vivo. Muy recomendable para parejas!!
