Great hotel, lots of amenities. May not guarantee a non-smoking room if booked through outside website like this. Had to stay in smoking room.

The hotel isn't bad, but it is not on par with a lot of hotels in a comparable price range. Holiday Inn appears to be tying to create a "hipster" atmosphere with their lobby, bar, and restaurant layout. However it's cluttered at best. So when you arrive after 6PM, you have to wade through a sea of people mingling between the front door and the elevators. […] Plus, the lobby is small which makes it worse. In the room, there were lights out, the fridge was loud, and the door to the room was warped (and did not fit the jamb). So you could hear every conversation going on in the hall. At checkout time, there was no automated checkout. So everyone has to stop by the front desk. This wouldn't have been a problem except they only had one person working the front desk. By the time I finished, there were still 5 people in line behind me waiting to check out. Overall, I would have been better stating at the LaQuinta down the street. もっと読む

the bed was very uncomfortable and the thermostat was not working correctly

My family and I decided to make a weekend in Duluth. Everything was so convenient. We went to Disney on ice (which we walked to because it was so close) Discover mill ( which is s five min drive) and the Mall of Georgia. Very nice, helpful, and friendly staff. The hotel is so clean even though pets are allowed to stay there. We had a blast there. We will definitely stay there again.

Loved the "feel" of the hotel and the salt-water pool - a very nice treat on a winter weekend. We stayed there while attending a conference at the Gwinnett Center.

Very good service, beautiful hotel outside terrace lovely. Was there for Paul Simon concert so location was excellent just wish there were a few more bars/pubs to go to after concert.

This hotel is located in The Arena at Gwinnett Center Parking Lot. We stayed the night of a concert. This hotel has a restaurant with a full service bar. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is way over priced for what you get for dinner, but breakfast is a buffet type breakfast for $11. They do not tell you that they will make […] you an omelet or pancakes or waffles. So make sure you ask what all is included. It also has a snack area in the lobby with soft drinks, chips, frozen dinners, candy and much more. There is an indoor pool. The staff are very friendly and professional. This is a pet friendly hotel and my pets enjoyed staying here also. They area is safe and the hotel is off the road. Very comfortable and clean. I am glad we stayed here.

Fast short visit good nights sleep.

The lobby and restaurant were nice, and checking in and out was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like cigars and there was a used soap with hair on it in the shower. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Gwinnett Center and Arena, where we were attending a 3-day conference. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel lobby is currently under renovation to build a new restaurant/lounge area. The breakfast is served in one of their meeting rooms.

2 thumbs up on everything. great experience for me and my 7 yr old twin boys. would like to come back and do the same experience again possibly apr 16 for orlando football game and bring wife also just not sure about funds yet. thx for great experience. would definately refer others to do the same

disappointed - will not be back - was given a smoking room and told nothing else available.

Check in was fine for me. Left key for my wife since I had to work. When she arrived with our 2 small kids she received NO help at all getting her luggage. Not even direction to where to get a luggage cart. Staff just watched as she struggled to get luggage, stroller, and portable playpen together to go to room. It was 30 degrees outside and the heat […] would not stay on I'm room. It would alternate between heat and AC which made the room cold most of the evening. Talked to front desk and they said all rooms do that and that was normal. Asked for a different room and was told it would not change since all units do the same thing. I asked for a comp room for a future date and was told no. I was offered some soft drinks for my inconvenience at 1AM. Will never stay at this hotel again. The looks and overall cleaningness of this hotel was very nice not to say anything about it's convinient location. But I sugest if you are a light sleeper and light sensitive don't sleep here. Professional, helpful staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Free WiFi connection and beautiful view of Gwinnett County. Close to resturants and shopping. Easy access to I-85 North and/or South.

This was a perfect location since we attended a concert at the Gwinnett Center and it took minutes to walk to the event. The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant was excellent.

This hotel was as nice as any other hotel I have stayed at in the past. My ONLY complaint, and this applies to ANY hotel, if you are doing to have a LCD/Plasma TV...get HD channels...nothing looks worse than watching SD TV in a larger size!!! If you are going to an event at the Gwinnett Center, this Holiday Inn is in their parking lot!!!

We chose this hotel due to attending the Freedom Concert 2009. The hotel was walking distance to the concert. Loved it.

Hotel was great. Kids walked to their concert and we drove a couple of minutes to a huge mall a caught a movie. Beds could be a little wider but they were very comfortable. We were happy with everything.

If you need a place to stay near the Gwinett Center this is the place....and they have a very nice breakfast buffet.

I was very pleased with this hotel and the location in regard to the Arena. It was walking distance to the show and even so they have a shuttle drop off though we didn't use it. The room was really clean and the bed (king) had very soft pillows and a very very cozy pillow top matress. The single problem I had was when I booked through hotels.com, they […] offered a breakfast for a few dollars more which I opted for....well I slept late and wasn't able to get a refund of any kind nor any food. Execellent hotel for the money...great environment, clean, professional!

Rekommenderar detta hotell! Nyrenoverat. Trevlig personal!!!! Ett minus var dock att barnmaten skulle vara gratis vid betalande vuxen. Detta är något som alla Holiday Inn hotell har.
