We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn. The pool, whirlpool and sauna was very nice, clean and well kept. The breakfast was good, not to many selections but for free it was great. I only ran into two issues - in the middle of the week, it's hard to find any late-night deliveries to the hotel from area restaraunts. And I would've thought the tubs in the bathrooms would be more comfortable with a reclined back rather than a straig drop that digs into the neck. Service & friendliness from all the staff was GREAT Room was clean, roomy & comfortable. Breakfast had a minimum of two hot items plus waffles, fruit, cereal, and more.

The inn is about 10 minutes from airport and the inn provides a timely shuttle. It is in a quiet section but remote from restaurants,a negative for travelers without a car. A fantastic place to stay whether on vacation or business. The rooms very comfortable as well as the beds. The front desk staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The only thing I could find wrong with this place was the ironing board cover was falling off and cheap quality. Location is a little out of the way but very quiet at night. Good front desk staff, great breakfast included. clean, well kept. Excellent value when you consider breakfast is included. We have stayed at this Hampton a few times after staying at higher quality Hotels like Omni, Raddison, Sheraton. We were pleasantly surprised. However when we did happen to have an issue with the Spas and Bleach/chemicals ruining our bathing suits the General Manager was extremely rude and refused to aknowlege any wrong doing on Hampton's part. We had […] a our bathing suits tested and the PH was almost double what it should be. All we wanted was an apology, never mind >$200 of damage to our bathing suits. We've never been more disappointed in a hotel. It is a shame that Hampton is now classified as the same standards as a long running quality chain like Hilton. Hampton of Bedford should be ashamed to have a manger like the one we encountered. I would expect that from a High School Student stuck on the desk at night, but not from a General Manager. Hamptons are always reliable. This one came through on the basics - clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast. But this Hampton loses points here for very RUDE front desk workers. Wow! This was a great hotel to stay at. The desk staff were very friendly both in person and on the phone. The room was very clean and nice. We used their fitness facilities, the coin laundry, and the pool-- all were nicely maintained. The breakfast was also good.
