部屋が一階の一番手前で、大きめのスーツケースを持った私にとってはとてもありがたかった。 ただ、部屋の壁が薄く、隣の客室の声が丸聞こえ。 部屋の場所が悪かったのか、ホテルに帰ってきてロビーを通る客の声も聞こえてきて、音に関しては少々不満。 でもそれ以外は特に問題なく、金額相応だと思う。

The hotel staff was very corteous and helpful, and overall service was above expectations. The room was clean. The bathroom recently renovated and very clean as well. Only one note, for "XXL" size people, the bathroom would probably be too narrow, but for us it was just perfect.

I unfortunately only got to spend one night in Florence, but this hotel was lovely, it was very close to the Santa Maria Novella, and a very short walk away from the Medici Chapel, the Florence Cathedral and all the other great historical sights. The room was cozy and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was also really filling.

The Hotel itself isn't much of a problem, good location, clean and spacious. However, the service by the reception was awful, firstly ruin my first time, first day of visit in Rome. My reaction to this hotel is mixed. Being so near the train station, it was extremely convenient but also extremely -- horrendously -- noisy. The air conditioning was minimal and no control was allowed the guest. We would have liked to open the windows at night to cool things off, but motorcycles racing past all night long made that impossible.
