お部屋も広く、きれいで、とても快適にすごせました。 選んだ時点でわかっていましたが、駅からちょっと離れています。歩くのが苦痛ってほどでもありませんが。 総じて、ここに泊まれてよかったです。

I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed two nights and every thing was great, the room, the staff, the pool and hot tub the parking was safe. Everyone was so helpful with directions and places to see. the room was so spacious and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel last year and just returned 1/2012. What a great surprise! The new decor was lavish as well as welcoming. The entire staff was terrific and treated us like VIP'S. We will definately return in the spring for a fun weekend.

I'd put this hotel at more like 2 or 2 1/2 stars. Maybe they were having an off night, but we tried calling both reception and room service several times (on 2 different phones in the room), and no one answered. Finally we gave up and went downstairs to eat in the restaurant. The good news is that we had good service from the woman who said she was […] filling in that night as waitress, since we were literally the only ones eating there. The food was not great, but not horrible. The chocolate cake was quite good. The bed was not very comfortable, no matter how I adjusted it, although my sister said hers was good. The room was clean, at least. This was my first and last time staying at a Hilton. I just stayed at a Sheraton that had better beds, okay food (bigger menu, at any rate), lots more amenities (including faster free wifi) and FAR better service (people that actually answer the phone, for one!) AND was cheaper, to boot. And every Marriott I've stayed at was much better than this Hilton as well. Oh well, live and learn. もっと読む

this room was comfortable and clean. the location was great, a little far from manhattan about 45 minutes without traffic an hour and a half with traffic. i would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay on this hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely Comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is convenient to restaurants and shopping. It was very convenient for all of our activities around town.

Property was as expected given the brand, however, was surprised that breakfast was not included in the rate.

Buffet breakfast should offer something less than a $10 breakfast.Not everyone is interested in a full scale breakfast.

The Hilton Garden Inn hotels are by far my favorite hotels to stay at. They are always very clean the rooms are always very comfortable and spacious. I have stayed at 3 separate Hilton Garden Inns and have never had any issues with any of them. We had dinner in the hotel; this is where my only complaint would come. My meal was fantastic I got the pork chop and it was amazing. I will tell you this though do not get the Pasta Bake meal if you eat at the hotel. Very friendly and attentive work staff. made us feel very comfortable.

Convenient location to multiple restaurants with easy access to major roadways. Also 2-3 blocks away from Eisenhower Park which has a large amount of outdoor activities and open areas to enjoy a nice day!!

Our overnight stay was great... Didn't get to use pool we were very busy and the hotel was under some construction but overall very clean and nice. We would definitely come back....

clean, comfortable and location was great for us. parking was never a pblm, clean bathroom, clean room... u just cant ask for more

The hotel is clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable but the noise level is incredible. We requested a quiet floor because we needed to get up by 5 am. They put us on a floor where a swim team was staying. In the middle of the night the kids were knocking on our doors and screaming on the hallways. The hotel was good but I left behind a camara. I told them exactly where in the room I left it. They did not return it, not even when I went to back to the hotel four days later to stay for another four night. They never returned my camara!

The hotel room was good. It was clean, neat and a nice size. The people working at the hotel were nice and helpful. The downside was the hotel is currently undergoing remodeling/construction. Check-in was done in an obviously make shift area. The elevator had tarps hanging up in them. Even the room numbers in the halways were simply printed papers […] stuck to the wall. Granted, these are minor issues, and the hotel will probably be an even nicer place to stay in the near future. Great stay! We enjoyed the hotel lobby and comfortable beds! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and prepared however you wanted it. In the evening the bartender was great and we enjoyed pizza delivered to the lobby for our party of many people. Great stay!

The Hilton Inn on Privado Rd. in Westbury exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, friendly and accomodating. They make you feel like you're at home. Hotel was easy to get to from major Pkwy and great location to get to the theater. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with recomendations for eating out and transportation. Most important the hotel was very clean and the room was great with a comfortable bed.

stayed at hilton garden inn westbury As with other hilton garden inn, for the dollar the value is very good. Clean, comfortable, easy to get to and with a car to get to surrounding areas. We just went to relax, catch a movie, nice meals in the towns surrounding the hotel.

One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time!

My only issue is that the sofa bed in the room was in very poor condition in the junior suite. That is something that can be fixed in the long run. I would stay there again.
