This hotel was pretty much perfect, start to finish. The staff allowed me to check in early, they worked to make sure all my questions were answered and were always friendly. The room was great. Hotel is just a 20 minute walk from the old town through Maria Luisa Park .Alternatively there is a bus stop outside hotel (Bus number 1 or 37)Breakfast a little expensive so we went to the bar in the park for breakfast. The hotel is very well presented, although splash of colour would have made it more welcoming. Lovely hotel, just longer walk than advertised to the centre - you can get a 37 bus, or a taxi, or walk perhaps 30 minutes to get to where the sights are (cathedral / Alcazar). It's a long, hot, dusty walk in July and I'd recommend going through the park (Parque Maria Luisa) if you do. A dip in the pool is a must - shady after 7-ish.

The hotel was very nice. We really liked the bar area and the pool was lovely. There's also a great little Tapas restaurant on the block behind the hotel.

althoug a fifteen minute walk to the Jardines and town centre its a small proce to pay for the value for money this quality hotel provides. a great contemporary adn well equippe dhotel. PS the Junior Suites are huge and well worth the small uplift in price

Destacaría principalmente la calidad del servicio de los empleados del hotel, son muy profesionales y serviciales. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ok voor rolstoel. Het hotel is slechts op 4 bushaltes van het centrum. In de buurt zijn er wel geen restaurants en bijna geen plek waar er kan onbeten worden. Daarvoor moet je wel naar het centrum of in het hotel zelf. hôtel magnifique de l'extérieur, intérieur aussi, chambre grande et bien décorée, mini-bar gratuit, piscine sur le toit, très bon accueil. à recommander VIVEMENT !!!!!! prix largement justifié. juste un peu à l'écart de la ville...

Very friendly and helpfull staff at a hotel with very high comfort. There is a lovely swimming deck on the third floor with a pool with water jets and sunbathing chairs.
