served the purpose, food was horrendous !

The food was a disaster. The same food every day, lunch and dinner. The beach, the location and the hotel was ok but the food pulls down the whole thing.

Clean and nice hotel with friendful service. Price in line with quality. A bit noisy rooms and no Wifi in the room available. Very good location and view to to sea from all of the rooms. I can recommend to aperson seeking for a clean mid class hotel with a good location.

The hotel was nice but they gave us the room at 3pm without towels and still dirty. The mojitos were great! but they usually run out of mint. The food was great and the totopos awesome but they only had microwave in one restaurant.

I went to this hotel with a friend. we booked last minute and we were pleasantly delighted when we arrived. good location, beautiful place with access to the ocean. we loved the swimup bar and the staff were very friendly and helpful. we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to other people.

This place offered great service! Everyone that works there is very friendly. It is only 15 minutes from the airport, and it is easy to arrange for a taxi online. Everything is kept clean. Pricy but you pay for the location. The food and service in the restaurants was very good. The customer service desk was very helpful. The view and property was outstanding. We only attended one show and got there late but it was very entertaining too.

VERY NICE AIRY LOBBY, CANNOT BELEIVE THIS HOTEL IS ONLY RATED 3*. THE FOOD, THE SERVICE, ENTERTAINMENT WAS DEFINITELY 5*. INFACT THE QUALITY OF THE SHOWS AT NIGHT WAS SUPERIOR TO MOST CRUISE SHIPS WE HAVE BEEN ON. THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFY AND WE FOUND SEVERAL ENGLISH TV CHANNELS ON THE SET IN OUR ROOM. ALL THE GARDENS WERE BEAUTIFULLY KEPT. THE AIR CONDITIONING IN OUR ROOM WAS JUST RIGHT. THE ONLY THING DIFFERENT TO MOST BROCHURES IS THE COLOUR OF THE HOTEL IS NOW BEIGE. ALSO NICE POOL AREAS. EASY & COMPACT TO NEGOTIATE YOUR WAY AROUND. I had stayed here more than 10 years ago with my family on vacation. We returned and were very happy with our experience again. The staff is very warm and helpful and very accomodating.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no Hotel Barcelo Tucancun. Pessoal dos restaurantes e bares muito receptivos. Restaurantes com boa alimentação e opções. Vãrias opções de bebidas. Excelente localização.So faltou um pouco mais de animação na ãrea das piscinas.

O Hotel é muito bom, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, as piscinas são ótimas. Apenas o banheiro do quarto precisa de uma reforma, o chuveiro tem oscilações bruscas de temperatura da água, e os colchões um pouco duros. Mas no geral é um bom hotel e vale a pena.

Muito bem localizado, com atendimento muito bom e quarto confortável e bem limpo. Tive azar da internet está com defeito, o box vazava muita água p/ fora dele e meu quarto estava próximo ao kids e da lavanderia (apt 1019). A comida não é o ponto forte, apenas o café é nota 8,5. El aire acondicionado es un asco, en Noviembre a 28 grados y nunca pudo enfriar la habitacion a un grado de confort. no se como le hagan en verano. El menu de los buffets siempre fue el mismo. nada de variedad.

Minha familia adorou,meu filho de 9 anos queria ficar mais tempo,gostei muito e descobri que tem a rede Barcelo em outros paises,na minha proxima viajem ficaremos de novo nesta rede com tudo incluso

Fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe que trabalha no hotel. Comida boa mas cerveja quente. Chuveiro ruim (dificil encontrar uma temperatura agradável pois sempre quente demais - sem regulagem). Falta guarda-sol na praia,
